Abstract

Abstract Junior High School is one of the education facilities that often have traffic problems. This problem can be prevented if the school site selection is done by considering the estimated attraction and the production of movements that will happen. The purpose  of  this  study  is  to  create  the  trip  attraction  model  and  the  trip production model for vehicles. Survey was conducted in the first ten state secondary schools in Kendari. Analysis results showed the model to forecast the movement of interest toward the junior high school (trip attraction) is Y = -452.908 + 0.506 (X8) + 192.331 (X11), where Y is the number of delivery vehicles, X8 is the total space classes and X11 is the ratio of the number of students in the total classroom. While the model to predict movement from state secondary schools (trip production) is LogY = log 5.002 – 0.552 Log (X3) + 10.270 log (X4) – 10.677 log (X6),  where Y is the number of vehicle pickup, X 3 is the area of school, X4 is the number of class , and X6 is the number of classroom. Keywords: Trip Attraction, Trip Generation, Junior High School, Kendari City Abstrak Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) merupakan salah satu sarana pendidikan yang sering mengalami masalah kemacetan lalu lintas terutama pada saat awal masuk sekolah dan pulang sekolah. Hal ini dapat diminimalisir dengan melakukan pemilihan lokasi sekolah dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan perkiraan tarikan dan bangkitan pergerakan yang akan terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat model tarikan (trip attraction) dan bangkitan pergerakan (trip generation) kendaraan. Survai dilakukan pada sepuluh SMP Negeri di Kota Kendari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dapat digunakan untuk meramalkan pergerakan yang tertarik menuju ke SMP Negeri dengan model tarikan adalah Y = -452,908 + 0,506 (X8) + 192,331 (X11), dimana Y adalah jumlah kendaraan pengantar, X8 adalah luas total ruang kelas dan X11 adalah rasio jumlah siswa dibagi luas total ruang kelas. Sementara model untuk meramalkan pergerakan yang berasal dari SMP Negeri dengan model bangkiran pergerakan adalah Log Y = Log 5,002 – 0,552 Log (X3) + 10,270 Log (X4) – 10,677 Log (X6), dimana Y adalah jumlah kendaraan penjemput, X3 adalah luas sekolah, X4 adalah jumlah kelas, dan X6 adalah jumlah ruang kelas. Kata Kunci: Tarikan, Bangkitan, SMP Negeri, Kota Kendari.

Abstract

By analyzing the implementation of this project work is expected to know the comparison between the plan and the realization, the effectiveness of the time executor and factors affecting the effectiveness of implementation on road reconstruction work. The medhod used in this research is to take data in the form of curve S, RAB, back up data, weekly report, montly report and questonnaire data for factors that influence the implementation of extreme weather factors, coordination factor between agencies, factors of delay in material testing, experience of executor and tool availability factor with analysis using SPSS mean rank application. Based on the result of reviewing and data analyzing, the time that occurs in the implementation of the road reconstruction work has been delayed due to get minus deviation value, than is in February – 0,225 %, March – 4,855 %, April -10,118 %, May – 20,606 %, June – 37,379 %, July – 57,111 %, August – 55,379 %. Data for the value of the effectiveness of work on aggregate class B in April 0,4 months Mei 0,87, June 0,90, July 0,87, August 0,87. Aggregate of class A in May 0,13, June 0,17, month of July 0,35, month of August 0,90 and work of asphalting AC-BC its effectiveness value is 0,4. The data for factor affecting effectveness of implementation based on mean rank analysis ie extreme weather 3,0, coordination between intances 3,30, material testing delay 2,90, execution experience 2,90, availability of tools 2,90s

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the degree of saturation of the signaled intersection at the intersection of PLN Wua-Wua Kendari, the long queue condition based on the Manual Capacity Road Indonesia (MKJI, 1997) method with direct measurement in the field, traffic delay condition, and predict the performance of PLN intersection Wua- Wua at 5 and 10 years to come. Data analysis techniques use mathematical equations by using Manual Capacity Method of Indonesia (MKJI, 1997) with the help of Microsoft Excel. Traffic volume surveys and queue lengths are carried out together for 15 minutes each time for 12 hours of measurement. The long queuing condition based on MKJI 1997 method on the east approaches 42,62 meters, west approach 79,5 meter, North approach 47,1 meter and Southern approach 52,4 meter with average queue length 55, 4 meters. While based on the calculation directly in the field obtained value on the approach of the East of 33.51 meters, Western approach of 39.23 meters, Northern approach of 41.53 meters, South approach of 58.05 meters, with an average queue length of 43, 08 meters. The traffic delay on the Eastern approach was 56.2 seconds / smp, Western approach of 84.1 seconds / smp, North approach of 64.1 seconds / smp, and Southern approach of 69.0 seconds / smp. Predicted traffic volume for the next 5 years for the Eastern approach of the DS value of 0.94 with the LOS E, the western approach to the DS value of 1.29 with the LOS F, the North approaches the DS value of 1.20 with the LOS F, the Southern approach of the DS value of 1.27 with LOS F, while for the next 10 years on the Eastern approach the value of DS is 1.57 with LOS F, Western approach of DS value of 2.25 with LOS F, North approach of DS value of 2.00 with LOS F, South DS value of 2.12 with LOS F.

Abstract

Hotels are one of the accommodation business entities that use part or all of their parts as lodging services, food and beverage service providers, and various other services for the general public which are managed by commercial means. Sutan Raja Hotel is one type of star hotel that will be built in Kendari city and it is hoped that this hotel can help improve the welfare of the people of Kendari City. Building a star hotel in a developing city like Kendari is not an easy matter, because in the construction of a hotel, it must also pay attention to the feasibility of building the hotel, both from the market, financial and technical aspects. The purpose of this research was to analyze the feasibility of developing Sutan Raja Hotel in Kendari City based on market, technical, and financial aspects. And to find out information and input to the owner whether the construction of Sutan Raja Hotel in Kendari City is feasible to be implemented in terms of market, technical, and financial aspects. The results of the technical aspects show that the construction of Sutan Raja Hotel in Kendari City is feasible, because it has a strategic location to carry out a business investment project for a hotel, with the distance around relatively close to the tourist attractions and other entertainment places. From the market aspect to get hotel rooms rented at star hotels in Kendari City, it is found that the number of hotel rooms to be rented at Sutan Raja Hotel Kendari City is 12,370 units per year and will increase by 200-300 units annually for 25 years of operation . The feasibility assessment of the project proposal was carried out an analysis, namely NPV was generated Rp. 320,941,000,000.00 (positive NPV) as desired, BCR obtained 2.55 greater than 1, IRR obtained 26.512% greater than the 12% commercial interest rate

Abstract

Higway is an important infrastructure facility to support economic development in a region. The pavement construction of Wakatobi Regency is known to use materials imported form Palu City and Ambon City. In Wakatobi, there are actually quite a lot of local materials, such as send and limestone or limeston, but they cannot be used optimally. The puepose of this study wa to determine the characteristics of Komala limeston and the characteristics of bottom ash taken from the Nii Tanasa PLTU and how the ideal mixture composition between the two materials combined. The results showed that the characteristics of limestone/ limestone with the composition with the composition of broken stone 55% + 45% boottom ash, 50% broken stone + boottom ash 50% and 45% broken stone + 55% boottom ash obtained coarse agregate density = 1,491%, weight type of fine agregate (boottom ash) = 14,95% with each abrasion = 25,30% for testing the performance of an ideal mixture of Komala limeston and Nii Tanasa boottom ash with a composition of 55% broken stone + 45% boottom ash, CBR on γd Max. 61,76 % have met the specifications. Meanwhile the composition of 50% crushed stone + boottom ash 50% and 45% broken stone + 55% boottom ash does not meet the specifications of Bina Marga 2010. Copyright ©
