Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan dan mendeskripsikan implementasi program pemantapan bahasa Arab dalam meningkatkan penguasaaan dan keterampilan bahasa para peserta Program Kaderisasi Ulama (PKU) Gontor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan proses pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini dinyatakan bahwa proses implementasi program pemantapan bahasa Arab ini terbagi menjadi empat tahap, yaitu: 1) perencanaan, 2) pengorganisasian, 3) pelaksanaan, dan 4) pengontrolan. Adapun faktor-faktor pendukung keberhasilan program ini dalam meningkatkan keterampilan bahasa Arab para peserta dapat dilihat dari dua aspek, yaitu: 1) faktor internal yang didapatkan dari diri peserta dan 2) faktor eksternal yang berasal dari kegiatan kurikuler dan ekstrakulikuler, metode dan strategi pembelajaran yang menarik, serta didapatkan dari lingkungan pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang mendukung. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, Bahasa Arab, Program Kaderisasi Ulama

Abstract

A drug addict is someone who is mentally ill, sick or a patient who needs treatment or assistance with rehabilitation, not punishment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic psychotherapy with the RUH motivational theory approach using the Cognitive Therapy Technique with the Socratic Questioning Technique for drug addicts. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenal research model. The subjects of this study amounted to 4 people. Data obtained from interviews. Data analysis techniques were obtained from in-depth interviews, in this study the data were processed using interpretive phenomenological analysis (IPA). The data analysis process in the natural sciences approach aims to explore the importance of the subject's meaning in his personal and social life. The analysis carried out in this study is to describe one one by one the data were obtained from the results of in-depth interviews. The results showed that former drug addicts had unique experiences as a result of using drugs, both in negative and positive contexts.

Abstract

The development of technology and the internet has changed the way humans communicate. One form of this development is the presence of social media. Social media has now facilitated fast and easy interaction. The increasing number of users also increases the potential for criminal acts of misuse of personal data. Misuse of personal data, especially on social media, requires comprehensive mitigation. This study aims to analyze efforts to overcome victims of criminal acts of misuse of personal data on social media, both through penal and non-penal channels. With a normative legal and empirical legal research approach through a study of laws and regulations and legal literature as well as interviews. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the study show that penal efforts include collecting evidence, identifying perpetrators, and imposing sanctions in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law. Meanwhile, non-penal efforts are carried out through public education, the establishment of personal data protection institutions, and monitoring social media activities. The main inhibiting factors in this mitigation are the lack of implementing regulations, limited technical capabilities of law enforcement officers, and minimal public awareness of the importance of personal data. This study concludes that synergy between penal and non-penal efforts is needed to protect individual privacy rights in the digital era
