Abstract

Telepon selular merupakan perkembangan dari telepon rumah yang dapat dibawa kemana saja, karena handphone bersifat mobile dan juga dapat membantu kegiatan manusia bukan hanya untuk menelpon namun dapat mengirim sms/ pesan, internet, mendengarkan musik, bahkan mengabadikan kegiatan manusia dengan teknologi kamera. Guna studi penelitian ini mencari pengaruh bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) melalui simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian Oppo Smartphone melalui teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Non Probability Sampling. Universitas Serang Raya melalui mahasiswanya ditunjuk sebagai lokasi objek dan subjek penelitian dengan menjadikan mahasiswa Universitas Serang Raya sebanyak 160 orang sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan secarat langsung, simultan dan parsial marketing mix berdampak pada keputusan pembelian Oppo Smartphone.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan leader of entrepreunership terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indonesia power UJP Banten 3 Lontar.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian asosiatif, pendekatan kuantitatif jenis data yang di peroleh dari penelitian ini berbentuk data sekunder yang berdasarkan dari hasil kuesioner sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan dua variabel yang terdiri dari dua variabel independen dan satu variabel dependen atau yang dikenal dengan variabel terikat. Dimana dua variabel independen itu adalah motivasi dan leader of entrepreunership dan variabel dependen nya adalah kinerja karyawan .Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple jenuh dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 sampel dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, alat analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) leader of entrepreunership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan 3) motivasi dan leader of entreupreunership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Leader of Entrepreunership,kinerja

Abstract

Employees students face major threats related to the development and implementation of the industrial revolution 4.0. However, how employees students handle this situation scientifically is rarely found in the behavioural science literature. This study tries to fill this gap and at the same time extends the Theory of Planned Behavior by adding a variable of religiosity. A total of 421 Muslim students in Banten Province who are still working, were sampled using the purposive sampling method. Structural Equation Modeling is used to test hypotheses simultaneously. The results showed that all independent variables, namely religiosity, subjective norms, and perceived behavioural control had a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intentions of employees students. That is, although the influence of religiosity is second only to perceived behavioural control, empirically, extending the theory of planned behaviour with religiosity is still acceptable. For policymakers, the results of this study can be used to make policies that can increase perceptions about the ease of doing business in Indonesia, especially for employees students. Abstract

This study aims to develop a model of creativity and innovation in building the entrepreneurial spirit. The population are 145 young people from the study group in Anyer District, Serang Regency. The location selection is based on the fact that young people in that area are more interested in working on the Cilegon industrial area than become entrepreneurs, while business opportunities in the digital economy era are wide open to the younger generation. The research data is collected by giving tests, questionnaires, guidelines, observations, interviews and documentation studies. The data is analyzed using descriptive analysis, percentage, with non-parameter statistics with Microsoft Excel, and SPSS 19. The results of this study show that: 1) model planning is ready to be carried out based on theory and empirical research results in field of entrepreneurship courses in structured concept;. 2) the process of applying this model is carried out in community learning groups through three stages: introductory material, model development, and model testing; 3) the model that encourages the development of creativity and entrepreneurial innovation towards community learning groups is a training model oriented to build the entrepreneurial spirit in the digital economic era; 4) This training model enables the creation of entrepreneurial institutions in the digital economic era that require more creativity and innovation.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i1.2548

Abstract

Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise (MSME's) marketing is still limited to traditional models and has not yet utilized digital marketing optimally. The purpose of this article is to identify the use of social media to increase the sales volume of MSME's products. This article uses the literature study method, using secondary data. Data analysis techniques used a descriptive approach. The results of studies and analysis show that the importance of using social media such as Collaborative projects (Example: Wikipedia), content communities or sharing media such as YouTube, social networking sites (example: Facebook), and virtual social worlds or market places such as open outlets, Tokopedia, and shopper. Optimizing social media can increase market share and sales of MSME's products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on job satisfaction,Entreuprunersip and motivation of employees at PT. Panarub Industry Tangeranang. This study used a descriptive questionnaire (questionnaire), which were distributed to 77 (seventy-seven) a sample of respondents of this study, the data come from populations that are normally distributed and have the same variance.The method used is descriptive method that aims to elaborate or provide an overview of the properties or characteristics of a particular phenomenon, and methods of verification or causal to analyze the relationships between the other variables or the way the other vaiabel using statistics.Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample based on the sample is saturated. Test Instrument with the data analysis and hypothesis testing.Based on the research and statistical calculations, it is known that resgresi linear equation Y = 14.885 + 0.614X1+0.053X2, the correlation coefficient R = 0.723, while the coefficient of determination is seen from R Square = 0.522 means that leadership and motivation of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable 52.2% of the remaining 47.8% is influenced by other factors such as work culture, discipline, work environment, etc. are not included in this study. And There is a significant relationship between leadership and motivation on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Panarub Industry Tangerang in the t test, the results obtained t test > t table (4,281> 1,992) it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between leadership entreupreunership (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y) on PT. Abstract

Pemimpin yang memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan atau kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dan motivasi mutlak diperlukan sebagai intangible culture,  suatu kemampuan structural non fisikal yang mampu menggerakan sosok fisikal, berani mengambil resiko dan mengutamakan prestasi kerja. sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepimpinan Kewiarausahaan dan Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada Universitas Serang Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan berupa angket (kuesioner) yang disebar kepada 77 (tujuh puluh tujuh) responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini, data tersebut berasal dari populasi yang berdistribusi normal dan memiliki variansi yang sama.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala Likert. Penentuan sampelnya berdasarkan sampel jenuh. Analisis datanya dengan Uji Instrument dan Uji Hipotesis.Berdasarkan penelitian dan perhitungan statistik, diketahui bahwa persamaan resgresi linier Y = 14.885 + 0.614X1+0.053X2, nilai koefisien korelasi R = 0.723, sedangkan koefisien determinasi yang dilihat dari R Square = 0.522 yang berarti bahwa kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dan motivasi variabel independent dalam menjelaskan variabel dependent sebesar 52.2% sisanya 47.8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain seperti budaya kerja, disiplin pegawai, lingkungan kerja, dan lain sebagainya yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini. Dan Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Universitas Serang Raya dalam uji t, didapat hasil t hitung > t tabel (4.281 > 1.992) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kewirausahaan (X1) dan motivasi (X2) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y) pada Universitas Serang Raya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Employee Engagement and Position Promotion on Employee Performance in Small and Medium Business Groups in Banten Province. The method used is a descriptive and associative quantitative method. The population of this research is employees with a sample of 81 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. This study uses regression analysis using SPSS version 23 software Based on the results of hypothesis testing 1 shows employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of hypothesis 2 test show that promotion has a significant effect on employee performance. The result of hypothesis test 3 shows that employee engagement and promotion have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between employee engagement and job promotion variables on employee performance by 3.2 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, discipline, and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT Elnusa Fabrication Construction in Cilegon City. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods. The research population was conducted at PT Elnusa Fabrication Construction in Cilegon City totaling 52 people, and samples were taken using a saturated sample. The research was conducted at PT Elnusa Fabrication Construction in Cilegon City from 19 November 2021 to 19 August 2022. Data was collected using a questionnaire (questionnaire), and analyzed using the SPSS application version 25. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the work environment and employee job satisfaction, there is a significant influence between work discipline and employee job satisfaction, there is a significant influence between work motivation and employee job satisfaction, and there is a significant influence between work environment, discipline, and motivation simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. researchers who will conduct research at the same location as this study, should use other variables that have not been studied at the same location to develop research.

Abstract

The Aim of The activities of the Serang Raya University Business Incubator include: developing an entrepreneurial spirit, training management and business skills for tenants, business consulting, reviewing established companies and facilitating tenants in entrepreneurship to produce new entrepreneurs. The  Students who have started entrepreneurship, students of the Entrepreneurship Student Creativity Program (PKMK) or other Student Creativity Programs (PKM), graduating students who are interested or just starting a business can perfect the entrepreneurial activities that have been carried out previously, to increase their business. The service unit for the Business Incubator program at the University of Serang Raya in 2022 provides entrepreneurship motivation to 40 students, all of whom are other PKMK/PKM students, students who are starting new businesses and students who have graduated, then from that number 17 were selected to become tenants of prospective entrepreneurs. At the end of the program, 6 students and graduate students have succeeded in becoming new entrepreneurs with various business fields, including: wood crafts, rope bags, headscarves, patchwork, campus canteen culinary businesses and vegetable donuts as well as a bicycle rental service business. motorcycle.
