Abstract

The research purposes are: 1) explain the leadership style variables simultaneously impact on work motivation. 2) explain the leadership style variables partially impact on work motivation. The research type in this research is explanatory research with used hypothesis testing. Population in this research are employees  of AJB Bumiputera 1912 branch office celaket Malang City. The data source got from primary data with spread questionare. Questionare as research instrument tested by validity and reliability testing. Data analysis used are descriptive statistical analysis, clasical asumptions testing, and hypothesis testing conducted by multiple linier regression with using F-test and t-test. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software statistic. It showed by the value of F score is 22,745. Secondly, leadership style variables partially have impact on work motivation. It showed by t-statistic value as follow:  directive leadership style that has t statistic 2,629, supportive leadership style that has t-statistic 2,06, participative leadership style has t-statistic 2,276, and achievement leadership style that has t-statistic 2,313. Keywords: style leadership, motivation Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan 1). Pengaruh secara simultan  variabel gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja. 2). Pengaruh secara parsial variabel gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan AJB Bumiputera 1912, kantor cabang Celaket – Malang. Data primer diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner yang diuji vaiditas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis uji F dan uji t. dilakukan dengan software statistik SPSS. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 22,745. Secara parsial variabel gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai t statistik sebagai berikut: variabel gaya kepemimpinan direktif dengan t-statistik 2,629, gaya kepemimpinan suportif dengan nilai t-statistik 2,06, gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dengan nilai t-statistik 2,276, dan gaya kepemimpinan prestasi dengan nilai t-statistik 2,313. Abstract

Tourism is a potential sector to be developed in order to stimulate Indonesia's economic growth. Along with the depletion of natural resource reserves which have become the foundation of extractive industries, the government must begin to develop other renewable sectors to increase economic growth. In this study, explained the influence of entrepreneur orientation, customer orientation and knowledge sharing on innovation capability and business performance. This type of research is explanatory research, using a questionnaire primary data collection tool distributed to tourism-based MSME owners in Banyuwangi Regency. The sample in this study was a saturated sample, by making all tourism-based MSME owners in Banyuwangi Regency a sample of 94 respondents. The data analysis technique using smart PLS 20.0 was chosen to analyze the influence of variables in this study. The results showed that entrepreneur orientation, and customer orientation had a positive and significant effect on innovation capability and business performance, knowledge sharing had a significant positive effect on innovation capability, but knowledge sharing was not significant for business performance.
