Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan elemen pokok pariwisata perkotaan sebagai daya tarik wisata kota di Mataram Lombok dan mengidentifikasikan pengembangan pariwisata perkotaan terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan di Mataram Lombok. Pengumpulan data melalui survei atau observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan melakukan FGD dengan Dinas Pariwisata kota Mataram Lombok, ASITA, PHRI, Pengelola Destinasi, dan Tokoh Masyarakat. Serta menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Oppurtunity dan Treath analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa elemen pokok pariwisata perkotaan yang terdiri dari Kota Bersejarah (Historic District), Kawasan Pinggiran Pantai (Waterfronts), Pusat Konvensi dan Pameran (Convention Center and Exhibitions), Festival dan Acara (Festivals & Events), Daerah Wisata Perkotaan (Special Visitor District), Warga & Karyawan yang mendukung pariwisata (Tourism Employees and Residents as City Advocates), Fasilitas Ritel dan Katering (Retail and Catering Facilities) hanya ada satu elemen yang tidak di penuhi oleh kota Mataram Lombok sebagai daya tarik wisata kota yaitu unsur Pusat Konvensi dan Pameran (Convention Center and Exhibitions). Sedangkan pengembangan pariwisata perkotaan dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan dengan cara kerjasama dengan pihak travel untuk merancang paket wisata khusus kota mataram, pihak swasta untuk menambah armada angkutan massal, membentuk pusat informasi khusus pariwisata perkotaan, membuat fasilitas bagi wisatawan yang lanjut usia dan berkebutuhan khusus, bekerjasama dengan pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah untuk membangun gedung pusat konvensi, koordinasi antar SKPD untuk membuat petunjuk arah dalam dua bahasa, bekerjasama dengan instansi terkait dalam pembangunan saluran air bersih, Koordinasi dengan pemerintah daerah, pemerintah pusat dan pihak airlines untuk penambahan rute penerbangan internasional, Bekerjasama dengan pemerintah daerah, pemerintah pusat dan pihak swasta untuk mempromosikan agenda festival yang ada dikota Mataram Lombok.Kata Kunci: Elemen Pokok Pariwisata Perkotaan, Pariwisata Perkotaan dan SWOT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi konsep restoran kekinian dan menganalisis bauran pemasaran jasa berdasarkan 7P di ForesThree Kitchen Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, Pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan manajer Restoran serta pengunjung restoran. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa konsep restoran kekinian di ForesThree Kitchen Bogor sudah dipenuhi dengan 3 aspek yaitu aspek atmosfer yang sangat khas sehingga menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi pengunjung yang datang. Mengusung konsep alam sehingga memiliki kesan asri bagi restoran kekinian tersebut. Aspek kualitas makanan juga dijaga dengan baik dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan segar yang diperoleh dari petani lokal dan diolah dengan baik. Aspek kualitas layanan menjadi hal yang sangat penting karena berkaitan dengan kepuasan pengunjung di ForesThree Kitchen Bogor serta selalu berupaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pengunjung dengan memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan tepat waktu. Hasil analisis bauran pemasaran 7P di ForesThree Kitchen Bogor sebagai restoran kekinian di kota Bogor dari aspek product mencakup bahan baku yang digunakan dalam pembuatan produk, kualitas produk, merek, kemasan, label, hingga jenis-jenis produk yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen sudah di penuhi semua. Promotion merupakan suatu bentuk komunikasi pemasaran yang berusaha menyebarkan informasi, mempengaruhi dan mengingatkan pasar sasaran atas produk dan perusahaan agar bersedia menerima, membeli dan loyal terhadap produk yang ditawarkan sudah dilakukan oleh ForesThree Kitchen Bogor. Price dapat diukur melalui harga produk pesaing, diskon atau potongan harga yang diberikan serta variasi sistem pembayaran yang ditawarkan sudah dipenuhi oleh ForesThree Kitchen Bogor. Place merupakan saluran pemasaran, kumpulan dan pengaturan lokasi, persediaan dan transportasi sudah dipenuhi oleh ForesThree Kitchen Bogor. People merupakan orang yang memiliki andil dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap konsumen selama proses pembelian sudah dipenuhi oleh ForesThree Kitchen Bogor. Process meliputi berbagai tahap yang dilalui konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan sudah dipenuhi oleh ForesThree Kitchen Bogor. Physical evidence merupakan faktor pendukung utama setelah product yang disajikan dan semua faktor pendukung tersebut sudah dipenuhi oleh ForesThree Kitchen Bogor.Kata Kunci: Bauran Pemasaran, Konsep Restoran Kekinian.

Abstract

This study aims to map the existing conditions of MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition) destinations in Depok City, analyse the attributes of MICE destinations in Depok City as an alternative to MICE destinations in West Java, and formulate a strategy for developing MICE destinations in Depok City in West Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with field data surveys or direct observation to the city of Depok. As well as interviews with EOs, hotels, malls, and the Department of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism. The results obtained from the MICE destination components have been fulfilled, all of which only need improvement from the aspects of MICE accessibility, MICE attractions and HR. Meanwhile, the attributes of MICE destinations in Depok City as an alternative MICE destination in West Java have been fulfilled. Everything needs to improve accessibility, extra opportunities, information, meetings, accommodation facilities and meeting facilities. Based on calculations using the SWOT approach, the City of Depok as an alternative destination for MICE in West Java is in the quadrant I position. This shows a very favourable situation for Depok City to carry out aggressive growth/growth. Then the results of the IFE and EFE get the value of strength and opportunity (SO) 5.51, strength and threat (ST) 3.16, weakness and opportunity (WO) 2.9, and weakness and threat (WT) 0, 55. The strategy that has the highest value is SO 5.51.

Abstract

Tourist destination must have four components which include tourist attractions, good accessibility, availability of various facilities, such as accommodation, restaurants, shopping and other services and tourism organizations. This study specifically focuses on an emerging tourist destination named Tamansari Ciapus in the city of Bogor, West Java. It aims to examine the roles of a resort accommodation, located in the area, in supporting the new destination. The study also wants to look at the roles and potential of local village communities in developing community-based tourism destination. It uses descriptive qualitative method of data collection through surveys, field observations and interviews. This study reveals that the role of resort accommodation, in this case the Highland Park Hotel, is quite important in the development of Tamansari Ciapus as a new destinaton. In many case, the resort is the very reason the visitors come to the area. However, such a role is not yet optimum as there is not yet a cooperation between the resort, other attraction owners in the area (silk, mushroom cultivation, and other home industries) and also the local community. The resort guests, for instance, seldom visit areas outside the resort. The role of the community is also quite significant in developing the area as a village tourism destination. Community organizations has been formed and tour packages have been developed although the market is still limited. Other issues that need to be addressed includes the lack of tour guides, integrated souvenir centers and professionally-managed homestay.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the competitiveness of creative products, especially souvenirs ondel-ondel so as to represent the image of tourism in Jakarta. The research design used in this study is a qualitative research design, using secondary data and primary data. Data collection methods used are passive participant observation and interviews as well as incidental sampling and purposive sampling into the techniques used in the determination of informant. The analysis of this study was to examine the ondel-ondel souvenir with competitiveness indicators, authenticity, and are classified into tourism image-forming component. The results showed that as the creative product, ondel-ondel souvenir has a competitive advantage in the aspect of authenticity, but in other aspects are still weak. From the other side, most respondents agree that ondel-ondel souvenir can represent the image of Jakarta destinations.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of Pokdarwis in homestay development, analyze the quality of the homestay with the ASEAN Homestay Standard criteria, and analyze challenges and opportunities in developing a homestay. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation and direct interviews. This study also conducted FGDs with homestay owners, the Head of the Kemiren Traditional Village, Pokdarwis, the Head of Kemiren Village, Banyuwangi Disbudpar, Dancers, PKK, and NGOs. The result of this research is the role of Pokdarwis as a Motivator, Communicator, and Driving Force. The quality of a homestay meets elements of the criteria of the host, activities, location, marketing & promotion, and sustainability principles. Meanwhile, elements of Safety & Security Criteria, Management, Accommodation, Cleanliness & Cleanliness still need to be improved. Challenges in terms of marketing & promotion, management, cleanliness & hygiene, and security & safety still need to be improved. The opportunity is enormous because it has all aspects to meet the accommodation standards of ASEAN-Class Homestay.

Abstract

The development of a tourist village is influenced by institutional aspects, tourist attractions and infrastructure. One important component in the success of tourism is an institution. The purpose of this study is to analyze the institutional role of Hambalang Village to empower the community in providing homestays, developing UMKM, culinary tourism, religious tourism, and sports tourism. This research method using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. This research data collection method through observation, interviews, and literature study. The data sources in this study were obtained from Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities obtained from Hambalang Village institutions which included the Village Government, BUMDes, LPM, and BPD. The results of the analysis show that there is an institutional role in Hambalang Village in the development of UMKM, culinary tourism, religious tourism, and sport tourism. However, it cannot be ruled out that there is no institutional role for Hambalang Village in providing homestays. Efforts to develop tourism through community empowerment in Hambalang Village in the development of UMKM and religious tourism that play a major role are the Village Government and BPD. Meanwhile BUMDes and LPM focus on culinary tourism. While community empowerment for sport tourism is mostly carried out by the Village Government.
