Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to study the increase in student learning interest among students who study using the jigsaw cooperative learning model with students whose learning does not use a jigsaw cooperative learning model in class XII entrepreneurship learning in SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is a quasi research method with 72 students of class XII TKJ at SMK Muhammadiyah 02 Pekanbaru. The object of this research is class XII TKJ 1 as a control class and class XII TKJ 2 as an experimental class. Data collection tools in this study with a questionnaire, data analysis techniques used are t-test analysis. Jigsaw type cooperative learning research model has a positive impact on student learning interest. This is indicated by the average value of the experimental posttest class is higher than the average value of the posttest control class. The experimental value received an average posttest value of 69.361 while for the control class of 66.861. From the results of the analysis of the hypothesis test conducted, there are differences in student learning interest between students who learn to use the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model and students whose learning does not use the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model.

Abstract

The background of this research problem is the interest in attending the Ranah Sungkai Village community in the XIII Koto District. This research uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is research conducted with a background that is reasonable and natural and holistic. Qualitative research seeks to see, examine, and appreciate the problem to be examined as a complex phenomenon that must be examined holistically or thoroughly. Data collection techniques are done by direct observation to the field and in-depth interviews (depth interviews) with informants through documentation. Based on research findings Factors that influence the interest in schooling in the Ranah Sungkai village community XIII Subdistrict Koto Kampar Kampar Regency are the interests in the Ranah Sungkai village community school influenced by the school's relationship with the community that has not been harmoniously established. the economy of the Ranah Sungkai village community that is very difficult or still depends on natural conditions, local culture (peer environment), the distance between residents 'homes and schools is very far away and the parents' lack of understanding of the importance of education. The efforts of the Ranah Sungkai Village community in overcoming the occurrence of school dropouts are raising parents' awareness of the importance of children's education, providing encouragement and assistance to children in learning, conducting supervision and providing motivation to children,

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how much influence the creativity of teachers on student achievement in junior high schools in the City of Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with a sample of 36 social science teachers in Sukajadi Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City. Data collection tools used are Questionnaire and Documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussion above conducted on 36 respondents in social studies teachers in Sukajadi Subdistrict, the results of the study found that there was a significant influence of teacher teaching creativity on students' learning achievements in Social Studies students in Sukajadi Subdistrict, with a value of R = 841, which means Teacher creativity contributed to the achievement of students 'social studies subjects by 70.7% or the achievements of students' social studies subjects was 70.7% influenced by the creativity of teachers in teaching, while the rest were influenced by other factors. The implications of this study are expected that social studies subject teachers can increase their creativity in teaching, by attending training or being active in KKG activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) To find out this picture done in class X AK at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru in the academic year 2015/2016, (2) To find out this picture using the remedial type (3) To find out this picture done on subjects the economy. This type of research is descriptive research that is using methods that describe, report, and analyze the conditions that took place at the time of this study which are related to the implementation of remedial in improving student learning outcomes at SMM Muhammadyah 2 Pekanbaru Academic Year 2015/2016. Data collection techniques are done using interviews, observation, tests, questionnaires, and documents. The data analysis technique was carried out using qualitative techniques, namely giving a description of remedial implementation in terms of completeness of student learning during the economic learning period. Results of Research conducted the application of remedials in improving the learning outcomes of students of class x ak3 in economic subjects At the Muhammadyah 2 Pekanbaru Senior High School in general was classified as good, meaning that the application of remedial in improving student learning outcomes of class x ak3 was quite good.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out the increase in economic learning outcomes of students of class X ADP 3 at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru through the application of problem solving methods in cooperative Student Team Achievement (STAD) types. The study was conducted during May 2015. The subjects of this study were students of class X ADP 3 SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru, which totaled 39 people, all of whom consisted of female students. Collecting data in this study using observation sheets of students, teachers, and learning outcomes through various tests. The results showed that student activity increased in each cycle. In cycle 1 the classification of student activity was classified as good at 81.02%. In cycle 2 the classification of student activity was classified as very good 89.74%. The increase in student learning outcomes led to an increase in student learning outcomes reaching the Minimum Learning Completion Standard (SKBM) 75, in cycle 1 of 89.7% with an average value of 88.3 classified as good. In cycle 2 student learning outcomes that reach the Minimum Learning Completion Standards (SKBM) 75, increased to 92.3% with an average value of 90.1. This marks the achievement of success that has been set in this study Minimum Minimum Mastery Standards (SKBM) 75 of at least 85% of the total number of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the brick business affects household income in the Village of Sorek Dua, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. With the poverty rate showing quite high below the poverty line this year the poverty rate is estimated to be 11.40 percent, this is due to lack of knowledge in utilizing natural resources. Data collection techniques used in this study are by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 17.0. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the average income of each bricklayer family per month was Rp.5,747,692, - and the average expenditure per bricklayer family in one month was Rp.3,263,900. The effect of brick business income on family income has a moderate effect, which is 79%, which means the brick business in Sorek Dua Village is classified as having a very good influence so that the business is feasible to develop and develop.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence students' motivation in class X Adp 3 in economic subjects at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru to analyze and determine the effect of student personal variables (X1) teacher's personal (X2) Network Structure of Social Relations in Schools (X3) and Schools as Educational Institutions (X4) on learning motivation (Y). In this study data were collected through questionnaire distribution to 32 Class X Adp 3 students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 using the saturation sampling method. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, hypothesis testing through the F test and t test and test. The results of the analysis found that the four independent variables namely students' personal (X1) personal teacher (X2) Network Structure of Social Relations in Schools (X3) and Schools as Educational Institutions (X4) had a positive and significant influence on learning motivation (Y). Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the two independent variables studied were proven to significantly affect the dependent variable of student learning motivation. Then through the F test it can be seen the value of f arithmetic 14.236 with a significance level of 0.000 that the four independent variables significantly influence together on student motivation.

Abstract

In this study the method used is correlation, which is a method to provide a clear and accurate picture of the problem being examined. This research is not directed at testing hypotheses, but directed at describing variables or conditions as they are in a situation. this is in accordance with the opinion of Arikunto (2002: 131). The results of parental responses to the social behavior of children in kindergarten Raudhatul Jannah, in terms of overall indicators of parental responses to social behavior of children classified as "Agree" with a percentage of 65.00%. While the level of education of parents of children who have elementary education as many as 17 people with a percentage level of 56.67%, 9 percent of junior high school education with a percentage of 30.00%, and high school education of 4 people with a percentage of 13.33%, while parents with College education level does not exist. The results of the above calculations it is known that the value of the Produc Moment correlation between the level of parental education on social behavior of children is 0.511. If this price is consulted with the table r Product Moment obtained r table = 0.361 (for n = 30), then r count> r table or, 0.511> 0.361 in the "medium" category. This means that the level of parental education has a significant effect on social behavior of children in Raudhatul Jannah Kindergarten.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of children's musical intelligence at Kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal V Pekanbaru, and the learning that teachers use to improve musical intelligence is not yet interesting. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research with a total of 25 research subjects consisting of 10 boys and 15 girls. Data collection techniques data collection in this study is observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the percentage technique. The results of the study conducted, showed that the activity of teachers in the first cycle obtained a percentage score of 48.2%. The observation of teacher activities in the second cycle showed an increase with a percentage score of 85.7% with good criteria. Increased teacher activity can increase children's activity, in cycle I obtained a score of 56.5 (56.5%) with poor criteria. In cycle II with a score of 82.9 (82.9%) with good criteria. Increased activity of students is followed by an increase in musical intelligence in children, from cycle I to cycle II. in cycle I obtained an average score of 37.8 (47%) with kiteria starting to develop. An increase in musical intelligence increased in children in Kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal V Pekanbaru in the second cycle with an average score of 47.8 (78.5%) with very well developed criteria (BSB).

Abstract

Modern retail is a place that offers a variety of community needs. Retail trade not only sells products, but retail sales also means selling services, so it is natural for retailers to compete for consumers both from products and to offer services. This competition between modern retail and traditional markets requires efforts to maintain customer loyalty so that traders do not lose consumers. In this research, it will be discussed matters relating to customer loyalty, namely customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of consumer satisfaction with consumer loyalty in modern retail and to determine the effect of free variables of customer satisfaction with consumer loyalty in modern retail. This research was conducted at SKA Pekanbaru Sports Station Mall in April to May 2015. The sample of this study amounted to 70 people with simple random sampling technique with the subject criteria is the Sports Station Mall SKA Pekanbaru customer. The data collection of this study was carried out using a questionnaire namely the scale of consumer loyalty and customer satisfaction made by researchers. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that there is a significant influence between consumer satisfaction with customer loyalty in modern retail. The results of partial calculations show that there is a significant positive effect between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
