Abstract

Curriculum management is important in education. Curriculum management carried out optimally will achieve educational goals, namely forming good behavior and personality in students. One way to shape this behavior and personality is by implementing a religious culture at school. This research aims to describe the development of religious culture through curriculum management at SMK Darussalam Blokagung 2. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing techniques use triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this research show that the development of religious culture through curriculum management at SMK Darussalam Blokagung 2 is as follows: In the planning stage, the school holds a meeting at the beginning of each new school year which is attended by the principal, teachers and school committee. This process begins with determining the vision, mission and goals of SMK Darussalam Blokagung 2, then identifying needs and adapting to existing conditions in society, then the school can implement religious culture in learning and school habituation activities which are carried out in daily, weekly and annual activities. The stage of organizing the development of religious culture is that the school principal is responsible for coordinating with teachers and the school committee to carry out activities in accordance with their duties and fields. At the curriculum implementation stage, the development of religious culture is carried out by carrying out habituation and learning activities. At the evaluation stage at the end of each semester, we evaluate the material, approaches, strategies and assessments both in habituation activities and in learning. The curriculum evaluation is based on the results of learning evaluation and supervision carried out reflectively, namely, daily evaluation, evaluation per learning unit, evaluation per semester, and evaluation per year.

Abstract

Character education is to instill certain character at once, giving the seeds so that learners are able to cultivate its distinctive character at the time into the life of the community. By taking some ideas or models will not make the character become creative participants, but requires a mature concept was able to grow the character of students. One concept of character education that have long been made by the Prophet through the Hadith-hadith. The concept of character education that is described in the hadith the Prophet is very important to be developed and studied. As for the quality of the hadith about the concept of character education is of sanad become Shahih li zatihi, as well as valid in terms of honor. While the concept of character education in the hadith there are two. First, the establishment of which is based on the exemplary character will reap goodness for himself and others. Therefore, the influence of family as the first school for the children should be good ones anyway. Secondly, in the view of Islam, man is born in this world bring the nature, potential, basic abilities, or nature (heredity).

Abstract

The development of the era in the 21st century has entered an era where competition between educational institutions is increasingly competitive and requires educational institutions to adapt to developments in society. However, the public's interest in sending their children to school at MA Al Amiriyyah has not decreased. Seeing the phenomenon that occurred, researchers are interested in researching the implementation of marketing strategies for private educational institutions at MA Al Amiriyyah. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of marketing strategies for private educational institutions in the 4.0 era. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. Data analysis methods use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that of several marketing strategies for school institutions in the industrial era 4.0, they are more dominant in promoting through the internet and social media (websites, Instagram) and this is also shown in the results of parent interviews that school information is obtained through websites and social media.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen mutu terpadu dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan di smp it wahdatul ummah kota metro. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskriptif kualitatif, metodologi ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang pengalaman civitas akademika dalam menerapkan manajemen mutu terpadu untuk menjawab tantangan layanan pendidikan. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi merupakan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi dalam hubungannya dengan analisis data yang memanfaatkan beberapa sumber data untuk membangun representasi yang lebih tepat. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bahwa penerapan manajemen mutu terpadu dapat meningkatkan pencapaian tujuan sekolah, mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang krusial. Untuk meningkatkan Prestasi siswa dan kualitas lulusan, diperlukan pendefinisian visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah. Program dan kegiatan harus diarahkan untuk meningkatkan Prestasi siswa dan kepuasan konsumen. Agar sekolah tetap menekankan pada tujuannya, semua bagian layanan sekolah harus mengalami perkembangan yang berkesinambungan. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Mutu Terpadu, Mutu Lulusan Abstract This study aims to determine the implementation of integrated quality management in improving the quality of graduates at SMP IT Wahdatul Ummah, Metro City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, this methodology aims to gain a deeper understanding of the experience of the academic community in implementing integrated quality management to answer the challenges of educational services. Observation, interviews, and documentation are data collection methods used in this study. Data validity testing uses triangulation in conjunction with data analysis that utilizes several data sources to build a more precise representation. The results obtained in this study are that the implementation of integrated quality management can improve the achievement of school goals, starting from the crucial planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. To improve student achievement and graduate quality, it is necessary to define the school's vision, mission, and goals. Programs and activities must be directed to improve student achievement and consumer satisfaction. In order for the school to continue to emphasize its goals, all parts of the school's services must experience continuous development. Keywords: Integrated Quality Management, Graduate Quality
