Abstract

Bisnis perkebunan merupakan usaha padat modal dan memerlukan waktu yang sangat lama. Saat ini bisnis perkebunan kelapa sawit sedang berada pada keadaan yang sangat baik. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh permintaan CPO pada negara-negara yang sedang berkembang seperti China dan India serta perubahan pola pikir masyarakat tentang energi alternatif seperti biofuel. Untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar terhadap produk kelapa sawit yang terus meningkat, Indoagri sebagai perusahaan agro-industri akan melakukan investasi dengan memperluas lahan dan meningkatkan produksi kelapa sawit dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan adalah mengakuisisi perusahaan perkebunan seperti Lonsum. Akuisisi mayoritas saham lonsum dilakukan Indoagri dengan cara memberikan penawaran harga terhadap para pemegang saham Lonsum. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penilaian perusahaan Lonsum dari aspek finansial sehingga didapat nilai wajar untuk pembelian saham secara langsung maupun dengan cara penawaran tender. Metode yang digunakan dalam perhitungan nilai perusahaan Lonsum adalah analisis Discounted Cash Flow (analisis sensitivitas dan analisis skenario), analisis perbandingan (harga pasar), serta analisis perhitungan harga buku. Dari hasil perhitungan didapat rentang harga sebesar Rp 6.878.722.702.669 sampai Rp 9.353.883.823.533 dengan harga saham per lembarnya antara Rp 5.041 sampai Rp 6.855. Harga yang diambil adalah Rp 6.600 per lembar saham untuk saham yang dimiliki pengendali perusahaan dan Rp 6.855 per lembar saham untuk penawaran tender. Harga perusahaan yang disarankan adalah sebesar Rp 9.129.329.751.015. Nilai tersebut harus dikurangi dengan biaya akuisisi sehingga harga perusahaan yang akan diterima Lonsum sebesar Rp 8.136.547.350.884.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to (1) evaluate the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the growth of the Indonesian capital market (IDX); and (2) assess the influence of externalities and social distancing policies on the dynamics of the Indonesian capital market's progress. The case study approach is paired with a statistical research methodology that allows the use of dummy variables in multiple regression. The dependent variable is IDX, while the independent variables are the amount of Covid-19 instances in Indonesia, China, and Spain, the FTSE100 (London), Hangseng (Hong Kong), and NASDAQ (New York) stock indices, as well as differences in Indonesia's social distancing policies (Satgas, WFH and PSBB). According to the study's conclusions, both internal and external influences influenced the IDX's push. Inside Indonesia, the financial market has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and social distancing policies. The Covid-19 pandemic in China and Spain had an impact on the ISHG index externally. Likewise, Hong Kong, London, and New York's capital markets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the profitability of companies during the pandemic period with the 2 years pre-pandemic. The population in this study was 27 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2020. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The sample criteria are (1) Agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange consecutively for the 2018-2020 period. (2) Agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that completely report their financial statements for the first quarter to the third quarter of 2018-2020. The number of samples is 9 agricultural companies. The analysis technique of this research is horizontal comparative analysis and profitability ratio analysis using basic earning power (BEP), Return on equity (ROE), Return on assets (ROA), and profit margin. The results show that COVID-19 has no significant effect on the profitability of agricultural companies, this is evidenced by the conditions of profit and profitability of companies that fluctuate every year. However, it seems that there is one company that has been affected by the pandemic, namely DSFI because the company showed good results in 2018 and 2019. However, in 2020 the company showed not good enough results.

Abstract

In a company, financial statements have an important role as a basis for assessing the health of the company in a certain period of time. However, some companies still not use financial statements properly and correctly. This happened in one of the private companies, namely PT. TDI which has never been analyzed their financial statements deeply. This is what underlies a research study on the financial statements of PT. TDI to analyze the company's financial statements from the period 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of the company's financial statements in a predetermined period of time and the company's financial condition in the future. This research uses ratio analysis method, forecasting method and scenario analysis. The results show that the liquidity and profitability ratios have decreased from 2017-2020 while the solvency ratio has increased from 2017-2020. In research using the forecasting method, the company's financial condition is still quite good if income continues to rise even though the economy is deteriorating (worst case).

Abstract

Permasalahan di Desa Cikurutug adalah banyaknya sampah organik yang dihasilkan oleh industri rumah tangga dan pertanian yang belum dikelola sehingga menimbulkan bau tidak sedap. Sampah tersebut berupa potongan sayuran, kulit buah-buahan dan tulang daging. Selain itu di sektor perikanan, peternak ikan yang masih menggunakan pelet sebagai pakan ikan, mengingat harga pelet yang meningkat peternak harus mencari alternatif lain untuk menekan biaya pakan, salah satu solusi nya adalah budidaya maggot sebagai pengganti pakan ternak yang memiliki kandungan protein tinggi. Kegiatan Kelompok 8 mengadakan kegiatan sosialisasi budidaya maggot sebagai alternatif pakan ternak yang dilaksankan di Desa Cikurutug. Metode yang dilaksanakan adalah ceramah, diskusi dan praktek. Sebelum dilakukan sosialisasi, survei dan observasi lapangan dan metode literatur. Informasi hasil wawancara diperkuat dengan melakukan kajian pustaka terhadap sumber-sumber yang relevan dengan topik bahasan. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini adalah rasa antusias mansyarakat dibuktikan dengan diskusi yang interaktif antara mahasiswa dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan UMKM serta optimalisasi pariwisata daerah dan sosialisasi penanggulangan stunting di Desa Wangunsari adalah upaya yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Pemberdayaan UMKM dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dan memperkuat struktur perekonomian daerah, sedangkan optimalisasi pariwisata daerah dapat meningkatkan potensi wisata daerah dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Sosialisasi penanggulangan stunting dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya gizi seimbang dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan UMKM secara terintegrasi dengan melibatkan masyarakat lokal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kemandirian ekonomi. Selain itu, optimalisasi potensi pariwisata daerah dapat memberikan peluang bisnis baru dan meningkatkan daya tarik destinasi wisata. Selain aspek ekonomi, upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat juga memperhatikan aspek kesehatan, terutama dalam penanggulangan stunting. Melalui sosialisasi dan pendekatan edukasi, masyarakat diberdayakan untuk mengenali pentingnya gizi seimbang dan perawatan kesehatan bagi pertumbuhan anak. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya sinergi antara pengelolaan UMKM, optimalisasi pariwisata daerah, dan penanggulangan stunting dalam mendukung pemberdayaan masyarakat secara holistik. Implikasi kebijakan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi pembangunan berkelanjutan yang inklusif dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Industri kelapa sawit Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam sektor ekonomi dan sosial dengan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pendapatan nasional. Penelitian ini berfokus pada peramalan produksi kelapa sawit di PTPN Kebun Sukamaju, Jawa Barat, menggunakan model ARIMA untuk mendukung manajemen operasional. Data sekunder produksi bulanan dari 2016 hingga 2023 dianalisis dengan pendekatan mixed methods, menggunakan perangkat lunak R-Studio. Model ARIMA(1,1,3)(1,0,1)[12] dipilih sebagai model terbaik setelah melalui identifikasi, estimasi parameter, dan pemeriksaan diagnostik. Hasil peramalan menunjukkan penurunan produksi dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 12,49%.

This research investigates the progression of technology-driven digital e-CRM systems, focusing on three primary goals: uncovering research patterns, assessing the impact of technological advancements on e-CRM growth, and identifying future research prospects. The study also seeks to confirm hypotheses regarding the increasing emphasis on technology in e-CRM, the transformative effects of merging e-CRM with e-commerce and digital marketing, and emerging opportunities in analytics, and data security. A bibliometric examination of Scopus-indexed publications was performed using vosviewer application. The datasets were refined through three queries related to e-CRM concepts, technological innovations, and customer outcomes, resulting in 623, 60, and 14 documents, respectively. The results unveil significant trends, including the incorporation of Big Data and predictive analytics for data-informed decision-making, the implementation of AI and machine learning for customization and automation, the integration of social media into CRM strategies to boost engagement, the synergy between e-CRM, e-commerce, and digital marketing for omnichannel experiences, and the shift towards scalable cloud-based CRM systems. These findings validate the hypotheses, underscoring the crucial role of technological progress in reshaping e-CRM and enhancing customer experiences. Future research opportunities encompass advancing sentiment analysis for social media, harnessing IoT for real-time engagement, and tackling data privacy challenges to foster trust. Although limited to bibliometric methods and Scopus data, this study contributes to the existing literature by mapping e-CRM research trends, offering practical insights for professionals, and suggesting future directions aligned with emerging technologies and global challenges, thus emphasizing the strategic importance of aligning e-CRM innovation with evolving consumer needs.

Abstract

This study investigates how market capitalization, price volatility, and behavioral biases affect decisions to buy cryptocurrencies. Because of its decentralized structure and extreme volatility, the cryptocurrency market frequently affects investment choices through psychological elements, including loss aversion, overconfidence, and herd mentality. This study uses a quantitative methodology to analyze data from the nine most traded cryptocurrencies using independent t-tests, multiple linear regression, and simple linear regression. According to the study's findings, decisions to buy cryptocurrencies are significantly positively influenced by herd behavior and overconfidence, as shown by high volatility, but not significantly by loss aversion. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that price volatility significantly affects herd behavior, meaning that investors are influenced to follow the majority lead when prices fluctuate significantly. However, the degree of herd behavior is not affected by market capitalization, suggesting that psychological elements like herd behavior are more impacted by general market conditions than by market capitalization size. These results highlight how crucial it is to comprehend the psychological aspects of cryptocurrency market decision-making, since doing so can offer a better understanding of investor behavior and the workings of this extremely unpredictable market.
