Abstract

Garut merupakan salah satu kota yang berada di provinsi Jawa Barat yang terkenal dengan destinasi wisata keindahan alamnya, namun dari hasil observasi dan wawancara permasalahan yang dialami para wisatawan saat ini adalah kesulitan dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai sejarah, akses rute lokasi tempat wisata yang dituju. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang bangun aplikasi berbasis android tentang edukasi parawisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam rancang bangun aplikasi ini menggunakan Multimedia Development Life Cycle yang di mana tahapan pelaksanaannya meliputi Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing dan Distribution dengan melakukan pengujian alpha dan beta, sedangkan untuk bahasa pemograman digunakan pemograman Dart dan NoSQL Firebase sebagai basis datanya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Aplikasi Edukasi Parawisata di Kabupaten Garut Berbasis Android yang telah dilengkapi dengan fitur chatting untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam berkomunikasi dengan pengelola wisata, google maps untuk memberi informasi mengenai rute lokasi wisata, dan edukasi mengenai sejarah tempat wisata yang disajikan dalam bentuk fitur multimedia.

Abstract

Layanan proses promosi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi saat ini tidak hanya dimanfaatkan oleh mereka para pemilik usaha yang besar saja, tetapi sekarang usaha lain pun juga membutuhkannya dalam mendukung kegiatan usahanya. Di era teknologi saat ini, banyak proses bisnis bagi pemilik usaha yang menggunakan dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi sehingga proses promosi menjadi lebih mudah, efektif dan efisien. Salah satunya dengan menerapkan teknologi Augmented Reality yang dapat memberikan visualisasi berbeda kepada para pembeli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi berbasis Augmented Reality sebagai media untuk promosi barang mebel dengan menampilkan objek 3D pada sampel atau majalah yang telah di pasang marker. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang di mana tahapan pelaksanaannya meliputi Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing dan Distribution. Kemudian pengujian alpha dengan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa Aplikasi Promosi Katalog Mebel Menggunakan Teknologi Augmented Reality.

Abstract

The development of the medical world at this time involves a lot of computers to help diagnose a disease. especially psychology has used technology in practice. Psychological disorder is a condition that affects the human mind characterized by erratic behavior, mood swings, and mental disorders that are not considered part of normal human development. This study aims to produce a web-based expert system that can be used by the public with the supervision of psychologists to diagnose psychological disorders who are able to make decisions according to the rules. The inference engine used is the forward chaining method and the methodology used in the development of this application is the Ratinoal Unified Process (RUP) using the stages of inception, elaboration, construction. The model and design in this study uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The result of this research is a Web-Based General Psychology Expert System Design Using Forward Chaining Method.

Abstract

Sundanese script learning media is a learning system with android-based mobile technology that is used as a supporting medium for learning Sundanese script. The learning process in schools generally still uses books, so alternative media are needed that can attract students' attention in learning writing, letters, and forms of the Sundanese script. In this research, Sundanese script learning media was developed using Augmented Reality as a support for the learning process for class VII junior high school which can be run on Android-based devices. The development methodology in this research is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle which includes the stages of Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. The results of this study are in the form of learning media applications to learn how to write and pronounce Sundanese script accompanied by Augmented Reality (3D) forms accompanied by videos. In addition, based on the survey results obtained 93.6% indicating that the use of the Sundanese Script Learning Media application using Android-Based Augmented Reality can support the learning of the Sundanese Script properly.

Abstract

Text Pre-Processing is the first step in Sentiment Analysis. Categorizing a sentiment in a dataset is part of the Text-Preprocessing stage to get the optimal model accuracy value. Generative Pretrained Transformer, often known as Chat GPT, is a Machine Learning model that can automatically generate realistic and meaningful text. This study aims to examine the capability of GPT Chat as an alternative in the Text-Pre-Processing stage by utilizing GPT Chat 3 from the openai.com website in the Text-Pre-Processing stage of the collected tweet data. The data used in this research is the result of crawling Twitter by inserting the keyword "Chat GPT”. This study method was carried out by measuring performance using the K-Nearest Neighbor and Naïve Bayes Algorithms to find the best performance value and compare it with the Text-Preprocessing generated by Rapidminer. It is shown that the performance accuracy produced using the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm is 73.57% using the Linear Sampling method. The comparison result with the Text-Preprocessing method using Rapidminer indeed shows a better accuracy of 75.33%, which means it has a narrow difference of 1.76% with the Chat GPT Text Pre-Processing method. However, both are still in the same category, which is Fair Classification. The results of this research show that Chat GPT can be an alternative in Text-Preprocessing datasets for sentiment analysis.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is rich in the diversity of characteristics of each region, as in the city of Garut which has regional souvenirs, one of which is dodol arrowroot, souvenirs made of leather and so on. However, currently tourists who want to buy souvenirs in Garut lack the information they get or the knowledge of tourists about the regional specialties they visit. Geographic information systems can help users find places of interest and also by mapping places where souvenirs are made to help users find information about several souvenir shops in the city of Garut. The methodology used is the Rational Unified Process which has four stages, namely Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and transition. This system is built using the React Native framework and using the JavaScript programming language. The result of this research is to create a Geographic Information System for mapping souvenir places in Garut City based on Android, it is hoped that tourists can find it easy to find souvenir locations in Garut city.

Abstract

The bridge is part of the means of transportation to connect two areas that are separated by a river, ravine, or other. Garut Regency is one of the areas in West Java Province which has a large area and is connected by many bridges. These bridges are managed by the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR), specifically the Bina Marga sector. To support the management of bridges in Garut Regency, a system is needed that can inform the location and condition of the bridge. This geographic information system will provide information to the user regarding the map of the bridge location, bridge name, road sections, dimensions, type, photo, and condition of the bridge. The purpose of this study is to design a geographic information system for mapping bridges using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) development methodology with Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. The results of the study show that the geographic information system built can map the location and inform the details and condition of the existing bridges in Garut Regency. Then, the results of the Likert scale calculations from the questionnaires distributed to respondents from PUPR Garut district obtained an assessment of 96% which indicates that this system is acceptable and can be implemented for a bridge mapping system.
