Abstract

AbstractThe study aims to determine the influence of take and give learning models on the ability to analyse reviewer text. The specific purpose of this research is: 1) Knowing the difference of learning outcomes among learners who are taught with take and give models and conventional models in analyzing the text of reviews; 2) Knowing the differences between learners who get high scores and who get low scores in learning using take and give models and conventional models in analyzing reviewer text; 3) Knowing the presence or absence of interactions between the model of learning and student learning outcomes on the ability to analyze the reviewer's text; 4) know the difference in high learning outcomes analyzing the reviewer text between learners taught with take and give models and being taught with conventional models, and 5) Knowing low learning outcomes analyses the reviewer text between learners who are taught with take and give models and conventional models. This research uses factorial design methods. The sample are student?s of XI SMA Islam Bawari. The results showed that there were differences ability to analyze the reviewer text that was given treatment between take and give models with conventional models with Fcalculate>Ftabel of 22.78>4.00. Keywords: Analyzing The Text of Reviews, Conventional Models, Take and Give Models

Abstract

Some errors were found on the national examination preparation guidebooks encourage the researcher to conduct an analysis related to the item quality which essentially affects students responses and interest to the books. The research problems focused on the areas of difficulty based on the aspect of item construction and language used. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative method. The source of the data in this research was the book of Detik-detik ujian nasional Bahasa Indonesia for senior high school students published by Intan pariwara in 2013. The data of this research were five national examination preparation moduls which consisted of 237 items. The technique used in this research is documentary studies. the researcher became the key instrument in this research. The quality of the items from the item construction aspect was scored 5 (good) with the percentage of 80.16%. the quality of the items from the language used was scored 4 (good) with the percentage 64.13%. based on the results obtained, the researcher suggests that the item analysis should be carefully examined so that the multiple choice questions given to students are valid and meet the criteria of a good quality questions. Key words: quality, item analysis, item construction aspect, Language used aspect Abstrak: Beberapa kekeliruan dalam penyusunan butir-butir soal yang ditemukan dalam buku panduan UN memotivasi peneliti untuk melakukan analisis lebih lanjut terkait penyusunan butir soal yang pada dasarnya dapat memengaruhi jawaban siswa dan memengaruhi jumlah peminat buku tersebut. Peneliti memfokuskan masalah penelitian dalam bidang analisis soal berdasarkan aspek konstruksi dan bahasa. Metode dan bentuk yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah buku Detik-Detik Ujian Nasional Bahasa Indonesia tingkat SMA/MA yang diterbitkan Intan Pariwara tahun 2013. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa lima paket soal UN yang berjumlah 237 butir soal. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tidak langsung melalui studi dokumenter. Alat Pengumpul data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu peneliti sendiri sebagai instrumen kunci. Kualitas butir soal dari aspek konstruksi mendapat nilai 4 (baik) dengan persentase 80,16%. Kualitas butir soal dari aspek bahasa mendapat nilai 4 (baik) dengan persentase 80,16%. Kualitas butir soal dari aspek konstruksi dan bahasa mendapat nilai 4 (baik) dengan persentase 64,13%.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh, peneliti menyarankan bahwa analisis butir soal mesti dilakukan secara teliti agar soal-soal pilihan ganda yang diberikan kepada peserta tes tersusun valid dan memenuhi kriteria soal yang berkualitas.
