Abstract

Advertising industry has a good prospects when compared with the past and the present. This research is done for look at the feasibility of the advertising industry with Break Even Point analysis. This study consists of 48 advertising industry existing Pekanbaru in 2012. As for the resulting product is silk screening, billboard, banner, and advertismenrt (web line advertising). The results of the study showed that the total production which is derived from business advertising to average production amounted to Rp16.848.577,- per month. With total the amount of the production costs incurred by Rp10.638.333, so the amount of the revenue that is obtained by Rp6.210.244,- To the value of BEP unit is; silk screening 18 unit, billboard 9 unit, banner 34 unit, advertisement (web line advertising) 3 unit. And BEP rupiah is; silk screening amounted to Rp496.773,- , billboard amounted to Rp1.037.078,- , banner amounted to Rp942.439,- , and advertisement (web line advertising) amounted to Rp138.378,-. Advertising industry is expected to maintain the quality of materials and services that are already good, and has strong competitiveness to be able compete with other advertising industries.Keywords : Advertising Industry, Break Even Point, Cost, Revenue, Marketing, Labour

Abstract

These days people struggle to keep their health, especially in these pandemic days. To keep our health conditions and undergo the health protocol by the Government, we need a technology that can help us keep our health condition, one of it is by avoiding meeting directly (face-to-face) the medical personnel such as doctors and nurses. That is why the society needs Holo Buddy, an AI that uses Machine Learning and Big Data System in keeping human health condition whether it’s physical or mentally. By using Holo Buddy, we hope that this AI (Artificial Intelligence) Hologram Technology can handle these problems and help in keeping our health condition as our own Personal Healthcare Companion.

Abstract

In Indonesia, educators have made notable strides in advancing their teaching methodologies. The research conducted was a quantitative study with a total of 118 university lecturers in East Java using a purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. SMART-PLS 3 is used as an analysis tool with PLS-SEM. This study found that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on disruptive innovation (T= 3.564, β= 0.285, P= 0.000). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on knowledge acquisition ability (T= 13.110, β= 0.645, P= 0.000). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the ability to share knowledge (T= 11.940, β= 0.617, P= 0.000). The ability to acquire knowledge has a positive and significant effect on disruptive innovation (T= 2.481, β= 0.274, P= 0.011). The ability to share knowledge has a positive and significant effect on disruptive innovation (T= 2.994, β= 0.273, P= 0.003). Knowledge acquisition ability mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and disruptive innovation (T= 2.396, β= 0.177, P=0.177). Knowledge-sharing ability mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and disruptive innovation (T=3.052, β=0.169, P=0.002). These findings contribute to the theory of transformational leadership regarding the most effective leadership style in influencing the improvement of knowledge sharing ability, knowledge acquisition ability and disruptive innovation. Researchers found a lack of research linking transformational leadership and radical innovation. This is what encourages research to be carried out in the hope of novelty and the development of research on leadership theory.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factor of religiosity as a moderator variable between the influence of production factors and economic potential on customer preferences in choosing to finance. The object is the customer of Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Khasanah Jabung Ponorogo, who has used financing products at such Islamic financial institutions. Quantitative methods are used to analyze the data, assisted by the Smart PLS application program. The result of this study indicates that religiosity strengthens the variables of product factors and economic potential in influencing customer preferences to choose to finance. Therefore, it is concluded that customers understand the benefits and blessings that will be obtained if you choose a sharia financial institution, which here is BMT Khasanah, as a partner in running its business.

Abstract

This research aims to know influence leadership style transformational, work motivation and organizational climate on innovative work productivity among UD employees. Putra Agung Madiun partial nor simultaneous. Population in study This is employee UD. Son great Madiun amount 73 employee. Data taken use instrument questionnaire. Testing analysis data quality using validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis method used is linear regression multiple. Hypothesis test using test coefficient regression wise damn (test t), significance test simultaneous and determinant coefficient. Result j of this research show that (1) Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on innovative work productivity in UD. Son great Madiun.; (2) Motivation Work positive influence And significant to innovative work productivity at UD. Putra Agung Madiun; (3) Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on innovative work productivity at UD. Abstract

Every organization will always be required to be able to create a conducive organizational climate to achieve the expected quality of performance. To achieve this, good human resource management is required and of course also always paying attention to factors that can be influential in achieving maximum employee performance, in accordance with the goals set by the organization. The variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment are often tested as mediating factors in the influence of organizational climate on employee performance. The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the mediating role of organizational commitment and job satisfaction in the influence of organizational climate on employee performance. This research used a cross sectional method with 78 respondents from PT employees. Hariqu Mulya Sejahtera is located in the city of Ponorogo, East Java. Once collected, the data is processed and analyzed with the help of Smartpls 4.0 software. The research results show that (1) organizational commitment does not mediate the influence of organizational climate on employee performance (2) Job satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational climate on employee performance

Abstract

AbstrakPenguatan team building untuk memaksimalkan manajemen organisasi serta potensi yang dimiliki organisasi untuk bias mencapai tujuan organisasi. Tidak mudah dalam organisasi mengelola segala potensi disertai dengan sumber daya manusia yang cukup beragam seperti halnya dalam PKK, yang notabene ibu-ibu yang mempunyai kesibukan dan pekerjaan yang beragam, mulai dari ibu rumah tangga sampai ibu yang bekerja di luar rumah. Kesemuanya harus bias mengesampingkan waktu, pikiran dan tenaga untuk menggerakkan serta memajukan organisasi (PKK). Pengabdian ini diselenggarakan dengan tujuan  membantu ibu-ibu memperoleh daya untuk mengambil keputusan dan menentukan tindakan yang akan dilakukan terkait dengan diri ibu-ibu , termasuk megurangi efek hambatan pribadi dan  sosial dalam melakukan tindakan maupun komunikasi organisasi. Hal ini dilakukan melalui gaya kepemimpinan dalam organisasi dan peningkatan kemampuan serta rasa percaya diri untuk menggunakan daya yang dimiliki.

Abstract

Abstrak — Dalam dunia industri pemanfaatan timbangan sangatlah penting untuk mengukur suatu kebutuhan produksi. Keakuratan data timbangan sangat mempengaruhi berapa banyak bahan baku yang dibutuhkan dalam menghasilkan suatu produk. Pencatatan hasil timbangan yang masih manual menggunakan alat tulis sering mengakibatkan operator timbangan salah memasukkan nilai bruto dan netto. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dari timbangan tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat merekam setiap bahan yang akan di timbang secara real time. Perekaman data timbangan secara real time dapat mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan operator dalam memasukan nilai bruto dan neto. Metode Prototype digunakan untuk membuat tahapan dalam pengerjaan sistem tersebut. Proses yang dilakukan dimulai dari pengumpulan data melalui pengecekan ke lapangan melihat hasil pencatatan timbangan dan melakukan interview atau memberikan beberapa pertanyaan kepada bagian operator terhadap kendala yang sering terjadi. Dari data tersebut diolah sebagai dasar kebutuhan user terhadap sistem. Tahap terakhir pembuatan aplikasi dan implementasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dapat membantu operator agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan hasil timbangan bruto dan neto. Pengambilan data timbangan tersebut akan terekam secara otomatis dan disimpan ke dalam database. Riwayat hasil dari timbangan tersebut dapat diakses oleh user dan dibuat dalam bentuk laporan. The accuracy of the scales data greatly affects how much raw material is required in producing a product. Recording the results of the scales that are still manual using stationery is often the operator scales incorrectly incorporate gross and net. For the desired results of the scales then required a system that can any material that will be weighed in real time. Recording the scales data in real time can reduce operator recording errors in entering gross and net values. The Prototype method used for. In the process of working the system. The process undertaken from the data through checking to the field to see the results of recording the scales and conduct interviews or provide some questions to the operator of the constraints that often occur. From the data is processed as the basic needs of users of the system. The last stage of application creation and implementation. The results of this study are a system that can help the operator not to occur in recording the results of gross and net scales. The data collection of the scales will be recorded automatically and stored into the database. The results of the scales can be accessed by the user and made in the form of reports. Abstract

Abstract. Garbage which is in the spotlight of many people has become something of great concern in Ngabar village, especially inorganic waste. Some time ago, when participating in a village competition at the provincial level, they carried out waste collection activities and processed them into handicrafts that had economic value, but after the announcement of the 2nd winner, waste management and processing was not sustainable. This is due to the lack of motivation and knowledge of human resources in processing inorganic waste into a craft that has economic value. In addition, the marketing of the products is also a problem for this Pokja. The output target is to produce handicraft products that are processed by quality inorganic waste and are able to attract local and regional markets through online marketing (e-commers) as well as the emergence of motivation for existing human resources to be more empowered in processing household waste. The method used is counseling on improving human resources for PKK women and forming a small group of DASAWISMA management who are equipped with knowledge related to waste bank management, inorganic waste management and marketing techniques for production. From these activities, management will also be formed Dasawisma who will be the garbage collector and direct buyer of the waste products which will eventually market the product online. Abstrak. Sampah yang menjadi sorotan banyak kalangan menjadi sesuatu yang sangat memprihatinkan di desa Ngabar, utamanya sampah anorganik. Beberapa waktu lalu saat mengikuti lomba desa tingkat provinsi melakukan kegiatan pengumpulan sampah dan mengolahnya menjadi kerajinan yang bernilai ekonomis, namun setelah pengumuman pemenang mendapat juara 2, pengelolaan dan pengolahan sampah tidak ada keberlanjutan. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya motivasi dan pengetahuan SDM dalam mengolah sampah anorganic menjadi suatu kerajinan yang bernilai ekonomis. Selain itu, pemasaran hasil produksi juga menjadi masalah bagi Pokja ini. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam mengelola organisasi serta secara spesifik menambah keterampilan pengolahan sampah serta pemasaran produk yang dimiliki mitra. Target luaran menghasilkan produk kerajinan hasil olahan limbah sampah anorganik yang berkualitas dan mampu menarik pasar local maupun regional melalui pemasaran secara online (e-commers) serta munculnya motivasi bagi SDM yang ada agar lebih berdaya dalam pengolahan limbah sampah rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan dengan penyuluhan peningkatan SDM terhadap ibu-ibu PKK dan dibentuk kepengurusan kelompok kecil DASAWISMA yang dibekali pengetahuan terkait pengelolaan bank sampah, pengolahan limbah sampah anorganik dan teknik pemasaran hasil produksi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan mitra dalam hal organisasi, hal ini dibuktikan dengan lebih tertatanya system dan proses kerja organisasi. Adapun produk yang dihasilkan adalah souvenir bunga yang terbuat dari limbah plastic. Selain itu, keterampilan mitra dalam membuat strategi perencanaan pemasaran secara online juga meningkat.

Abstract

Abstract. The potential of BUMDES Turi is developing well enough to continue to be developed. Organized organization and active participation of the community is the key. One of the BUMDES business units is a Financial Institution whose main activities are savings and services. The research program emphasizes organizational improvement through the development of a sharia-based business scale. The activities are in the form of training, technical guidance and assistance related to the management of financial institutions that run sharia savings and loan businesses. The results obtained are that village financial institution managers have received material on managerial and technical management of Islamic financial institutions, as well as revamping the digital accounting system used. HR has understood the management of financial institutions with the sharia system Abstrak. Potensi BUMDES Turi Berkembang cukup baik untuk terus dikembangkan. Tertatanya organisasi serta peran serta aktif dari masyarakat menjadi kunci. Salah satu unit usaha BUMDES adalah Lembaga Keuangan yang kegiatan utamanya adalah tabungan dan jasa.  Pada program Scale Up BUMDES ini tim peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan menekankan pada peningkatan organisasi melalui pengembangan skala usaha berbasis system syariah. Adapun kegiatan berupa pelatihan, bimbingan teknis dan pendampingan terkait pengelolaan Lembaga keuangan yang menjalankan usaha simpan pinjam syariah. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah Pengelola Lembaga keuangan desa telah mendapatkan materi tentang pengelolaan manajerial dan teknis Lembaga keuangan syariah, serta pembenahan system akuntansi digital yang digunakan. SDM telah memahami pengelolaan Lembaga keuangan dengan system syariah.
