Abstract

Every business entity is required to be able to improve their services to customers. With good service it will increase customer satisfaction so that it ultimately increases profits from the business entity itself. To be able to improve service to customers, business entities must be able to present an efficient and accurate sales transaction process. For this reason, sales information system design is needed. Sales accounting information system can streamline the sales transaction process and can produce sales reports that are more accurate and timely and able to record accounting transactions in a short time. Timely and accurate sales reports are needed for the decision making process for business entity owners. The research objective is to develop software using the waterfall device development method, so that it can produce software that is able to improve sales system work and increase profits. The design results of the sales information system using the waterfall method can reduce errors caused by human factors (avoiding human error), avoiding the combination of data entry and presentation of sales reports presented in a fast and precise time so as to help the owner to make the decision making process .

Abstract

Abstract— Star Motor Perkakas is engaged in spare parts, the sales system is still manual with the main help of paper. Employees will record the names of items that have been sold in a book, and employees also make mistakes because they forget to record the names of items that are sold out, so that in searching for items that are requested or ordered experience errors, and it also causes errors in making reports every month. This information system design is expected to be the best solution to solve problems that occur in this company, especially in the management of sales data that is more effective and efficient. This system uses the Netbeans  Java  and  Mysql  programming  languages  as  databases.  This  sales system is also expected to be a sales data management activity to facilitate employees Tools for faster and more accurate transactions. Intisari— Perancangan sistem informasi ini diharapkan menjadi solusi terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan  yang terjadi dalam  perusahaan ini terutama dalam pengelolaan data penjualan yang lebih efektif dan efesien. Sistem yang digunakan ini  menggunakan  Bahasa  pemrograman  Java  Netbeans  dan  Mysql  sebagai database. Sistem penjualan ini juga diharapkan menjadi kegiatan pengola data penjualan untuk dapat mempermudah pegawai CV. Abstract

Abstract  - The presence of online media adds to the splendor of the press in Indonesia, providing the fastest information needed by the wider community, and faster than print media. The current problem with the DKI Jakarta DPRD is that there are many online media journalists who provide information to the public that does not match the facts. When the news is covered, either from the commission meeting or during direct interviews with DPRD members. However, there are also journalists who prioritize good journalism ethics in covering and reporting on it. It will be very interesting, if DPRD Members select the best online media journalists, to give awards to fellow journalists, so that they can provide a complete picture in presenting the news and during the reporting process. Decision Support System is part of an information system based on computer technology. The decision support system has several stages, namely being able to define the problem, collect relevant data, processing data that will become information, so that it can determine a very objective assessment. The method used in making decisions on the selection of the best online media journalists is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). After doing the testing, the final result obtained from this research is that RRI journalists are selected in first place with a score of 51%, then in second place are Warta Kota journalists with a score of 28% and in third position are Harian Terbit journalists with a score of 21%.Keywords: Best Journalist, Online Media, Analytical Hierarchy Process, DPRD DKI Jakarta Province.  Abstrak - Kehadiran media online menambah semaraknya dunia pers di Indonesia, memberikan informasi tercepat yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat luas, dan lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan media cetak. Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini pada DPRD DKI Jakarta adalah banyak para jurnalis media online yang memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat yang kurang sesuai fakta yang ada. Pada saat berita dilipu, baik dari saat rapat komisi maupun pada saat wawancara secara langsung dengan Anggota DPRD. Akan tetapi ada juga jurnalis yang lebih mengedepankan etika jurnalisme yang baik dalam meliput dan memberitakannya. Akan menjadi hal yang sangat menarik, apabila Anggota DPRD melakukan pemilihan jurnalis media online terbaik, untuk memberikan penghargaan kepada rekan-rekan jurnalis, sehingga mereka dapat memberikan gambaran yang utuh dalam menajikan berita serta pada saaat proses peliputannya. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan bagian dari sistem informasi yang berbasis teknologi komputer. sistem pendukung keputusan memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu dapat mendefinisikan masalah, mengumpulkan data yang relevan, pengolahan data yang akan menjadi informasi, sehingga dapat menentukan penilaian yang sangat objektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan pada pemilihan jurnalis media online terbaik adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Setelah melakukan pengujian maka hasil akhir yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu terpilihlah jurnalis RRI di peringkat pertama dengan skor 51%, kemudian di posisi kedua jurnalis Warta Kota dengan skor 28% dan di posisi ketiga jurnalis Harian Terbit dengan skor 21%.Kata Kunci: Jurnalis Terbaik, Decision Support System, Analytical Hierarchy Process,

Abstract

Penyebaran virus corona yang melanda di belahan dunia melumpuhkan aktivitas di sektor pendidikan dimana segala aktivitas pembelajaran dibatasi seperti pengajaran tatap muka, diskusi, praktikum dan lain-lain. Aktivitas yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara luring diubah menjadi online (virtual), hal ini untuk mencegah penularan covid 19 secara luas sehingga para tenaga pengajar mencari alternatif pembelajaran agar kegiatan pembelajaran harus tetap berjalan walaupun di kondisi pandemik saat ini. Alternatif pembelajaran yang saat ini sangat popular yaitu penggunaan aplikasi video conference salah satunya Google Meet yang merupakan fitur yang disediakan oleh Google untuk memudahkan para pengajar serta peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Perkuliahan daring di Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika memberikan alternatif pembelajaran kepada mahasiswa dengan Google Meet, Zoom Cloud Meeting, dan aplikasi e-learning lainnya. Aplikasi video conference yang akan diteliti adalah Google Meet untuk mengetahui penerimaan mahasiswa terhadap teknologi ini sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran online. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka sedangkan metode penelitiannya dengan TAM menggunakan variabel perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness dan attitude forward using. Pengujian instrument kuesioner dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan analisa deskriptif jawaban responden. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini bahwa dari segi kemudahan sekitar 48,4 % mahasiswa sangat setuju dengan kemudahan fitur dan aplikasi Google Meet, segi kegunaan sekitar 48,75 % sangat setuju Google Meet berguna dan bermanfaat dalam diskusi perkuliahan dan alternatif media e-learning dan sekitar 33,45 % setuju bahwa fitur aplikasi Google Meet dapat memberikan sikap senang dan menyenangkan kepada penggunanya yaitu mahasiswa sebagai media perkuliahan online. Pengujian validitas instrumen 3 buah variabel yaitu perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness dan attitude forward using dinyatakan valid karena nilai r hitung diatas 0,254 dan pengujian reabilitas dari keseluruhan variabel reliabel yaitu sebesar 0,939 dengan alpha Cronbach > 0,60.

Abstract

Dalam bidang pendidikan implementasi pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar saat ini tidak dapat dipungkiri adanya keterlibatan teknologi. Karena perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, metode pembelajaran ikut berkembang. Dahulu guru hanya menggunakan metode ceramah yang monoton, sekarang dapat menggunakan berbagai fasilitas berbasis elektronik dan multimedia. Salah satu media yang paling cepat dan mudah untuk guru pelajari dan sajikan ke siswa yaitu power point. Karena sifatnya yang user friendly dan menarik, power point masih menjadi andalan dalam menampilkan presentasi. Microsoft Power Point merupakan salah satu program aplikasi Microsoft Office yang berguna sebagai media presentasi dengan menggunakan beberapa slide. Aplikasi ini sangat digemari dan banyak digunakan dari berbagai kalangan, baik itu pelajar, perkantoran dan bisnis, pendidik, dan trainer. Dalam kesehariannya Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Darul Hikmah masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang umum yaitu metode ceramah. Hal ini terkadang menemui kendala yaitu antusiasme siswa yang menyimak sedikit berkurang karena bosan hanya mendengarkan guru berbicara. Akan lebih menarik jika pembelajaran menggunakan audio visual. Pada TPQ Darul Hikmah metode pembelajarannya dengan metode ceramah. Hal ini terkadang menemui kendala yaitu antusiasme siswa yang menyimak sedikit berkurang karena bosan hanya mendengarkan guru berbicara, akan lebih menarik jika pembelajaran menggunakan audio visual. Dengan basis audio visual atau multimedia diharapkan para siswa lebih semangat menyimak dan lebih mudah memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh para guru. Salah satu media pembelajaran audio visual yang sangat mudah digunakan dan user friendly yaitu software Microsoft Powerpoint. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Pembelajaran, Tekhnologi

Abstract

Technology is needed by humans to facilitate all activities carried out so that they are fast and practical, besides that technology is used as a solution to problems in conventional systems. Conventional sales activities experience several problems such as recording activities, insecure archiving, manual calculations and loss of transaction data. From these problems, the purpose of this study is to design a sales information system, namely object-based book sales transactions in order to minimize errors and produce the information needed by users effectively and efficiently. The method used is Extreme Programming which is very suitable for developing and building object-oriented applications. This method has stages in the method including planning carried out problem finding and needs analysis, the design consists of system design with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) database design, coding in the form of application menu displays, testing with blackbox testing and software increase. The design of an OOP-based book sales information system using the Extreme Programming method is expected to help and facilitate users in managing data, sales transactions and reports.

Abstract

The purchasing process at PT Primajaya Putra Mandiri has not been carried out effectively and efficiently. This becomes an obstacle in making purchase reports every month. For this reason, a purchasing information system design is required. Purchasing information systems can streamline the purchase transaction process and can produce more accurate and timely purchase reports and are able to record accounting transactions in a short time. Timely and accurate purchase reports are necessary for the decision-making process for business entity owners. The objective of this research is to develop software using the waterfall development method, so that it can produce software that is capable of improving the purchasing system. The development of information systems in the manufacture of software uses the Waterfall model and in the manufacture of this software uses JavaScript as the script language used to create desktop pages and MySQL as the database for data storage. The results of the design of a purchasing information system using the waterfall method can reduce errors caused by human factors (human error), avoid duplicate data entry and presentation of sales reports presented in a fast and precise time so as to help the owner to carry out the decisionmaking process

Abstract

The research looks for excellence each student has to find out students who excel. Academic and non-academic achievements can be a benchmark for finding the best students. The research method used in this study is the survey research method, in which the writer will distribute the questionnaire to one of the High Schools with the target of the research being students and observing through the principal and teachers at the High School. This study uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method which is assisted by Expert Choice Software in making decisions regarding high-achieving students in high schools in the Tangerang area. AHP process by comparing one student with other student candidates based on predetermined criteria, also comparing between criteria, to find which criteria are more favored. The results of the processing of the Expert Choice Software in the form of graphic images that show superior students can be decided by decision-makers. Keywords: Survey, , Achievement

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan transformasi kreatif dalam pelatihan artificial intelligence (AI) menggunakan Canva guna meningkatkan keterampilan presentasi siswa di MTS Darul Hikmah. Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, kemampuan presentasi yang baik menjadi keterampilan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa. Pelatihan ini mengintegrasikan teknologi AI dengan platform desain Canva untuk memberikan bimbingan praktis dalam membuat presentasi yang menarik dan efektif. Program ini mencakup sesi pelatihan intensif tentang penggunaan AI dalam Canva untuk merancang slide presentasi yang berkualitas, serta teknik presentasi yang memukau. Metode yang diterapkan termasuk workshop, sesi praktik langsung, dan evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan siswa mampu menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kualitas presentasi siswa, serta peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan kreativitas mereka. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi pelatihan serupa di institusi pendidikan lain dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan keterampilan presentasi siswa secara umum.   This community service aims to carry out creative transformation in artificial intelligence (AI) training using Canva to improve students' presentation skills at MTS Darul Hikmah. In the ever-evolving digital era, good presentation skills are an important skill that students must have. This training integrates AI technology with Canva's design platform to provide practical guidance in creating engaging and effective presentations. The program includes intensive training sessions on using AI in Canva to design quality presentation slides, as well as stunning presentation techniques. The methods applied include workshops, hands-on practice sessions, and periodic evaluations to ensure students are able to apply the knowledge they have acquired. The results of this community service show a significant improvement in the quality of students' presentations, as well as an increase in their confidence and creativity. This program is.

Abstract

Obesity is a serious health problem because it can lead to a variety of diseases. Adults are prone to obesity due to several factors such as age, physical activity, weight, diet, gender, lifestyle and so on. Machine Learning as one of the methods for predicting and classifying factors of obesity especially in the adult population. In machine learning, there are various types of algorithms that can be used to classify data. In this study, using the K-Nearest Neighbor, Decision Tree and Naïve Bayes algorithms, 2111 datasets were used and processed using the Phyton programming language. The results were obtained from the comparison of the three algoritms with the highest accuracy of 93.6%, the Decision Trees with 79.6% and the Naïv Bayes with 60%.
