Abstract

The lack of information on small and Medium Businesses (SMEs) that are accepted by the people of the city of Pekanbaru, making them difficult to get information about the Small Medium Enterprise (SME) whether it be the place or location of the business. As for the information provided is merely in the form of a brochure and it does not display all the information that you want. The information is dispersed either brochures, banners and the like are sometimes not valid or already expired. So when people who want to look for a Small to medium enterprise (SME) they sometimes did not find it. To solve the problem required an information service in the form of a website/startup that secure information quickly, precisely according to your needs and make it easy for the user community in Pekanbaru in particular looking a Small And Medium Businesses (Smes).

Abstract

Lokasi kuliner yang semakin banyak mengakibatkan para penikmat kuliner itu sulit mencari lokasi restoran yang sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Selama ini para penikmat kuliner menggunakan cara manual untuk mencari lokasi kuliner dengan cara mengunjungi langsung. Bagi para wisata atau pendatang di kota Pekanbaru cara manual seperti ini kurang efektif dan menghabiskan banyak waktu dan tenaga untuk mencari alamat yang tertera. Dengan adanya Aplikasi sistem informasi geografis kuliner berbasis web akan menampilkan informasi geografis kuliner di kota Pekanbaru. Layanan Informasi ini akan dapat di gunakan oleh masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi geografis tempat kuliner dengan cepat, mudah, aman dan lokasi dapat disesuaikan dengan yang di inginkan oleh masyarakat. Dengan dirancangnya sistem informasi geografis kuliner Kota Pekanbaru dapat mempermudah para penikmat kuliner mecari lokasi tempat kuliner yang di inginkan berdasarkan kecamatan yang ada di Kota Pekanbaru. Sistem informasi geografis ini mampu memberikan informasi mengenai kuliner di Kota Pekanbaru, sehingga dapat menjadikan Kota Pekanbaru menjadi tempat wisata kuliner.

Abstract

Blood is one of the most important parts in the human body because blood has a function to circulate the juice, carry oxygen, circulate hormones, and others. If humans reduce blood caused by accidents or anemia, so that humans lack blood or store dirty blood in the body, then it can cause diseases that endanger the health of even someone. Blood donor activity is an activity of the process of blood transfer from donors to people who lack blood. The process is carried out by those who carry out blood processing processes such as the Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) under the auspices of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). UTD PMI Pekanbaru City only has a web-based blood donor information system, so UTD PMI Pekanbaru City wants to keep up with the times where many users use smartphones so they want to upgrade from the web version to the Android version. The reason for the improvement of this system aims to reduce hosting costs to be paid when using a web system and Android-based information system does not require typing too much when the user will carry out an order to the system, its use is not limited by space and place, and does not really need a connection that is prime to run the system. Android-Based Donor Information System in the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD PMI) Pekanbaru City can help all people to find out about information about blood donations well by using Android-based smartphones as interesting media.

Abstract

Alumni data is one example of an information system designed to be able to help the work of an agency or company both in processing data to provide complete data through the availability of information services. Similarly, SMP N 1 Dayun which has approximately 5800 alumni and forms a large family bond of alumni which has a vision of realizing the extended family ties of SMP N 1 Dayun as an alumni institution that can accommodate the aspirations of its members and can contribute to the development of the quality of education as school partners. But the alumni data management system that still uses printed documents, resulted in data management that cannot be done effectively and efficiently, and writing errors often occur, it is difficult to find alumni data that has been damaged, and the data is difficult to update because information about alumni can only be accessed through grupchat on social media, whatsapp. With this problem the researcher raised the title of the thesis that is Alumni Information System of SMP N 1 Dayun Using Laravel Framework in Kab. Siak The design of this information system uses usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams. Application of the waterfall method as a system development process. Using the programming language Framework Laravel, PHP and MySQL as a database. This information system is expected to help the school and alumni of SMP N 1 Dayun in managing data and as a bridge of hospitality.

Abstract

Abstract The development of smartphones is so rapid, so that many smartphone functions can be used to help humans, one of the functions of smartphones is to control electronic devices with bluetooth or wireless transmission, with the aim that electronic devices can be integrated in the application of IoT (Internet of Things). Workspace for employees of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Riau Province in turning off and turning on the lights using a manual switch. The problem is when the employee finishes work and the office room is locked and the room lights forget to be turned off by the employee, and the office security has difficulty turning off the lights because the room is locked, if the lights are left on, there will be a waste of electrical energy and damage to the light bulb because it is on continuously. This study aims to build a system that can control the workspace lights at the IoT-based BKD office in Riau Province using the NodeMCU ESP8266 module as a sensor, a 5V Relay module and a Smartphone as a remote controller as well as a model for building a lamp control system using the Prototype method. The programming language used is C language and Arduino IDE which is Open Source. The results of this study are in the form of a lamp control system device with an IoT-based smartphone in the form of a prototype and based on these results it can be concluded that the lamp control system device with an IoT-based smartphone can work well, making it easier for officers to control the lights, and can reduce the risk of lamp damage and wasteful. the electrical energy caused by the lamp burning continuously. Keywords: Android, Internet of Things (IoT), Light Control, NodeMCU ESP8266, Smartphone Abstrak Perkembangan telepon cerdas (Smartphone) begitu pesat, sehingga banyak fungsi smartphone yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk membantu manusia, salah satu fungsi smartphone untuk mengendalikan perangkat elektronik dengan transmisi bluetooth atau wireless, dengan tujuan agar perangkat elektronik dapat terintegrasi dalam penerapan IoT (Internet of Things). Ruangan kerja pada pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Riau dalam mematikan dan menyalakan lampu menggunakan saklar manual. Permasalahannya ketika pegawai selesai bekerja dan ruangan kantor sudah terkunci dan lampu ruangan lupa dimatikan oleh pegawai, dan keamanan kantor kesulitan untuk mematikan lampu karena ruangan terkunci, jika dibiarkan lampu terus menyala sehingga akan terjadinya pemborosan energi listrik dan kerusakan pada bola lampu karena menyala terus menerus. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem yang dapat mengendalikan lampu ruangan kerja dikantor BKD Provinsi Riau berbasis IoT menggunakan modul NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai sensor, modul Relay 5V dan Smartphone sebagai remot kontrol serta untuk model membangun sistem kontrol lampu menggunakan metode Prototype. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan Bahasa C dan Arduino IDE yang bersifat Open Source. Hasil penelitian ini berupa perangkat sistem pengontrol lampu dengan smartphone berbasis IoT dalam bentuk prototipe dan berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diperoleh kesimpulan perangkat sistem pengontrol lampu dengan smartphone berbasis IoT dapat bekerja dengan baik, sehingga memudahkan petugas dalam mengotrol lampu, dan dapat mengurangi resiko kerusakan lampu dan boros energi listrik yang diakibatkan lampu menyala terus menerus. Abstract

At SMP Negeri 2 Rengat Barat every year there is educational assistance from BAZNAS, Indragiri Hulu Regency, several years ago in determining decision making based on a proposal from the homeroom teacher by proposing a certain number of students with modest criteria so that it was difficult to determine who received educational assistance. By using the Elimination Et Choix la Realite (ELECTRE) method to facilitate the process and to be transparent and objective in making decisions on the recipients of educational assistance, criteria are made, including: Student attendance, attitude at school, GPA or report cards and Income Certificate issued by the Village or lurah and each criterion is given a score or value from 1 to 5. The researcher uses the Elimination Et Choix la Realite (ELECTRE) method using the Laravel application, the admin will be easy to input data and process and the results are quickly visible. The results of calculations through the system, the admin provides information to the principal to see data that are eligible to receive educational assistance. The results of the calculations to assist the principal's decision, after approval, a printing process will be carried out, then the recipients of educational assistance will be informed through the bulletin board, homeroom teacher, or class group. With the application created and practiced by the Admin, the results obtained are very helpful for all schools to determine the recipients of educational assistance because this system shows transparent and objective results. With this electre application, the school accepts it to be used this year as well as for the coming year, because the school realizes the importance of this application which can assist in objective decisions in determining recipients of educational assistance..
