Abstract

The ability of an educational institution in terms of science and technology became one of the very important factors. Despite those two things then it should be accompanied by qualified human resources and competitive. SDIT Al-Hikmah Cipayung Depok is an Islamic educational institution where the transfer of knowledge is still limited in the forum work meetings there has been no documentation or technology that saves teachers 'knowledge and experience in teaching. Knowledge Management System is the most effective way of tackling the problem and solution sharing and transfer of knowledge teachers at Al-Hikmah SDIT Cipayung Depok. The research method used was the establishment of the SECI model of knowledge, architectural design model application with MVC (Model-View-Controller), testing validation by Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method using a questionnaire, software testing, and black box testing and software quality testing with ISO 9126. The result of the research is a Knowledge Management System as the technology transfer of knowledge that is one of the efforts in reducing the use of paper (paperless office), making the efficiency of time, effort and cost, and better documentation management in the SDIT Al-Hikmah Cipayung Depok.

Abstract

Education is one of the fields that generate heaps of data. Pile of data that can utilized by higher education institutions to improve tertiary performance. One way to process data piles in the education is to use data mining or called education data mining. The quality assessment of educational institutions conducted by the community and the government is strongly influenced by student performance. Students who have poor performance will have a negative impact on educational institutions. Student data is processed to obtain valuable knowledge regarding the classification of student performance. One method of data mining is the C4.5 algorithm which is known to be able to produce good classifications. In this research and optimization method will be used namely optimize selection on the c4.5 algorithm. Based on the research, it is known that the optimization selection optimization method can improve the performance of algorithm c4.5 from 85% to 87%.

Abstract

Student performance is the ability of students to deal with the entire academic series taken during school. Student performance produces two labels, namely successful and unsuccessful students. Successful students can graduate with excellent, excellent, and suitable performance labels. At the same time, students who have a label on average are students who get poor performance. Measurement of student performance is needed for every educational institution to take strategic steps to improve student performance. This study aimed to obtain a data mining method that worked well on student performance datasets. In this study, student performance datasets were processed, which had 11 indicators with one result label. Student performance datasets are processed using data mining methods, namely decision tree and nave Bayes, while the tool used for dataset processing is WEKA. The research results from processing student performance datasets obtained that the accuracy value for the decision tree method was 94.3132%, and the accuracy produced by the naive Bayes method was 84.8052%.

Abstract

Yayasan madrasah merupakan salah satu organisasi nir laba yang dalam kegiatannya di bidang pendidikan dengan tujuan tidak untuk mendapatkan laba. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang sumber dananya dari masyarakat dan donatur tentunya pengurus yayasan diwajibkan menyusun laporan keuangan sebagai bentuk pertanggung jawaban dalam rangka meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat dan donatur. Penyusunan laporan keuangan yayasan pada saat ini mengacu pada Interpretasi Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (ISAK) 35. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman para guru yayasan madrasah tsanawiyah mengenai pentingnya penerapan penyajian laporan keuangan yayasan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku, dan mereka dapat memberikan masukan kepada pengurus yayasan agar laporan keuangan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan sesuai ketentuan. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan, di mana pemateri memberikan penjelasan tentang pentingnya penerapan standar akuntansi keuangan untuk yayasan pendidikan sebagai organisasi nir laba dan memberikan contoh bentuk penyajian laporan keuangan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta sangat antusias dan memperoleh manfaat penambahan wawasan pengetahuan mengenai laporan keuangan yayasan yang selama ini mereka belum ketahui. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil post-test yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman materi pelatihan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model Waterfall dalam perancangan aplikasi manajemen event berbasis web untuk PB Persatuan Cartur Seluruh Indonesia (PERCASI), untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sistem manajemen yang efisien dalam menyelenggarakan berbagai acara. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall yang sistematis, penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan aplikasi. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter (CI), yang memungkinkan pengembangan yang cepat dan terstruktur. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan akses data secara langsung oleh PB Percasi dan Pengda Tingkat Provinsi, di mana Pengda dapat menginput data peserta dan Admin dapat memeriksa jumlah peserta serta menghitung biaya registrasi dengan efisien. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi dalam manajemen event, serta menjadi alat yang bermanfaat bagi PERCASI dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya secara optimal.Kata Kunci : WaterFall, PERCASI, CodeIgniter

Abstract

Jakarta, as a metropolitan city in Indonesia, often experiences flooding caused by high rainfall, poor drainage systems, and rapid urbanization. This research aims to classify flood-prone areas in Jakarta using a combination of K-Means Clustering and Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithms. The research phase begins with data collection from the Satu Data Jakarta website, including attributes such as region, sub-district, village, average water level, number of affected RWs, number of affected families, number of affected people, and number of flood events. The collected data is then processed through cleaning and normalization stages before being analyzed using the K-Means algorithm to group areas based on their flooding characteristics. Furthermore, the Naïve Bayes algorithm was used to build a classification model that predicts flood-prone areas. The results showed that the combination of these two algorithms resulted in higher average accuracy compared to the use of conventional Naïve Bayes, having an accuracy of 98.18%% at training and testing data split ratios of 70:30, 80;20 and 90:10. The findings provide valuable insights for flood risk mitigation in Jakarta, assisting the government in taking more effective preventive measures.

Abstract

Obesity is a serious health problem because it can lead to a variety of diseases. Adults are prone to obesity due to several factors such as age, physical activity, weight, diet, gender, lifestyle and so on. Machine Learning as one of the methods for predicting and classifying factors of obesity especially in the adult population. In machine learning, there are various types of algorithms that can be used to classify data. In this study, using the K-Nearest Neighbor, Decision Tree and Naïve Bayes algorithms, 2111 datasets were used and processed using the Phyton programming language. The results were obtained from the comparison of the three algoritms with the highest accuracy of 93.6%, the Decision Trees with 79.6% and the Naïv Bayes with 60%.

Abstract

Dewan Kemakmuran Mesjid (DKM) Masjid Jami Darul Hikmah memiliki susunan kepengurusan yang diantaranya bertanggung jawab dalam kegiatan program kerja rutin seperti pelaksanaan acara hari besar umat muslim, kerja bakti kebersihan masjid, pengembangan kegiatan masjid, pengembangan fasilitas dan sarana masjid. Oleh karena itu agar program kerja tetap berjalan tanpa kendala, maka salah satu teknologi tatap muka secara daring adalah salah satu solusi terbaik yang menjadikan primer problem solving. Hal ini dirasakan oleh pengurus dalam melakukan sosialiasasi kegiatan program kerja di saat kondisi pandemi Covid -19 saat ini. Pengurus kesulitan menyampaikan program kerja yang telah dirancang untuk dipresentasikan kepada Yayasan DKM Jami Darul Hikmah. Solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi pengurus adalah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi Zoom Cloud Meeting sebagai media meeting dan presentasi secara virtual dalam mensosialisasikan program kerja. Zoom Cloud Meeting selain sebagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dapat juga dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana diskusi rapat secara online untuk mempresentasikan hasil kegiatan atau program kerja tersebut.

Abstract

Dalam bidang pendidikan implementasi pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar saat ini tidak dapat dipungkiri adanya keterlibatan teknologi. Karena perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, metode pembelajaran ikut berkembang. Dahulu guru hanya menggunakan metode ceramah yang monoton, sekarang dapat menggunakan berbagai fasilitas berbasis elektronik dan multimedia. Salah satu media yang paling cepat dan mudah untuk guru pelajari dan sajikan ke siswa yaitu power point. Karena sifatnya yang user friendly dan menarik, power point masih menjadi andalan dalam menampilkan presentasi. Microsoft Power Point merupakan salah satu program aplikasi Microsoft Office yang berguna sebagai media presentasi dengan menggunakan beberapa slide. Aplikasi ini sangat digemari dan banyak digunakan dari berbagai kalangan, baik itu pelajar, perkantoran dan bisnis, pendidik, dan trainer. Dalam kesehariannya Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Darul Hikmah masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang umum yaitu metode ceramah. Hal ini terkadang menemui kendala yaitu antusiasme siswa yang menyimak sedikit berkurang karena bosan hanya mendengarkan guru berbicara. Akan lebih menarik jika pembelajaran menggunakan audio visual. Pada TPQ Darul Hikmah metode pembelajarannya dengan metode ceramah. Hal ini terkadang menemui kendala yaitu antusiasme siswa yang menyimak sedikit berkurang karena bosan hanya mendengarkan guru berbicara, akan lebih menarik jika pembelajaran menggunakan audio visual. Dengan basis audio visual atau multimedia diharapkan para siswa lebih semangat menyimak dan lebih mudah memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh para guru. Salah satu media pembelajaran audio visual yang sangat mudah digunakan dan user friendly yaitu software Microsoft Powerpoint. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Pembelajaran, Tekhnologi

Abstract

Technology is needed by humans to facilitate all activities carried out so that they are fast and practical, besides that technology is used as a solution to problems in conventional systems. Conventional sales activities experience several problems such as recording activities, insecure archiving, manual calculations and loss of transaction data. From these problems, the purpose of this study is to design a sales information system, namely object-based book sales transactions in order to minimize errors and produce the information needed by users effectively and efficiently. The method used is Extreme Programming which is very suitable for developing and building object-oriented applications. This method has stages in the method including planning carried out problem finding and needs analysis, the design consists of system design with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) database design, coding in the form of application menu displays, testing with blackbox testing and software increase. The design of an OOP-based book sales information system using the Extreme Programming method is expected to help and facilitate users in managing data, sales transactions and reports.
