Performance is an overview of the level of achievement of the implementation of a program of activities or policies in realizing the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization that poured through the organizations strategic planning. Companies should establish performance standards to its employees, especially in the factors that affect the performance. The purpose of this study is per first to investigate the influence of organizational culture on performance, both to determine the effect on the performance of the work ethic, and the third to know the influence of organizational culture and work ethic together on employee performance on BPJS Employment Branch Belawan. The method in this study using a quantitative approach. With this type of associative research. The sample used is an overall object of the study population numbering 33 people. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire / questionnaire with Likert scale. Based on research results by using the t test explains that there is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance with the value t count> t table which significantly by 4,223> 2.04 with a significant 0,000 <0,05 and work ethic have a significant effect on performance employees with t count> t table which is equal to 4.910> 2.04 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. And there is the influence of organizational culture and work ethic together on employee performance based on test results conducted by F obtained F count> F table which amounted to 15.653> 3.32 using a 95% confidence level or α = 0.05.

This research aimed to find out the correlation between competence and commitment to employee performance. Variable competence and commitment simultaneously and partially had positive influence on employee performance. That means that company have to increase employee performance by increasing the competences and commitment, through any program that should be developed.

Publicity is very important to evening culinary tourism information in Merdeka Walk Medan, North Sumatra to increase the number of local and foreign tourists who visit and enjoy the evening atmosphere and menus. A Public Relations Officer has the means to carry out his/her duties such as a publicity agent. Publicity is carried out to the public, and the public is needed to inform about the products or services offered by government agencies, organizations, companies, or individual to attract local and foreign tourists to visit the aforementioned evening culinary tourism. The method used in this paper is a qualitative; focusing mainly on the role of Public Relations Officer who uses mass media to publish events held at Merdeka Walk and also publishes a variety of menu that reflects the taste of the region and its ethnicity. Internet-based social media plays an important role in publicity. Through social media, people can be made aware of the beauty and convenience of culinary locations at Merdeka Walk. Social media, thus, results in boosting the popularity of this culinary tourism, and it shows that the effects of the publication have been felt.

Purpose: This study aims to provide an ideal crisis communication coordination model in Medan Tourism Office in order to be able to respond to negative news that can enhance the reputation of culinary tourism areas in Merdeka Walk MedanMethodology: This study uses a constructivism paradigm, a study that provides constructive suggestions to the Medan Tourism Office to coordinate crisis communication. Finding: The results of the study found that the tourism office had not been the coordinator to implement crisis communication coordination because the Mayor of Medan had not yet issued a policy and coordination task for the communication crisis so that negative online media coverage could not be responded effectively. Significant: An effective and efficient crisis communication coordination model as an ideal suggestion to be applied by the Department of Tourism, so that negative media coverage online can be responded

Pengabdian Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan komunikasi krisis terkait menangani keluhan wisatawan kuliner Paluh Naga saat pandemic covid19 sebagai edukasi dan berdampak pada ekonomi masyarakat Desa Denai Lama Kecamatan Pantai Labu. Tahapan-tahapan dalam kegiatan ini adalah (1) pemberian materi; (2) Pendampingan komunikasi krisis pokus pada saat pelaksanaan menangani keluhan pelanggan;(3) Evaluasi saat kegiatan dilakukan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk membantu dan mengenalkan komunikasi krisis masyarakat dalam menangani keluhan para wisatawan yang berkunjung di lokasi wisata kuliner Paluh Naga Kecamatan Pantai Labu Kabupaten Deliserdang agar para pelaku usaha wisata di lokasi wisata kuliner Paluh Naga memiliki ketrampilan dalam hal menangani keluhan wisatawan sehingga dapat berkontribusi untuk pengembangan destinasi wisata kuliner Paluh Naga yang dapat meningkatkan reputasi desawisata Denai Lama Paluh Naga. Luaran yang didapat dalam Pengabdian Kemitraan Masyarakat ini adalah menghasilkan suatu pola Teknik menangani keluhan wisatawan secara effectively.

The development of the tourism village program at Lumban Suhi Suhi Toruan Village is a priority because it is a creative village producing Ulos Batak. Efforts have been made in developing this tourism village program, one of which is managing homestays. The problems faced by partners are the low awareness of the community about interpreting the concept of tourism about local wisdom as an effort to develop cultural heritage, the lack of good understanding and ability in the community about homestay governance management related to marketing, finance, national standard services in the tourism sector, and not yet organized. neat administration of homestay management and the absence of regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for managing homestays in Lumban Suhi Suhi Toruan Village. The method implemented in strengthening the community's understanding and ability about homestays is counseling and socialization about tourism villages based on local wisdom and tourism products (homestays); as well as training and mentoring on service management, marketing and promotion. The results obtained in this activity are increasing the understanding and awareness of local communities in developing a tourism village based on local wisdom through good and correct homestay management in accordance with tourism service standards, the creation of a homestay symbol that shows local wisdom from Lumban Suhi Suhi Toruan Village, namely Kampung Ulos.
