Abstract

Abstrak — Dalam dunia industri pemanfaatan timbangan sangatlah penting untuk mengukur suatu kebutuhan produksi. Keakuratan data timbangan sangat mempengaruhi berapa banyak bahan baku yang dibutuhkan dalam menghasilkan suatu produk. Pencatatan hasil timbangan yang masih manual menggunakan alat tulis sering mengakibatkan operator timbangan salah memasukkan nilai bruto dan netto. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dari timbangan tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat merekam setiap bahan yang akan di timbang secara real time. Perekaman data timbangan secara real time dapat mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan operator dalam memasukan nilai bruto dan neto. Metode Prototype digunakan untuk membuat tahapan dalam pengerjaan sistem tersebut. Proses yang dilakukan dimulai dari pengumpulan data melalui pengecekan ke lapangan melihat hasil pencatatan timbangan dan melakukan interview atau memberikan beberapa pertanyaan kepada bagian operator terhadap kendala yang sering terjadi. Dari data tersebut diolah sebagai dasar kebutuhan user terhadap sistem. Tahap terakhir pembuatan aplikasi dan implementasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dapat membantu operator agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan hasil timbangan bruto dan neto. Pengambilan data timbangan tersebut akan terekam secara otomatis dan disimpan ke dalam database. Riwayat hasil dari timbangan tersebut dapat diakses oleh user dan dibuat dalam bentuk laporan. Abstract

Kesulitan peneliti dalam menemukan jurnal yang sesuai untuk publikasi artikel ilmiah menjadi salah satu hambatan dalam proses diseminasi ilmu pengetahuan. Masalah ini diperburuk oleh kurangnya integrasi antara sistem manajemen jurnal seperti Open Journal System (OJS) dengan layanan pencarian yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi journal finder yang mampu merekomendasikan jurnal berdasarkan kecocokan antara judul artikel dan abstrak. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma jaccard similarity untuk menghitung kesamaan antara judul dan abstrak artikel dari input pengguna dengan metadata jurnal yang tersimpan dalam basis data, serta protokol Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) untuk mengumpulkan metadata artikel dari repositori jurnal yang berbasis OJS. Penelitian ini telah berhasil menghimpun sebanyak 59 repository platform OJS, dan 3.321 metadata artikel ilmiah yang disimpan dalam sebuah basis data jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi journal finder berhasil merekomendasikan jurnal dengan tingkat kemiripan tertentu berdasarkan validasi data uji. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu para peneliti menemukan jurnal yang relevan secara lebih cepat dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses publikasi artikel ilmiah.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has created an emergency status in Indonesia. Through Presidential Decree No. 11 of 2020, Indonesia has declared a health emergency status. Various efforts have been made to overcome the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, vaccination is one of efforts to solve the problem. The purpose of this community service is to implement a Covid-19 vaccination in the work area of ​​the Tamansari Public Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. The method used interviews followed by administering the Covid-19 vaccine to people who already meet the criteria. The total respondents in the Covid-19 vaccination were 804 people, which were carried out in two sessions. The implementation of Covid-19 vaccination was conducted at the Muhammadiyah University of Tasikamalaya with a total of 304 people in season 1 and 500 people in season 2. The community response was positive and supported the vaccination activities organized by UMTAS and Tamansari Public Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. In summary, people who got a vaccination of Covid-19 will increase individual and communal immunity.

Abstract

In the current era of digital transformation, it is essential to modernize data processing systems to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness across industries. However, PT Agro Sawit Musi Rawas still relies on outdated manual processes, resulting in reporting delays, inaccurate data, and difficulties in real-time performance monitoring. Therefore, the aim of this research is to design a comprehensive monitoring system specifically tailored to meet the unique operational needs of PT Agro Sawit Musi Rawas. The system criteria were identified through methods such as observations, interviews, and literature reviews, which provided valuable insights into the company’s specific challenges and requirements. The system design incorporates data collection and analysis using the URS (User Requirement Specification) and UML (Unified Modeling Language) frameworks, ensuring it addresses the identified needs effectively. The design and analysis follow a structured and systematic process to develop an information monitoring system that enhances transparency, operational effectiveness, and efficiency. The findings reveal that the implementation of the proposed system can significantly improve reporting speed, data accuracy, and real-time monitoring capabilities. By adopting this monitoring system, PT Agro Sawit Musi Rawas can optimize reporting processes, facilitate real-time performance monitoring, and ultimately strengthen its competitive market position.

Abstract

The Ministry of Religious Affairs decided not to extend the term of Assistant Employee of Marriage Registerer (PPPN). Then the Directorate General of Islamic Guidance issued the Instruction Letter No. DJ.II / 1 Year 2015 on the Appointment of the Marriage Officer. The PPPN appointment recommendation that KUA is included in typology D1 and D2, ie: the subdistrict area is not reachable by the marriage officer and the limited of human resources. This problems arise in a number of regions in Indonesia, and also in Lampung Province. This research finds that after the instruction of the Director General of Islamic Guidance, PPPN in KUA Natar, Padang Cermin, Tanjung Karang Pusat and Marga Punduh can be concluded as follows: Since that enactment, PPPN at KUA Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung is no longer perform the duties. While in KUA District Natar, KUA District Padang Cermin and KUA District Marga Punduh partially PPPN still carry out the task of recording marriage.

Abstract

This study proposes a new method to assess researcher expertise using publication data. The quality of research publications is an important indicator in the ranking of universities that are undergoing diversification. Research publications have become an important indicator in the university ranking system and have a major impact on the reputation of universities as a lens for the study of expertise and prestige for human resources. Expertise is often difficult to verify objectively, as a result, many people claim to be experts or are considered experts without evidence and correct data. To ensure the expertise of researchers, it must be proven with valid data support through measurable and presentable expertise parameters. The model built uses the cosine similarity and association rule approaches. The publication variables attached to the researcher are formulated in the collaboration of the algorithm to assess the level of researcher expertise. Validation of important points of publications as parameters for measuring expertise has been identified as the main factor contributing to the measurement of researcher expertise and its impact on university reputation. The model built successfully validated researcher expertise up to 72% which is relevant to its support for university rankings up to 75%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of kitab kuning learning at the Sa’adatuddarein Islamic Boarding School, Tahtul Yaman Village, Pelayangan, Jambi City. The focus of this research includes three main aspects of learning management, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation of kitab kuning learning. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the pesantren leader, teachers (ustadz), and students. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results show that the management of kitab kuning learning at the Sa’adatuddarein Islamic Boarding School is implemented through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Learning planning is conducted through deliberation between the pesantren leader and teachers to determine learning materials, teaching assignments, and schedules. The learning process uses traditional pesantren methods such as bandongan, sorogan, question-and-answer sessions, and discussions. Evaluation is conducted through oral tests, written examinations, and direct observation of students’ ability to read and understand classical Islamic texts.
