Abstract

Religion needs a strategy. This became a challenge for the Balinese Society in particular to understand the teachings of Hinduism. So as to achieve this, Hinduism lays out three basic frameworks, (Tatwa / Philosophy, Ethics/susila, and Ceremonies/rituals) which one with the other fills and is a unanimous unity to live and be silent in order to achieve religious goals called Jagadhita and Moksa. Spiritual water in Hinduism one of them is dharma discourse. In doing dharma discourse in the mass media such as in LPP TVRI Bali through the Hindu spiritual splash program needs to do a strategy, method, and technique to attract people to be more interested in watching the show of Hindu spiritual shingles. There is 3 issues on this topic, that is: (1). How to choose the topic for Siraman Rohani Hindu program on LPP TVRI Bali for the community. (2). How the broadcasting communication strategy for Siraman Rohani Hindu on LPP TVRI Bali. (3). What is the impact of Siraman Rohani Hindu on LPP TVRI Bali to the community. The theory that is used is Agenda Setting Theory and Dependency Effect Mass Communication theory. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interview, and documentation. Data providing technique using qualitative descriptive. This study found including the option of topic for the program, it is needed to plan and prepare competent source person and announcer in their field and deliver topics using appropriate methods and techniques. Communication broadcasting strategy is used to attract an audience by applying broadcasting strategy using sociodrama, promotion strategy through social media, and persuasive communication strategy. Evaluation in applying strategies such as evaluation of the on-air process, evaluation of resource persons, and evaluation of the production. The impact of Siraman Rohani Hindu program on society is as there is a Cognitive impact, affective impact, and behavioral impact.

Abstract

Education is a process that occurs continuously which aims to change the identity of a student to be more advanced and develop in science. The cultivation of character values is very important for overcoming various problems of moral and behavioral deviations that occur in everyday life. This research method is a scientific way of obtaining data. These character values will be conveyed systematically and accepted by all groups, especially students as the nation's young generation. Character education as a form of implementing the dissemination of noble cultural values of the nation is a form of systematic, planned and measurable reinforcement. adhesive factor for social integration. Application of Character Education Values in Learning Hindu Religious Education at SMPN 5 Satap Randangan in Banuroja Village, Randangan District, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province. (1). What are the forms of character education values in learning Hinduism at SMPN 5 Satap Randangan, Banuroja village. (2). What are the obstacles to implementing character education values in learning Hinduism at SMPN 5 Satap Randangan, Banuroja village. (3). What are the efforts? the implementation of the application of character education values in learning Hinduism at SMPN 5 Satap Randangan, Banuroja Village, to Hindu students in general, especially for students at SMP 5 Satap, Banuroja Village, Randangan District, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province, it is hoped that it will be useful in relation to the application of values character education in learning Hindu Religion.

Abstract

Abstract Currently, the government has budgeted funds for the implementation of the education sector in the amount of 20% of the APBN/APBD which aims to increase Indonesia's human resources. The goal of national education is to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent and become democratic and responsible citizens. The current phenomenon shows that the results of education nationally are still in an apprehensive condition. Therefore it is necessary to update school management materials through the teachings of Asta Brata in school management. This study focuses on three formulations of the problem, namely (1) What is the pattern of Asta Brata-based principal leadership management at Tembuku 1 State Vocational School?, (2) What factors support and hinder the Asta Brata-based principal leadership management process at State Vocational High School 1 Tembuku?, (3) What are the steps in improving Asta Brata-based principal leadership management at Tembuku 1 State Vocational School?. The problem is studied by using several theories, namely; Educational management theory, convergence theory, and structural functionalism theory. This research is qualitative using a naturalistic approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, literature studies, document studies. The results showed that the implementation of the teachings of Asta Brata in school management at SMK Negeri 1 Tembuku was very good and positive, as evidenced by the realization of a harmonious relationship between school members and the community through religious activities that give social religious meanings to the development of school management.   Key words: Asta Brata Based and School Management

Abstract

Siwaratri Day is also celebrated with the Rsi Yajna ceremony by Hindus in Mataram City. This was done by visiting Sulinggih’s residence and giving sincere offerings. This is a form of respect for the role of sulinggih in the implementation of Hindu religious rites. However, most Hindus are only familiar with the mediksa ceremony as a form of implementing the Rsi Yajna. The purpose of this study is to explore the form and impact of implementing Rsi Yajna in Mataram City. Qualitative research design, with the Grounded Theory approach, is a method in the study process where data are collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis techniques. Data analysis is carried out in several stages, namely reduction, data display, and data verification, to ensure that there is no bias, as well as the use of triangulation techniques. Referring to the field findings, the implementation of Rsi Yajna was carried out by visiting the residences of the sulinggih, offering sedanas and punia, and also conducting joint worship at Griya, the sulinggih’s residence. In general, the impact of implementing the Rsi Yajna is classified into four domains: social, cultural, economic, and spiritual. Specifically, the increase in sradha and devotion is the most noticeable impact among Hindus. Therefore, the implementation of Rsi Yajna represents gratitude and aims to enhance the spiritual quality of Hindus in Mataram City. Through this study, it is hoped that it will provide an overview of the importance of Rsi Yajna among Hindus and serve as a literature review for future relevant studies.
