Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan elemen pokok pariwisata perkotaan sebagai daya tarik wisata kota di Mataram Lombok dan mengidentifikasikan pengembangan pariwisata perkotaan terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan di Mataram Lombok. Pengumpulan data melalui survei atau observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan melakukan FGD dengan Dinas Pariwisata kota Mataram Lombok, ASITA, PHRI, Pengelola Destinasi, dan Tokoh Masyarakat. Serta menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Oppurtunity dan Treath analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa elemen pokok pariwisata perkotaan yang terdiri dari Kota Bersejarah (Historic District), Kawasan Pinggiran Pantai (Waterfronts), Pusat Konvensi dan Pameran (Convention Center and Exhibitions), Festival dan Acara (Festivals & Events), Daerah Wisata Perkotaan (Special Visitor District), Warga & Karyawan yang mendukung pariwisata (Tourism Employees and Residents as City Advocates), Fasilitas Ritel dan Katering (Retail and Catering Facilities) hanya ada satu elemen yang tidak di penuhi oleh kota Mataram Lombok sebagai daya tarik wisata kota yaitu unsur Pusat Konvensi dan Pameran (Convention Center and Exhibitions). Sedangkan pengembangan pariwisata perkotaan dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan dengan cara kerjasama dengan pihak travel untuk merancang paket wisata khusus kota mataram, pihak swasta untuk menambah armada angkutan massal, membentuk pusat informasi khusus pariwisata perkotaan, membuat fasilitas bagi wisatawan yang lanjut usia dan berkebutuhan khusus, bekerjasama dengan pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah untuk membangun gedung pusat konvensi, koordinasi antar SKPD untuk membuat petunjuk arah dalam dua bahasa, bekerjasama dengan instansi terkait dalam pembangunan saluran air bersih, Koordinasi dengan pemerintah daerah, pemerintah pusat dan pihak airlines untuk penambahan rute penerbangan internasional, Bekerjasama dengan pemerintah daerah, pemerintah pusat dan pihak swasta untuk mempromosikan agenda festival yang ada dikota Mataram Lombok.Kata Kunci: Elemen Pokok Pariwisata Perkotaan, Pariwisata Perkotaan dan SWOT

Abstract

Bogor Barat Culinary Area is a culinary area with the most restaurants in the cityof Bogor. It can be known that currently there are approximately 65 restaurants in North Bogor. This area is quite strategic and islocated on the trade route that has been planned by the Bogor City Government, this is the big opportunity for North Bogor Region as the biggestculinary area in th ecity of Bogor. In this study the concept of culinary tourism was used to analyze several restaurants with the concept of culinary tourism seen from the Menu, Food Production Strategy, Service, Price and Room Decor / Atmosphere by taking a sample of 10 restaurants in North Bogor, including : Ayam Geprek Istimewa, Bakso Misterius, Bumi Aki, Foresthree Resto, Gurih 7, Lemongrass Resto, Teras Dara, Whatever Resto dan Warung Urban.The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing conditions of culinary tourism in North Bogor and analyze the selection of restaurants in North Bogor. The design of this study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. For the selection of culinary tourism area, it uses AHP analysis to find out which culinary tourism concept is more desirable and what restaurant is the priority. To find out the development strategy of North Bogor culinary area with a SWOT analysis.

Abstract

Godong Ijo is a visitors’ attraction offering educational tourism programs with quite strong interaction with nature. The programs are designed as a means of learning, hence they are often participated by students. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of experiential marketing in Godong Ijo’s programs from visitors’ perspectives and to develop development strategy for Godong Ijo based on experiential marketing. The method used is qualitative research method using survey, interview and observation as the data collection techniques. Further, data collected were analysed using SWOT analysis. The result of this research reveals that Godong Ijo has tourism potential in terms of attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary. In terms of experiential marketing, most respondents agree that all experiential marketing elements, i.e. think, sense, feel, act, and relate have been delivered to the visitors. Recommendations for development strategy include more extensive promotion, service improvement, product innovation and more product development.

Abstract

Following the growth and evolution of the internet, electronic word of mouth have become an important phenomenon. The objective of this research is to analyze how the effect of electronic word of mouth (eWOM) in social media instagram toward destination image. This research applied quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 100 respondent who knew about Farmhouse Susu Lembang instagram account, collected using non-probability sampling. This research used questionnaire as research instrument and analyzed with multiple regression. The result of this research that the dimensions of negative feelings venting, concern for others, social benefits, and advice seeking from eWOM variables have significant influence, and the dimensions of platform assistance, expressing positive feelings, economic incentives, and helping the company from variables electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on Instagram social media has no significant effect on destination image.

Abstract

Palang Pintu Festival is an annual program organized by Forkabi (Betawi Children's Communication Forum) DPRT Bangka Kemang and Betawi Cultural Center namely Padepokan Manggar Kelape featuring Betawi culture and performing arts and community participation. The purpose of the festival is to preserve and introduce Betawi culture in Kemang area. This study discusses the elements of cultural tourism and the form of community participation in the Palang Pintu Festival. Data collection methods used were observations, surveys using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation then analyzed and presented in quanititative manner and supported by qualitative data, where the results will be presented in the percentage number. Technique of data analysis used in this research is with validity test, reliability test and also use rank spearman analysis method. The result of this research shows that the characteristic of society is seen from the age type dominated by the age of 15-25 years as much as 39 % and the sexes, both men and women are the same size because this research uses roscoe theory in determining the number of respondents, if the sample is divided into 2 then Per sub sample to 30 respondents respectively. The level of community participation in the Palang Pintu Festival is at a moderate level, this is because the community participating in the Kemang area is more interested if the activities are rewarded. For a community characteristic relationship with participation does not have a strong relationship or it can be said has nothing to do in participation with the characteristics of society in any category. Because of all the people who participated in the Palang Pintu Festival plays an important role in preserving and introducing Betawi Culture to the wider community.

Abstract

Community participation is the participation of a person in a social group to take part in the ctivities of his community, outside his own work or profession. This study aims to see the characteristics of society, the level of community participation in the development of nature tourism in Curug Bidadari and the relationship of characteristics and levels of community participation. Methods of data collection conducted by distributing questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study. The data obtained are then analyzed and presented quantitatively and supported by qualitative data, where the results will be expressed in percentage numbers. Data analysis techniques used in this study is to test the validity, reliability test and use the method of spearman rank analysis. The result of research shows that the characteristics of the society are seen in terms of age dominated by the age of 30-40 years as much as 40%, gender in female domination as much as 52%, education in dominance of high school graduates as much as 34% and work in entrepreneurial dominance by 44%. The level of community participation around Curug Bidadari falls into the moderate category of 85% and the relationship of the community participation variable to the characteristics of society as a whole has a very weak relationship. The development of public participation tourism is still less than the maximum due to lack of public understanding of the importance of participation in tourism development activities.

Abstract

Market Appeal Robusticity Matrix is ​​an effective assessment of cultural heritage assets to evaluate the potential market appeal and management of cultural heritage tourism (robusticity). It is important to determine appropriate policies and frameworks for better planning decisions in the future. This study aims to describe the preservation of cultural heritage at the Puppet Museum and analyze the valuation of cultural heritage assets at the Puppet Museum, Jakarta Old Town using Market Appeal-Robusticity Matrix. The research design used is qualitative analysis of Market Appeal-Robusticity Matrix. The results of this study have described the preservation of cultural heritage in the Museum, protection is done through maintenance and restoration, development is done by adding value to cultural heritage buildings by making it a Puppet Museum and the use of cultural heritage buildings is done by considering the interests of religion, social, culture and society . Preservation has been well implemented and adapted to the regulations of Law number 11 of 2010 concerning Cultural Heritage. Whereas the valuation of cultural heritage assets yields the value of the market attractiveness of the High Puppet Museum with a score of 51 and the resilience value of the building of the Medium Puppet Museum with a score of 40. In this assessment the Puppet Museum is in the "A1" category which means high market attractiveness and moderate resilience.

Abstract

Kepulauan Seribu Marine National Park (TNKpS) which is the only national park in the world located in a capital city, is included as a part of the Kepulauan Seribu Administrative Regency, DKI Jakarta Province. Based on the decree of the Director of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation Number SK.05/VI-KK/2004 concerning the Zonation of the Kepulauan Seribu Marine National Park, not all TNKpS areas can be used as tourism destinations, because there are zones aimed at conservation of natural resources. According to the decree, TNKpS area is divided into 4 zones, namely the Core Zone, Protection Zone, Tourism Utilization Zone and Settlement Zone. One of the residential islands in TNKpS which is also the main destination for tourists for transit, is Harapan Island. Apart from being the main destination for tourists for transit, Harapan Island is the largest island in Seribu Utara sub-district. The cost of traveling to Kepulauan Seribu, especially to Harapan Island, is very affordable, between IDR 350,000 to IDR 400,000. This affordable cost makes Harapan Island a priority natural tourist destination for residents of Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, and Bekasi). Many tourism activities on Harapan Island have not only a positive impact on the local economy but also a negative impact on the environment. There are a lot of rubbish such plastic snack waste and damaged coral reefs in the snorkeling spots. The concept of Willingness to Pay (WTP) of tourists is the willingness of tourists to pay for the assessment of natural resources in order to improve environmental quality in the Harapan Island area. This study aims to estimate the WTP of tourists to travel on Harapan Island. The design of this study used quantitative methods by collecting data through interviews and distributing questionnaires online. The data were processed by descriptive method and the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). The results show that the WTP of tourists is as much as IDR 32,976/person/visit that can be included in the price of a tour package. As much as IDR 518,161,947 per year is expected to help the costs of nature conservation on Harapan Island. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of community leaders as tourism activists and to analyze the work relationship system between other stakeholder figures. This study used a mixed-method, with interviews community leaders, appropriate informants and questionnaires to 100 local community respondents, who took the case study location in Terong Village. Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. The results showed that there was consistency in the role of leadership in developing the capacity of tourism villages. The leader is the most important aspect besides establishing working relationships with local governments and other stakeholders who bridge the interests of the community or village tourism management business groups and be potential alternative tourism in Tulamben for its good destination image. Abstract

Bantaragung Village in Majalengka Regency, West Java is one of the tourism villages which raises the diversity and uniqueness of its natural potential as an attraction. As a developing tourism village, it is necessary to ensure that the development of Bantaragung Tourism Village is in accordance with the principles of sustainable tourism. Therefore it is important to know and determine the main priority factors for the development of Bantaragung as a sustainable tourism village. The purpose of this research is to identify the characteristics of tourism village, to analyze the development priorities and to describe the sustainable tourism development strategy in Bantaragung Village. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using Expert Choice 11 Software and SWOT analysis are the methods used in this research. The results show that from the seven criteria for tourism village, accessibility has the dominant level of importance of the tourism village characteristic. As for the 4 alternative choices of natural tourist attractions, Awilega Camping Ground is the top priority for natural tourism attractions in Bantaragung. Furthermore, this study also found that the strategy for sustainable tourism development is to combine the existing strengths and threats elements of Bantaragung. In other words, the strategies could be implemented by preserving traditional culture and arts, as well as creating a distinctive feature in the Awilega Camping Ground.
