Abstract

In Sukamenak village, the craftsmen manage their machetes and knives businesses independently, where they operate at home. The main problem to date has not been the formation of working groups or production houses that are professionally managed by certain institutions or offices to facilitate the efforts of these machete and knife craftsmen. In 1 day the craftsmen are able to make up to 15 machetes or ordinary knives, which will later be sold to the baros market and the attacking rau market, or sold to collectors with prices starting from Rp.30,000 depending on the size and shape of the machete. To increase the level of the community's economy by providing education and training. Entrepreneurship education activities carried out not only provide entrepreneurial skills, but also grow social capital to realize the formation of new entrepreneurs. Activities undertaken will be focused on forming one community group that will be empowered. The community will be given education and training through the management and marketing of machetes. The implementation method that will be carried out consists of five stages, namely: 1) counseling about the promotion and marketing of machetes as a business opportunity. 2) marketing training through digital marketing. 3) economic feasibility training through a good understanding of entrepreneurial management. 4) training marketing products online and offline markets. And 5) plans for the continuation of education and training activities.

Abstract

Good leadership and supervision of employees are some of the factors that are expected to improve employee performance at PT. Purna Baja Harsco Cilegon. This study aims to find out how much influence leadership and supervision have on employee performance at PT. Purna Baja Harsco Cilegon. The population and sample in this study were all employees totaling 99 employees who worked at PT. Purna Baja Harsco Cilegon. This research was conducted from 03 to 15 November 2019. Data were collected by questionnaire method, and the analysis used was the data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS v.25 for windows. Based on the results of this study concluded that: Hypothesis 1 test obtained tvalue is greater than ttable (5,242 > 1,984) so ​​H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means leadership (X1) influences employee performance (Y), hypothesis 2 obtained tvalue is greater than ttable ( 6,597 > 1,984) so ​​that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means supervision (X2) influences employee performance (Y), and hypothesis 3 is obtained the Fvalue value is 638,205 while Ftable is 3.09 which means Fvalue > Ftable. This shows that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, which means that leadership (X1) and supervision (X2) jointly influence employee performance (Y).

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, companies experienced changes in working hours and faced different work situations from before the pandemic. One of the most important things to face these challenges is how to maintain the performance of the company's employees so that they continue to give their best performance. This is due to health threats, changes in the work system, and changes in the environmental conditions faced. The novelty of the study when compared with previous studies is that there are differences in exogenous variables. The researcher analyzed the influence of the safety culture and sense of belonging variables on performance, which was processed using SMART PLS to determine the magnitude of the influence of each variable indicator. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. This study used a sample of 66 people who were obtained by random sampling technique, had a minimum of one year of work experience and were permanent employees of the company. Each variable will be tested for convergent validity, discriminant validity, reliability, R2, and significance. The results of the research based on the value of R2 show that the culture of safety and sense of belonging has an influence of 24.6% on performance. The safety culture indicators have a significant effect on performance with a T count = 4.655, while the sense of belonging has a significant effect on performance with a T count = 3.451. Finally, it can be concluded from the results of research on employees of manufacturing companies in Merak Banten that both latent variables exogenous safety culture (X1) and sense of belonging (X2) with their indicators significantly affect performance (Y). This means that by increasing the culture of safety and sense of belonging, it will be able to improve employee performance in the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, discipline, and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT Elnusa Fabrication Construction in Cilegon City. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods. The research population was conducted at PT Elnusa Fabrication Construction in Cilegon City totaling 52 people, and samples were taken using a saturated sample. The research was conducted at PT Elnusa Fabrication Construction in Cilegon City from 19 November 2021 to 19 August 2022. Data was collected using a questionnaire (questionnaire), and analyzed using the SPSS application version 25. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the work environment and employee job satisfaction, there is a significant influence between work discipline and employee job satisfaction, there is a significant influence between work motivation and employee job satisfaction, and there is a significant influence between work environment, discipline, and motivation simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. researchers who will conduct research at the same location as this study, should use other variables that have not been studied at the same location to develop research.

Abstract

Situasi pandemi seperti ini membuat semua aktivitas masyarakat harus tetap mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang ada, seperti menjaga jarak, memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjauhi kerumunan, dan mengurangi mobilitas. Hal ini membuat masyarakat harus melakukan perkerjaan dari rumah. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian pada situasi Pandemi Covid-19 adalah membantu masyarakat yang terdampak baik dari segi pendidikan, ekonomi, dan membangun desa yang berkelanjutan dengan mengadakan kegiatan bimbingan belajar, mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan produk makanan sehat dari bahan dasar tepung labu kuning, sehingga dapat menciptakan kemandirian ekonomi di masyarakat dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang ada, dalam rangka mencegahan penyebaran Covid-19. Masih banyak masyarakat yang kurang peduli pada situasi, dan kondisi seperti ini, maka dari itu melalui adanya program ini, kami mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya pola hidup sehat dan selalu menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang ada. Kemudian produk unggulan yang kami ciptakan adalah Tepung Labu Kuning yang dapat di kreasikan menjadi berbagai macam produk makanan sehat di situasi pandemi Covid-19 seperti ini, kamipun bersama masyarakat membuat berbagai olahan makanan dari bahan dasar tepung labu kuning ini, sehingga nantinya masyarakat dapat membuat sendiri olahan makanan dari bahan dasar tepung labu kuning serta dapat meningkatkan perekonomian di masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian reward, punishment Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Area Terdampak Pintu Toll Serang Panimbang Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian analisis deskriptif ,Pengambilan sampel menggunakan random Sampling berjumlah 50 orang.Responden yaitu Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Area Terdampak Pintu Toll Serang-Panimbang. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah Spss 20.Hasil Penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pemberian Reward (X1) terhadap motivasi kerja (Y) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara punishment (X2) terhadap Motivasi Kerja (Y) bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian reward (X1) dan punishment (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap Motivasi (Y)

Abstract

Research on the complex and multifaceted relationship between job satisfaction, moonlighting intentions, turnover intentions, and organizational citizenship behaviour has been conducted in organizational behaviour. Researchers have investigated various factors contributing to positive organizational citizenship behaviour, job satisfaction, moonlighting, and turnover intentions. This study aims to examine the interrelationships between Job Satisfaction, Moonlighting Intentions, Turnover Intention, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and their impact on an organization's success. Organizations can create a positive work environment that fosters employee well-being, engagement, and productivity when they thoroughly understand the complex interplay among these factors. This results in improved outcomes for employees as well as the organization. The research employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing a literature review that begins with a meticulous selection of relevant topics and keywords to identify appropriate journals and sources. This process is crucial as it guarantees that the information collected is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date. By selecting appropriate topics and keywords, researchers can ensure that they gather the most pertinent and reliable information for their study. According to the study, there is a negative correlation between job satisfaction and moonlighting intentions among IT professionals. It implies that those who are content with their current job are less inclined to seek additional employment. Additionally, the study revealed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly negatively impact turnover intention. Therefore, organizations can decrease turnover intention by enhancing job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and person-organization fit. Furthermore, the study found that job satisfaction positively and significantly influences organizational citizenship behaviour. Moreover, organizational commitment mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behaviour positively and significantly

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ( PKM ) berlokasi di Desa Tanagara Kecamatan Cadasari Kabupaten Pandeglang,Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk melakukan inovasi dan kreativitas dalam pengolahan labu kuning menjadi kuliner local,dengan  adanya pelatihan oleh ibu-ibu rumahtangga yang tinggal di daerah sekitar  dapat memberikan pengaruh baik terhadap perkembangan ekonomi rumah tangganya serta dapat mengembangkan potensi yang dapat ditekuni untuk dijadikan kuliner oleh-oleh wisatawan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap yaitu tahap awal,tahap inti dan tahap akhir menjadi salah satu inkubator bisnis dan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat serta terjalinnya kerjasama yang berkelanjutan untuk mengembangkan dan berinovasi dalam pembuatan kuliner local dengan bahan dasar yang lain seperti dari singkong, Ubi jalar dan lain-lain serta sosialisasi pemasaran produknya. Dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihan ini khususnya para ibu rumah tangga menjadi produktif serta memberikan keuntungan dan kesempatan untuk menjadi peluang bisnis dengan kuliner local Indonesia sehat.
