Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of influencer marketing, digital marketing, and brand image on consumer purchase intention on the Tokopedia e-commerce platform. A quantitative research method with a replication approach was conducted in Batam City, Riau Islands, involving 204 Tokopedia users as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using SPSS version 26. The findings indicate that influencer marketing, digital marketing, and brand image significantly influence consumer purchase intention on Tokopedia. Data analysis shows good validity and reliability for all variables studied. Normality tests indicate that the data are normally distributed, and multicollinearity tests confirm no issues among the independent variables. These findings provide insights into the critical roles of digital marketing strategies and brand image management in influencing consumer purchasing behaviour on Tokopedia. Practical implications highlight the importance for Tokopedia to continually optimize digital marketing strategies and enhance brand image quality to support growth and competitive advantage in the competitive e-commerce market. Moreover, the study contributes to the existing literature by emphasizing the specific mechanisms through which influencer marketing and digital strategies shape consumer perceptions and behaviours in the online marketplace. Future research could explore additional variables or conduct longitudinal studies to further understand the evolving dynamics of consumer behaviour in the digital age.

Abstract

The financial aspect is one of the most important things to think about before starting a family since a family needs money to nurture and develop their family life; buying stocks, improving the quality of life, bringing children to school, and so on. Financial literacy has a very close relationship with financial management. Financial attitudes can be influenced by routine activities and the way a person works to see financial actions as good or bad by looking at his own perspective or the perspective of others; though, financial experience also contributes here. Therefore, without a good financial attitude, it will become a big difficulty in getting financial benefits for the future because these two factors are correlated to conquer short and long-term life goals. Financial Attitude and Financial Satisfaction The population in this study is the people of Batam City who have income. The number of samples is 204 respondents. The analysis tool used uses SEM with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Questionnaire distribution is done through Google Form. The results of the study are that Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior in the people of Batam City, Financial Literacy has a significant effect on Financial satisfaction in the people of Batam City, Financial Attitude has a positive and significant effect on Financial management behavior in the people of Batam City, Financial Attitude has a positive effect. and significant to the financial satisfaction of the people of Batam City, Financial management behavior has an effect on the financial satisfaction of the people of Batam City

Abstract

Salah satu peranan penting dalam suatu perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia. Perusahaan akan selalu berupaya memaksimalkan karyawan untuk terus meningkatkan keuntungan dan nilai bagi perusahaan, dengan tujuan dapat mejamin kesejahteraan pemilik dan karyawan. Karyawan yang disiplin bekerja dalam suatu perusahaan menjadi aset berharga bagi persiana. Beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap sumber daya manusia yaitu stres kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Philips Industries Batam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Philips Industries Batam pada departemen MCC (Mother Child Care) yang berjumlah 603 karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 241 dengan menggunakan tehnik simple random sampling. Tehnik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji kualitas data, uji hipotesis, analisis deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan program SPSS 26, hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan, maka pada uji F yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh keterkaitan diantara Stress Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
