Abstract

The number of tourist visits consists of adults and children, the amount will have an impact on tourism object and sport retribution. This research aimed to determine the effect of the number of tourist visit to income of tourism object and sport retribution at departement tourism and culture district Kebumen year 2011-2014. The research methods used by the writer weredescriptive and quantitativ methods. This study used a simple linear regression. Results of this analysis showed regression equation Y=-281.785.862,671+4.757,518X means that each additional 1 visitor would improve tourism object and sport retribution RP 4.750,00. Significance test result the number of tourist visit to income of tourism object and sport retributionat departement tourism and culture district Kebumen, was t of (4,678) was greater than the table t of (4,303)means that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Results of this study could be concluded that a significant difference between the number of tourist visits towards tourism object and sport retribution. Abstract

Curriculum management is important in education. Curriculum management carried out optimally will achieve educational goals, namely forming good behavior and personality in students. One way to shape this behavior and personality is by implementing a religious culture at school. This research aims to describe the development of religious culture through curriculum management at SMK Darussalam Blokagung 2. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing techniques use triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this research show that the development of religious culture through curriculum management at SMK Darussalam Blokagung 2 is as follows: In the planning stage, the school holds a meeting at the beginning of each new school year which is attended by the principal, teachers and school committee. This process begins with determining the vision, mission and goals of SMK Darussalam Blokagung 2, then identifying needs and adapting to existing conditions in society, then the school can implement religious culture in learning and school habituation activities which are carried out in daily, weekly and annual activities. The stage of organizing the development of religious culture is that the school principal is responsible for coordinating with teachers and the school committee to carry out activities in accordance with their duties and fields. At the curriculum implementation stage, the development of religious culture is carried out by carrying out habituation and learning activities. At the evaluation stage at the end of each semester, we evaluate the material, approaches, strategies and assessments both in habituation activities and in learning. The curriculum evaluation is based on the results of learning evaluation and supervision carried out reflectively, namely, daily evaluation, evaluation per learning unit, evaluation per semester, and evaluation per year.

Abstract

Character education is to instill certain character at once, giving the seeds so that learners are able to cultivate its distinctive character at the time into the life of the community. By taking some ideas or models will not make the character become creative participants, but requires a mature concept was able to grow the character of students. One concept of character education that have long been made by the Prophet through the Hadith-hadith. The concept of character education that is described in the hadith the Prophet is very important to be developed and studied. As for the quality of the hadith about the concept of character education is of sanad become Shahih li zatihi, as well as valid in terms of honor. While the concept of character education in the hadith there are two. First, the establishment of which is based on the exemplary character will reap goodness for himself and others. Therefore, the influence of family as the first school for the children should be good ones anyway. Secondly, in the view of Islam, man is born in this world bring the nature, potential, basic abilities, or nature (heredity).

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to understand and formulate effective marketing strategies for pesantren-based colleges, taking into account the social and cultural contexts that exist in them. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study to analyze marketing management strategies in pesantren-based colleges. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with managers, marketing staff, and students, as well as participatory observation and documentation analysis. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify key themes such as branding strategy, market segmentation, student services, and utilization of technology in marketing. This research aims to provide in-depth understanding and recommendations to enhance competitive advantage through effective marketing. The conclusion of this discussion shows that boarding school-based universities have challenges and opportunities in developing marketing strategies. Differentiation based on religious values becomes a competitive advantage, offering quality education with a focus on character building and spirituality. The utilization of digital technology, such as social media and websites, increases visibility and accessibility, strengthening the modern image without abandoning religious values. However, limited resources in budget, professional personnel, and understanding of data-driven marketing are still obstacles. Internal capacity building and external collaboration are needed to optimize a more structured and data-driven marketing.
