Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh customer relationship management terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, serta pengaruh customer relationship management terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepercayaan pelanggan. Populasi adalah pelanggan Toko Alfamidi Jalan Sudanco Supriyadi Nomor 02 Malang yang aktif melakukan pembelian. Sampel berjumlah 90 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa customer relationship management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, serta customer relationship management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepercayaan pelanggan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe phenomenon of underage labor that occurs in the city of Samarinda today, such as being a very ordinary sight. Increasing the number of child laborers in samarinda city, is a problem that is quite precarious to immediately pursue a solution both by the Government and related parties.The method used in this writing is empirical juridical research method, which is a method of legal research that uses the rules in legislation and seeks data or information directly in the form of interviews with sources.The results stated that there are a variety of factors that cause minors to work as newspaper sellers in Samarinda city umunya family factors, then economic factors, as well as factors of mental damage of children. Many efforts have been made by the Government of Samarinda City Social Service which aims to reduce child labor by means of street control, coaching and socialization to child workers.The implementation of legal protection and constraints on minors who work as newspaper sellers in Samarinda City is in this case the Social Service of Samarinda City has made every effort to reduce the number of minor workers who work as newspaper sellers but until now have not received maximum results. This is with indicators of the number of minors in various places in the corner of Samarinda city need evaluation in handling and rare more intensive in order to get maximum results Keywords: Child Labor, Child Protection, Child Protection

Abstract

Kesantunan Berbahasa dalam Komunikasi Perawat di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Tanjung. Kesantunan sangat penting dalam sebuah komunikasi untuk menjaga keharmonisan dan menghindari konflik, khususnya dalam komunikasi perawat kepada pasien dan keluarga pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan wujud , strategi, dan fungsi kesantunan berbahasa dalam komunikasi perawat di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Tanjung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data utama penelitian ini adalah tuturan perawat dalam percakapan dengan pasien15dan keluarga pasien di ruang pasien. Data itu diperoleh melalui perekaman, catatan lapangan, dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan wujud kesantunan berbahasa dalam komunikasi perawat melalui, 1) tindak tutur direktif meliputi perintah, permintaan, larangan, persilaan, saran, dan pertanyaan, dan 2) tindak tutur ekspresif meliputi ungkapan rasa senang dan ungkapan permintaan maaf. Wujud kesantunan tersebut dengan memperhatikan tiga skala kesantunan Brown dan Levinson yaitu 1) kekuasaan, 2) jarak, dan 3) peringkat budaya. Dalam tindak tutur direktif perintah, larangan, dan pertanyaan ditemukan tuturan yang memiliki kadar kesantunan yang rendah. Dalam tindak tutur ekspresif, ungkapan rasa tidak senang tidak ditemukan dalam tuturan. Ungkapan rasa tidak senang tersebut hanya diekspresikan melalui raut wajah. Ada empat strategi kesantunan Brown dan Levinson yang digunakan dalam kesantunan berbahasa dalam komunikasi perawat. Kesantunan berbahasa dalam komunikasi perawat memiliki fungsi sebagai tindakan untuk menyelamatkan muka, tindakan untuk menghindari konflik, tindakan untuk menghormati, tindakan untuk mengurangi beban, tindakan untuk menghibur, dan tindakan untuk memberi motivasi. Penggunaan bentuk dan strategi yang tepat cenderung menghasilkan sebuah tujuan tutur yang efektif bagi penutur dan meminimalisasi daya ancaman muka lawan tutur khususnya pasien dan keluarga pasien.Kata-kata kunci : kesantunan berbahasa, wujud, strategi, fungsi

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the Fixed Asset Ratio, Return On Assets, Firm Size, and Working Capital Turnover have an influence on the Capital Structure of PT. Aneka Gas Industry Tbk. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample used in this research are the financial reports of PT Aneka Gas Industry Tbk for the period 2014 - 2022 or for 9 years which were obtained using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this research uses documentation techniques and literature study. The data source used in this research is a secondary data source obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id. The data analysis techniques used in this research are the classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test. The results of this research show that partially the Fixed Asset Ratio (X1) does not have a significant influence on Capital Structure (Y), partially Return On Assets (X2) does not have a significant influence on Capital Structure (Y), partially Firm size (X3) does not has a significant influence on Capital Structure (Y), and Working Capital Turnover (X4) partially does not have a significant influence on Capital Structure (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneously Fixed Asset Ratio, Return On Assets, Firm Size, and Working Capital Turnover have a significant influence on the capital structure of PT. Aneka Gas Industry Tbk.

Abstract

Taxes are a major source of government revenue used to support national development. To improve taxpayer compliance, the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) has implemented the e-Filing system for electronic Annual Tax Return (SPT) submissions. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-Filing implementation on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Bandung Cicadas. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data collected from 2020 to 2024. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the assistance of E-Views software. The results indicate that e-Filing usage and taxpayer compliance have a significant impact on the increase in Annual SPT submissions. This indicates that the application of digital technology such as e-Filing contributes positively to improving tax administration efficiency and achieving national revenue targets.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how Abu Bakar As-Siddiq, the fifth grade winner of MIN 04 Trimo Rejo creates interactive learning multimedia on SKI subjects by using video. Learning media must complement other learning components as part of the system. The aim is to facilitate learning activities as efficiently as possible. Abu Bakar As-Shiddiq, the fifth grade winner of MIN 04 Trimo Rejo, explains video-based interactive learning on SKI material in this post. The ADDIE model is used in this research. According to ADDIE, learning design creates learning through analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases. Learning system design development methodology is used to explain the research and development design process. Primary data collected through distributing questionnaires is the required data source. Participants in this study include media experts, material experts, and students. Nurul Huda University Sukaraja PGMI 6B students participated in this study. The interactive video is suitable for the application of learning, and the results of learning validation are rated as good.
