Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh karakteristik individu, komitmen organisasi dan keselamatan dan kesehatan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Lingkungan dan Sanitasi Kabupaten Badung. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 64 orang. Teknik analisis data adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh pengaruh karakteristik individu (X1), komitmen organisasi (X2), keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (X3) terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah positif. Secara parsial variabel karakteristik individu (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Selain itu, variabel komitmen organisasi (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan. Karakteristik individu, komitmen organisasi, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dilihat dari nilai korelasi. Jika dilihat dari nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,692 itu berarti bahwa pengaruh karakteristik individu, komitmen organisasi, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan Kabupaten Badung adalah 69,2 persen sedangkan sisanya 30,8 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Pakraman dan menjunjung serta meningkatkan perekonomian Desa Pakraman. Pemerintah Provinsi Bali membentuk suatu lembaga ekenomi yaitu Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD), Kecamatan Payangan memiliki 9 Desa Adat dengan 48 LPD yang masing-masing berada di setiap Desa Adat di Kecamatan Payangan yang memiliki peranan penting dalam pembangunan dan pertumbuhan perekonomian. Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Efisiensi Operasional (BOPO) dan Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap Profitbilitas Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) Kecamatan Payangan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling Nonprobability sampling, dimana dalam Nonprobability sampling memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap populasi yang akan digunakan sebagai sampel. Dalam teknik ini menggunakan cara purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu, kriteria yang digunakan adalah LPD yang ada di Kecamatan Payangan dan memiliki semua data berkaitan dengan variabel yang diteliti, sehingga didapat 29 LPD yang dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, autokorelasi, heteroskedastisitas dan multikolinieritas. kemudian data diolah dengan Software Statistic For Social Science (SPSS Program). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa rasio Efisiensi Operasional (BOPO) mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat BOPO pada LPD, maka nilai Profitabilitas akan menurun. Rasio Likuiditas mempunyai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas. Ini berarti besar kecilnya aktiva lancar atau utang lancar suatu LPD akan mempengaruhi dalam meningkatkan Profitabilitas. Efisiensi Operasional dan Likuiditas berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Efisiensi Operasional dan Likuiditas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important assets that must be owned by an organization and must be considered in management. Given the importance of the human resource factor, every business must try to improve the performance of its employees so that it is quality and productive to run the company. The fact is that the performance of employees in sales at The Pad Bar And Grill Legian-Bali has not been optimally realized. Factors that affect employee performance are job stress, work discipline and workload. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of stress, discipline, and workload on the employee performance of The Pad Bar & Grill Legian Bali. This research was conducted at The Pad Bar & Grill Legian Bali. The population in this study were 32 employees of The Pad Bar & Grill Legian Bali. Determination of the sample in this study using a census method taken from the entire population, namely 32 respondents. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale with a score of 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Package Social Science) test version 21.

Abstract

PT Tirta Investama Bali is able to maintain its existence until now. To maintain this existence, it is necessary to have competent human resources in carrying out company performance. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal using a sample of 45 employees as research respondents. The sampling technique used was the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS version 23 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the higher the motivation, the higher the employee's performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the employee's performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee's performance.

Abstract

Employee productivity is very necessary in a company to achieve targets and to keep the company stable. Given the importance of employee productivity, the company needs a leader who can direct and develop the business in accordance with the power he has towards achieving company goals. Special attention also needs to be taken by the company in order to increase employee productivity. The provision of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) programs is very important, especially for employees who are directly related to the production sector so that employees can feel safe, comfortable, healthy and safe in doing their jobs. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) programs on the work productivity of PT. Access Telkom STO Jimbaran. The number of samples in this study were 72 employees of the Technician at PT. Telkom Akses STO Jimbaran. The sampling technique used in this study is the census/saturated method (saturated sample). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the leadership and the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) program had a significant positive effect on the work productivity of PT. Telkom Akses STO Jimbaran. These results indicate that the leadership and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) programs are able to produce better employee productivity and this must always be maintained by PT. Telkom Akses STO Jimbaran.

Abstract

With the leadership and competence possessed by each leader and investigator, it will improve the performance of investigators at the Bali Police Ditreskrimsus. This study aims to re-examine the influence of leadership and performance competence of investigators. This research was conducted on investigators of the Bali Police Ditreskrimsus, with a total sample of 53 investigators and located on Jl. W.R. Supratman No. 7 Denpasar. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, F and T test using IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on investigator performance. As well as the competency variable also has a positive and significant effect on performance. The influence of leadership and competence variables on the investigator performance variable is 88.6% while the remaining 11.4% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Employee performance problems are known in the work quantity indicator, where there is a decrease in employee performance based on target data and the realization of room occupancy income in 2019 and 2020. Problems related to self-efficacy are known to have a lack of confidence in employees due to lack of expertise. Problems related to motivation, it is known that the rewards received by employees do not fulfill a sense of justice. Problems related to employee discipline are known to some employees who do not obey the SOP. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Lloyd's Inn Bali Hotel in Seminyak. This research was conducted at the Lloyd's Inn Bali Hotel using a population and a sample of 50 employees at the Lloyd's Inn Bali Hotel. The sampling technique used in this research is the saturated sampling method or the census method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS software version 23. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that self-efficacy partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Lloyd's Inn Bali Hotel. Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Lloyd's Inn Bali Hotel. Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Lloyd's Inn Bali Hotel.

Abstract

The problem that exists in the Pinang Sari Cooperative in Badung Regency is a significant decrease in the percentage of SHU profits that occurred in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, high employee absenteeism and employees always arriving late. The low self-compensation, work discipline, and motivation in the Pinang Sari Cooperative, Badung Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance at the Pinang Sari Cooperative, Badung Regency. This research was conducted at the Pinang Sari Cooperative, Badung Regency using a population and a sample of 38 employees as research respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is the census method. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS version 23 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that compensation, work discipline and motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Pinang Sari Cooperative, Badung Regency .
