Abstract

In order to improve the economy of Kalurahan Tridadi through the processing of agricultural products, in other words, from bananas to banana chips. The development of banana fruit through processing into banana chips is expected to increase household income for residents, improve employment and business opportunities in rural areas, increase added value, and improve the quality of banana products. Of course, it is balanced with the ability to calculate the cost of goods produced. The purpose of implementing this PkM is to help mothers in Kalurahan Tridadi to continue to work in developing processed banana fruits, such as (1) increasing the ability to process bananas into banana chips (2) increasing the ability in packaging (3) knowing the acquisition price of making banana chips (4) connecting this banana chips business to Kedung Aren Tourism Village as a superior product. The method used is counseling and training involving 15 participants. As a result of the activity, they deepened their understanding of how to make banana chips correctly.Currently, partners also have a clear organizational structure, there is an increase in skills in making banana chips and service partners already have their own production tools and the availability of capital.

Abstract

Rencana keuangan yang melingkupi landasan manajemen terhadap pendapatan, biaya pada kurun waktu satu tahun disebut anggaran. Setiap pemerintah desa wajib membuat Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Kalurahan (APBKal) sebagai dasar penggunaan dana desa. Pembuatan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Kalurahan (APBKal) adalah salah satu bentuk transparansi yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk publik. Tahap pembuatan anggaran merupakan tahap yang sangat penting karena anggaran yang tidak efektif dan tidak berpusat pada kinerja akan bisa menggagalkan program yang telah disusun sebelumnya. Dengan adanya transparansi pemerintah akan menampilkan pemerintahan yang bekerja sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Begitu pentingnya APBKal dibuat setiap tahun, maka diperlukan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait bagaimana tahapan pembuatan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Kalurahan (APBKal) sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku bagi pihak-pihak yang terlibat. Artikel ini memaparkan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pendampingan pembuatan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Kalurahan (APBKal) kepada perangkat desa, di Kalurahan Argorejo, Kapanewon Sedayu, Kabupaten Bantul.

Abstract

Transaction digitalization is an essential element in enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This community service initiative analyzes the implementation of WhatsApp Business and QRIS as transaction digitalization strategies at RGS Cell and Rorizma mobile credit counters in Bantul Regency. Through a one-month training and mentoring program, business owners were provided with an understanding of optimizing WhatsApp Business for communication and marketing, as well as utilizing QRIS to facilitate cashless transactions. The results of the initiative indicate that WhatsApp Business enhances customer interaction through features such as catalogs, automated messages, and conversation labels. Meanwhile, the implementation of QRIS reduces cash payment constraints and increases RGS Cell’s daily transactions by 25% and Rorizma Cell’s daily transactions by 20%. Thus, digitalization through WhatsApp Business and QRIS has been proven to have a positive impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, making it a strategic model for MSMEs in adapting to the digital era
