Abstract

Mathematics learning achievement is the learning outcome/ability achieved by students during and after completing mathematics lessons where the results are expressed in the form of numbers or other symbols. Learning achievement is influenced by several factors including family economic background and parental support. This research is quantitative research, the study population was all VII grade students of Boawae 1 Junior High School totaling 101 students. Sampling using simple random sampling, where researchers about 24% of the population to be selected as samples, so that the study sample amounted to 24 students. The stages of this research are data collection using a questionnaire then analyzing the data using Pearson product moment correlation. The data collection process uses questionnaire techniques. Research data were analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation. Based on this study, it can be concluded that There is an insignificant relationship between the family's economic background on the mathematics learning achievement because the value of rcount is 0.242 smaller rtable at a significant level of 5% that is 0.404 and there is a relationship between parental support for mathematics learning achievement because the rcount of 0.747 is greater than rtable at a significant level of 5% which is 0.404 and there is a jointrelationship between the family's economic background and parental support for mathematics learning achievement because the Fcount value of 14.701 is greater than Ftable at the 5% significance level of 3.47.

Abstract

In the theory of estimation, there are two approaches, namely the classical statistical approach and global statistical approach (Bayesian). Classical statistics are statistics in which the procedure is the decision based only on the data samples taken from the population. While Bayesian statistics in making decisions based on new information from the observed data (sample) and prior knowledge. At this writing Cox Regression Analysis will be taken as an example of parameter estimation by the classical statistical approach Survival Analysis and Bayesian statistical approach as an example of global (Bayesian). Survival Bayesial parameter estimation using MCMC algorithms for model complex / complicated and difficult to resolve while the Cox regression models using the method of partial likelihood. Results of the parameter estimates do not close form that needs to be done by the method of Newton-Raphson iteration.

Abstract

Tantangan pembelajaran semakin di rasakan diera pandemi. Proses pembelajaran secara daring/online merupakan efek dari kebijakan WFH dimana peserta didik dan guru belajar dari rumah (BDR). Bangun ruang merupakan kajian materi yang bersifat abstrak sehingga membutuhkan proyeksi obyek bangun ruang.selanjutnya dikembangkan perangkat MAR, yaitu Matematika Augmented Reality . perangkat mar di uji coba di sd kedung pedaringan, uji coba menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran MAR untuk materi bangun ruang kelas V SD terbukti secara statistik berpengaruh pada hasil belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce character building learning media based on m-learning mathematics with a contextual approach that is expected to provide convenience for students and teachers in supporting the revitalization of vocational education. This research is a development research. This research method refers to the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Development of Math-Cha applications with the help of Android Studio IDE software, and Fire Base. The result of the development in the form of a learning media product is the Math-Cha application which is installed on an Android device. The Math-Cha application consists of material and evaluation. The m-learning media on mathematics is given reinforcement by integrating character education and contextual presentation so that it supports the revitalization of vocational education. Content in the application begins by introducing character values into mathematical problems at the apperception, material and evaluation stages. Evaluation of validity aspects is based on the validation of media experts and material experts who are valid criteria with an average of 3.61. The evaluation of practicality aspects based on student response questionnaire was in the good criteria of 3.72 and the teacher's questionnaire in the criteria of good was 3.40. The assessment of effectiveness aspects based on student test results is in good criteria with an average of 86.6. Math-Cha supports learning, use easily, and it can be used anywhere and anytime.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran matematika m-learning berbasis pendidikan karakter dengan pendekatan kontekstual yang diharapkan memberikan kemudahan siswa dan guru dalam menunjang revitalisasi pendidikan SMK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Metode penelitian ini mengacu pada model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Pengembangan aplikasi Math-Cha dengan bantuan software Android Studio IDE, dan Fire Base. Hasil dari pengembangan berupa produk media pembelajaran yaitu aplikasi Math-Cha yang terinstall di perangkat Android. Aplikasi Math-Cha terdiri dari materi dan evaluasi. Media pembelajaran m-learning pada matematika diberikan penguatan dengan mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter dan disajikan secara kontekstual sehingga mendukung revitalisasi pendidikan vokasi. Konten dalam aplikasi dimulai dengan mengenalkan nilai-nilai karakter kedalam permasalahan matematika pada tahap apersepsi, materi dan evaluasi. Penilaian aspek kevalidan berdasarkan penilaian validator ahli media dan ahli materi yang berada pada kriteria valid dengan rata-rata 3,61. Penilaian aspek kepraktisan berdasarkan angket respon siswa berada pada kriteria baik sebesar 3,72 dan angket respon guru yang berada dalam kriteria baik sebesar 3,40. Penilaian aspek keefektifan berdasarkan hasil tes siswa berada pada kriteria baik dengan rata-rata 86,6. Math-Cha mendukung dalam pembelajaran, tingkat penggunaannya relatif mudah, pembelajaran dapat digunakan dimana saja dan kapanpun.

Abstract

This research aims to produce products such as module, which supporter statistics courses in IKIP Budi Utomo Malang institutions. It can be used to enhance the students' ability to solve problems. This research development method using ADDIE models which include analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. Methods of data collection in this study include legibility test. Results of this study we concluded the step wrote statistics module that determining competency standards, specify the title of the module, arrange the contents of the module, cover design, legibility test, revision and production. Based on the conclusion that thelegibility test for aspects of language, presentation, and graphic declared valid while the worthiness aspect of the module is very valid. So based on student legibility test module does not need to be revised.

Abstract

Mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika dalam keseluruhan waktu studi yang ditempuh tidak hanya mempelajari tentang kalkulus, geometri, statistika, aljabar, rumus-rumus, penurunan dan integral. Hal lain yang dipelajari mahasiswa pendidikan matematika adalah psikologi pendidikan. Tentu saja psikologi pendidikan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengan mata kuliah sebelumnya yang telah disebutkan. Pentingnya mata kuliah psikologi pendidikan bagi mahasiswa pendidikan matematika membuat pendidik memilih metode pembelajaran yang dirasa tepat untuk mata kuliah ini. Metode Pembelajaran yang dipilih adalah mind mapping. Mind mapping disusun mahasiswa secara berkelompok kemudian pendidik yang berperan juga sebagai peneliti  mengukur hasil efektivitas Mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa di pekan ke-11 perkuliahan. Efektifitas penggunaan mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar diukur dengan analisis korelasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan matematika IKIP Budi Utomo angkatan 2021 kelas B sebanyak 22 mahasiswa. Hasil dari uji korelasi menunjukkan penggunaan metode pembelajaran Mind mapping memiliki korelasi positif yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mata kuliah psikologi pendidikan mahasiswa matematika. Nilai korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,763, dimana hal ini menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat/erat.Kata Kunci: psikologi pendidikan, mind mapping, korelasi, mahasiswa pendidikan matematika.

Abstract

Higher-order thinking skills in 21st century learning are a requirement, so that students are able to think critically, creatively, collaboratively and communicatively. Focusing on these demands, often the learning process ignores the basic needs of students, namely happiness. Kebudiutamaan course is one of the institutional courses that must be taken by students of all study programs at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. As with other study programs, students of the Mathematics Education Study Program also take this course. Regarding the basic needs of students, namely being happy, in taking the Virtue Course, Mathematics Education students also need fun learning. The Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach is intended to create fun learning in the learning activities of the Civics course. This study used quantitative approach with survey data (primary) with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used porpusive sampling. Data collection used self-administered questionaires. The results of the non-parametric statistical test Chi-square test (χ2) with a significance level of 5%, show that there is a significant difference in the number of students of the Mathematics Education Study Program in the Kebudiutamaan subject. Students are happy with learning TPACK Plus than those who are not, and there is an increase in critical thinking skills, creative, communicative and able to work collaboratively, which is shown by the product of high-quality material content in the form of short videos.

Abstract

Indonesia has a low interest in reading, so reading literacy is also low. The observation results from the Teaching Campus team Batch 3 at SDN 1 Urek-urek showed that there was no library there yet, so students were not used to reading. The absence of library facilities can be overcome through the establishment of a reading corner. The reading corner is a reading area located in a corner. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that most students responded positively to the establishment of a reading corner. There is an effort from the teacher to increase interest in reading and improve the reading corner.
