Investment is an interesting thing to analyze during the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic because at this time the economy is experiencing a decline so specifically for investors, they must consider the level of risk in their shares. The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of Consumer Goods Industry stocks with a concentration of pharmaceutical companies that can form an optimal portfolio and to determine the proportion of each selected stock and the level of return and risk of the resulting portfolio. The method that used is Single Index Model approach. The results of the analysis show that using the Single Index Model, Consumer Goods Industry stocks with a concentration of pharmaceutical companies from December 2016 to November 2020 can form an optimal portfolio consisting of SIDO with a proportion of 26.10%, PYFA with a proportion of 23 , 02%, DVLA with a proportion of 50.89% and a portfolio expected return of 5.79% and a risk of 6.95%

MSMEs have a great number of important roles in the economy of a country and should be developed and empowered. The main thing needed in the effort to boost the performance of MSME is support in terms of business funding. The impact of microfinance should be optimized through the appropriate strategies of all parties involved. Through appropriate microfinance strategies, MSMEs are expected to experience significant growth. The purpose of this research is to identify factors influencing access of micro finance and, impact of micro financing and to formulate strategy in optimizing microfinance for MSMEs in Bogor Regency. The primary data obtained from the owners of MSMEs of bag and footwear industries was were analyzed using logistic regression and rank test marked Wilcoxon. The primary data from the experts were analyzed using AHP method. The results showed that the factors that influence access to microfinance are monthly profits, total assets and savings access. Microfinance has a positive impact on almost all aspects of MSME performance. The right strategy to optimize microfinance is the CSR partnership financing program.Keywords: AHP, micro financing, MSMEs, Wilcoxon

The purpose of this study was to compare the profitability of companies during the pandemic period with the 2 years pre-pandemic. The population in this study was 27 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2020. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The sample criteria are (1) Agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange consecutively for the 2018-2020 period. (2) Agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that completely report their financial statements for the first quarter to the third quarter of 2018-2020. The number of samples is 9 agricultural companies. The analysis technique of this research is horizontal comparative analysis and profitability ratio analysis using basic earning power (BEP), Return on equity (ROE), Return on assets (ROA), and profit margin. The results show that COVID-19 has no significant effect on the profitability of agricultural companies, this is evidenced by the conditions of profit and profitability of companies that fluctuate every year. However, it seems that there is one company that has been affected by the pandemic, namely DSFI because the company showed good results in 2018 and 2019. However, in 2020 the company showed not good enough results.

Sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan solusi yang tepat dalam upaya peningkatan dan pengembangan perekonomian di Desa Cisolok sukabumi, karena pelaku UMKM merupakan kelompok usaha yang memiliki jumlah paling besar sehingga sudah menjadi keharusan penguatan kelompok UMKM yang melibatkan banyak sumber daya manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran sumber daya manusia di desa cisolok Sukabumi. Komunikasi persuasif dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengubah atau memengaruhi kepercayaan, sikap, dan perilaku masyarakat Desa Cisolok sehingga mereka dapat mengimplementasikan materi sosialisasi dalam menjalankan usahanya. Dalam hasil penelitian dijelaskan bahwa Sumber Daya Manusia di Desa Cisolok memiliki permasalahan yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya kedisiplinan serta kurangnya kualitas sumber daya manusia. Selain itu, sebagian besar lambatnya pertumbuhan usaha di Desa Cisolok disebabkan oleh keterbatasan modal kerja serta kurang tersedianya sarana prasana yang mendukung.

Stock is one of the most popular instruments traded in the capital market. Issuing shares is one of the choices made by companies when deciding to fund the company. In addition, stocks are an investment alternative that has been chosen by many investors because stocks are able to provide attractive returns. The movement of stock prices is a stochastic process, where today's price is affected by the previous day's stock price, and tomorrow's stock price is influenced by today's stock price. Thus, the movement of this stock price is a markov chain where the movement can occur repeatedly, but the exact time cannot be known. By studying the long-term behavior of the Markov chain, it is possible to predict stock movements in the future

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Gandasoli, Kecamatan Cikakak, oleh Universitas Nusa Putra adalah sebuah program pengabdian masyarakat yang melibatkan mahasiswa untuk memahami dan berkontribusi dalam kehidupan masyarakat setempat. Selama satu bulan, mahasiswa KKN menjalankan berbagai kegiatan yang mencerminkan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi: pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat. Program ini mencakup observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan pelaksanaan program kerja seperti sosialisasi kewirausahaan, pendidikan kesehatan, penanganan stunting, pengelolaan sampah melalui ecobrick, dan berbagai kegiatan pendidikan seperti MARKIJAR dan Education Fair. Hasil dari KKN ini menunjukkan dampak positif bagi masyarakat, termasuk peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan, kesehatan, dan keterampilan ekonomi, serta peningkatan semangat belajar dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa. Mahasiswa memperoleh pengalaman berharga dalam berinteraksi dan beradaptasi dengan masyarakat, sementara masyarakat Desa Gandasoli mendapatkan manfaat nyata dari program-program yang dijalankan. Sinergi antara mahasiswa dan masyarakat dalam KKN ini berhasil menciptakan perubahan positif dan inspiratif untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan di desa tersebut.

Understanding the intricate interplay between financial knowledge, personality traits, and financial management behavior is crucial for the success of small businesses, especially in the vibrant world of Pecel Lele SMEs in Sukabumi Regency. This study delves into this dynamic relationship, drawing data directly from 50 SMEs in Sukabumi. Contrary to expectations, individual analysis reveals that financial knowledge alone does not significantly impact financial management behavior. However, a fascinating discovery emerges when considering personality traits; they wield a substantial influence on the financial decisions made by Pecel Lele SME owners. Yet, the true revelation lies in the combined effect of personality traits and financial knowledge. Together, they emerge as potent drivers, shaping decision-making processes and financial management behaviors within these enterprises. This research offers valuable insights into the intricate fabric of factors shaping the financial landscape of Pecel Lele SMEs, paving the way for more informed strategies and interventions to bolster their success in Sukabumi and beyond. The data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 26 software.

Social entrepreneurship in agriculture develops in line with the development of social entrepreneurship. The lack of interest among the younger generation in working in agriculture remains a significant challenge to the development of social entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector, particularly in West Java Province. This study aims to develop a strategy for cultivating agricultural social entrepreneurs among millennial generation farmers, based on the primary challenges in developing agricultural social entrepreneurs and the readiness of millennial farmers in West Java, as well as other stakeholders, to apply the concept of social entrepreneurship to agricultural businesses. The research uses qualitative studies to comprehensively capture the problem situation in developing the human resource capacity of millennial generation farmers, especially in rural West Java. The results of the research indicate that two progressive strategies (SO) need to be implemented. Firstly, the millennial farmer community must ensure that assistance programs from both the government and other parties run smoothly and involve as many parties as possible that may be positively affected. The second strategy is that millennial entrepreneurs, through the use of technology, must innovate to enhance the branding and marketing of processed agricultural products, leveraging existing government programs for support.
