Abstract

Karya tulis ilmiah (KTI) merupakan karya ilmiah yang ditulis dengan mengikuti kaidah ilmiah. Kaidah ilmiah sebagai syarat utama dalam penulisan sebuah karya dimaksudkan agar karya yang dihasilkan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan secara ilmiah. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah yaitu menumbuhkan minat, semangat, serta ide kreatif dan inovatif dari siswa-siswi kelas X dan XI SMAN 5 Samarinda untuk menghasilkan sebuah karya ilmiah yang sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan mendapat dukungan penuh dari pihak sekolah. Seluruh peserta pelatihan mengikuti kegiatan hingga akhir dengan tingkat kehadiran sebesar 100%. Peserta kegiatan antusias untuk bertanya, mengeksplorasi ide, serta mengemukakan pendapat. Dengan demikian, kedepannya diharapkan adanya kegiatan lanjutan dengan melibatkan guru pendamping untuk mengoptimalkan perannya dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah bagi peserta didik.Kata Kunci: kaidah ilmiah; KTI; peserta didik. Training on Writing Scientific Papers to Encourage Quality Improvement of High School Level Students ABSTRACT The scientific paper is an essay written by following scientific rules that are the main requirement so that the resulting essay can be justified scientifically. The purpose of the training is to increase the interest, enthusiasm, creative, and innovative ideas from students of class X and XI of SMAN 5 Samarinda to create a scientific paper that is following the rules. Based on the implementation of the training, it can be concluded that it is run well and received support from the school. All participants follow this activity until the end with an attendance rate of 100%. They are enthusiastic to ask, explore, and express their ideas and opinions. Then, in the future, it is expected that there will be further activities involving the teachers to optimization the role of assistants to create their student’s scientific papers.Keywords: scientific paper; scientific rules; students.

Abstract

Quick count is a quick caculation method based on sampling that is used to show the results of the temporary vote before the official election results are published. Votes can be influenced by party bases in various regions, so the linkage of the results of vote acquisition between regions needs to be taken into account. Spatial autocorrelation is the correlation between variables and themselves based on space or region. This research has a goal to determine the difference between the results of the estimated vote acquisition using the quick count method with the results of the KPU vote and spatial autocorrelation using the Moran index to determine whether or not there is a spatial autocorrelation of the results of the vote acquisition in the presidential election. The data used is the vote acquisition data of each pair of presidential candidates in the 2019 Indonesian presidential election in East Kalimantan Province using stratified random sampling. The results of the difference between the estimated votes obtained by the quick count method and the KPU calculation is relatively small at 0.01% and from the results of the spatial autocorrelation test hypothesis it is known that there is no spatial autocorrelation of the results of the vote acquisition for each pair of Indonesian presidential candidates in 10 districts/cities in East Kalimantan in 2019.

Abstract

Diagram kontrol merupakan salah satu metode statistika yang dapat digunakan dalam pengendalian kualitas suatu produk. Diagram kontrol berdasarkan distribusi geometrik adalah diagram kontrol G. Diagram kontrol G merupakan diagram kontrol untuk memonitoring total banyaknya kejadian. Diagram kontrol G dapat digunakan untuk pengendalian kualitas produk kayu lapis. Salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri kayu lapis adalah PT. Segara Timber Mangkujenang, Samarinda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis data kecacatan produksi kayu lapis apakah dalam keadaan terkendali atau tidak.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa data kecacatan produk kayu lapis telah berdistribusi geometrik dan diagram kontrol G dengan nilai koefisien sigma (k)=1 dan k=2 dalam keadaan tidak terkendali karena terdapat titik yang berada di luar kendali yaitu masing-masing 20 titik dan 1 titik, sedangkan diagram kontrol dengan nilai k=3, 4, 5, 6 dan yang bervariasi dalam keadaan terkendali karena tidak terdapat titik yang berada di luar kendali dan tidak terjadi kondisi-kondisi lainnya yang terdapat pada aturan Western Electric. Nilai k terbaik untuk mendeteksi adanya keadaan di luar kendali yaitu nilai k=2 karena tidak terdapat banyak titik yang di luar kendali sehingga tidak menimbulkan kerugian yang besar bagi perusahaan dan batas kendali lebih kecil sehingga lebih sensitif dalam mendeteksi adanya titik yang berada di luar batas kendali.

Abstract

Corona virus disease (Covid-19) pandemic give effect in education. During the pandemic, the learning process was done online both of theory and practicum based on the e-learning system. Combination of partial least square (PLS) method and technology acceptance model (TAM) method used to evaluate the learning process to know students’ understanding especially practicum online. Variables using in TAM are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, and behavioral intention. The results of this research show that there is a positive attitude by students who feel easy to do the online practicum. However, this not affects their enthusiasm to do online practicum again.

Abstract

The decision-making process using a fuzzy inference system (FIS) logic can use one of the methods called the Tsukamoto method. The process carried out in this method is the same as the fuzzy method in general, namely the formation of fuzzy sets, the fuzzification process, defuzzification, and measuring the accuracy of the result. The purpose of this study was to apply the Tsukamoto method to predict the yield of oil palm production at PT. Waru Kaltim Plantation. Based on the analysis using the Tsukamoto method, 36 fuzzy rules were obtained for each data from February 2013 to December 2015. The prediction results of palm oil production in 2013 did not change, except for May and August. In February, March, June, and August 2014 the level of production is constant, and almost throughout 2015, there was constant. The predicted MAPE for oil palm production was 31,522%, or in the fairly good category.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yaitu warga negara Indonesia yang memenuhi syarat tertentu, diangkat sebagai Pegawai ASN secara tetap oleh pejabat pembina kepegawaian untuk menduduki jabatan pemerintahan. Pada proses perimaaan CPNS, terdapat dua tahapan Seleksi yaitu SKD dan SKB. Pada SKD, pemerintah memberlakukan passing grade yang menjadi penentu kelulusan ke tahap SKB. Salah satu jenis tes pada tahap SKD yaitu TIU yang merupakan tes untuk mengukur tingkat intelegensi dalam analisa numerik, verbal, figural, serta kemampuan untuk berpikir logis dan analitis. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan yaitu memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat umum, khusunya masyarakat yang akan mengikuti tes seleksi SKD CPNS 2021 tentang penggunaan fungsi hitung dasar dan logika dalam mengerjakan soal TIU dengan lebih mudah, cepat dan tepat. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian pada saat pelatihan, peserta dapat menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dalam menyelesaikan soal TIU dengan mudah, cepat dan tepat.  Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan nilai skor posttes yang jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan saat pretes. Kedepannya diharapkan adanya kegiatan lanjutan dengan intensif agar peserta kegiatan dapat terbiasa dalam pemecahan soal dengan cepat. Kata Kunci: ASN; PNS; SKB; SKD; TIU  ABSTRACT  Civil Servants (PNS) is an Indonesian citizen who meets certain conditions, appointed as an ASN employee regularly by the office of staffing to occupy government positions. In the CPNS acceptance process, there are two stages of selection, namely SKD and SKB. In SKD, the government imposes a passing grade that determines graduation to the SKB stage. One type of test at the SKD stage is TIU which is a test to measure the level of intelligence in numerical analysis, verbal ability, figural ability, and the ability to think logically and analytically. The purpose of the training is to provide information to the general public, especially the public who will take the 2021 SKD CPNS selection test on the use of fundamental calculation functions and logic in working on TIU problems more simply, quickly, and precisely. Based on the yield of the assessment at the time of training, participants can show an increased understanding of solving TIU problems simply, quickly, and precisely. The posttest score is much higher than during pretests. In the future, expected that this training can continue intensive so that participants can get used to solving problems more quickly. Keywords: ASN; PNS; SKB; SKD; TIU

Abstract

Non-cash payment transactions in Indonesia continue to experience an increase marked by the high consumptive behavior of the people. This consumptive behavior is based on the many attractive offers, especially on year-end holidays which are the effect of calendar variations. ARIMAX is a time series method that is able to detect the effects of calendar variations. Meanwhile, to increase the level of forecasting accuracy, it can be combined with other methods such as Neural Networks (NN). This study aims to predict the total non-cash payment transactions in Indonesia in the period January to December 2022 using the ARIMAX-NN hybrid model. Based on the forecasting results, four highly accurate models were obtained, namely the hybrid model ARIMAX(0,1,2)-NN 1 neuron, ARIMAX(0,1,2)-NN 2 neurons, ARIMAX(1,1,0)-NN 1 neurons, and ARIMAX(1,1,0)-NN 2 neurons with MAPE values ​​for each model below 5%. Based on the four models formed, the results of forecasting in the period January to December 2022 as a whole the data tends to fluctuate and has an upward trend pattern, especially in December, which is the month when year-end holidays occur.

Abstract

Electronic goods and furniture for some people are currently seen as basic needs that must be met. High prices make it difficult for people to meet their needs with cash purchases, so they choose credit purchases using the services of finance companies in purchasing goods. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the status of credit payments for electronic goods and furniture at PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance Bontang 2020 uses logistic regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the predictor variables that had a significant effect on the credit payment status response variable were length of stay (domicile) at the address borne by the debtor when applying for credit (X3) and the amount of credit payments charged by the debtor per month (X6). The value of the Apparent Error Rate (APER) of 29.323% indicates that the logistic regression model obtained is also good for solving cases of current and non-current classification of credit payment status.

Abstract

The management of small and large-scale projects requires good planning, scheduling and coordination. Critical Path Method (CPM) is one of the method that has been developed to overcome the problem of managing a project. Time and cost greatly affect the success and failure of a project. A desired project is completed within a predetermined time, it can accelerate the duration of the activity with the consequence of an increase in cost. Acceleration of project duration at the lowest possible cost is called crashing program. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal time and cost in completing the project. The data used is the type of work and time of completion of project work and wage costs of workers wages in the project development of SMP Negeri 24 Jalan Pangeran Suryanata Samarinda. Based on the analysis using the time efficient CPM method for completion of the project is 185 days. Acceleration of project completion time by using crashing program, project can be done for 157 days with increase of worker wage equal to Rp 473,802,785.32.

Abstract

In 1993, Song and Chissom introduce fuzzy times series is capable of handling the problem of data forecasting if historical data are the values ​​of linguistic. The study uses the modeling outline by way of fuzzy relation equations and approximate reasoning to predict the number of students. In this study, the approach to the theory of fuzzy time series used is fuzzy time series using percentage change developed by Stevenson and Porter in 2009. The case studies used in this study is the population of East Kalimantan Province. This study aims to determine how the application of fuzzy time series method using percentage change in the population of East Kalimantan from 1980 until 2013. Forecasting is done menggukan linguistic value of the fuzzy set which is formed of the differences and converted into a percentage of the universe of discourse as a value data. Based on the results of the application of the method using fuzzy time series of the percentage change obtained 12 fuzzy set which is linguistics of the data, the accuracy of forecasting value from 1981 to 2013 using MAPE (Avarage Forcasting Error Rate) that is equal to 0.557%.
