Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada SMK Swasta di Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Dalam penelitian ini eksperimen dilakukan dengan membandingkan dua buah model pembelajaran yaitu model pembelajaran TPS (Think Pair Share) dan model pembelajaran konvensional. Dalam penelitian ini, mempunyai tiga variabel yaitu model pembelajaran, Kemandirian Belajar dan hasil belajar matematika. Sebelum melakukan uji hipotesis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji persyaratan data diantaranya: pengujian normalitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar matematika (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika (3) Terdapat pengaruh interaktif yang signifikan model pembelajaran dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika.

Abstract

Memanfaatkan media ajar berupa aplikasi digital dalam pembelajaran matematika sudah sepatutnya diterapkan oleh para guru untuk menunjang pembelajaran dikelas, namun dalam kenyataanya masih sedikit guru yang memanfaatkan media ajar yang sudah berkembang saat ini. Adapun salah satu aplikasi yang dapat membantu guru dalam pengajaran adalah aplikasi PhotoMath dan aplikasi YHomework. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu guru dalam memanfaatkan media ajar berbasisi digital pada pelajaran matematika agar pembelajaran lebih mudah tanpa meninggalkan konsep dasar yang penting. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di SMP Dua Mei. Metode pelaksanaan dengan ceramah, pelatihan, tanya jawab dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diantaranya: 1) kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan aplikasi PhotoMath dan aplikasi Yhomework meningkat, 2) mengembangkan kemampuan guru dalam pembuatan soal-soal hitung,  3) guru dapat memanfaatkan media ajar berbasis digital  dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) The combined influence of learning interest and discipline on mathematics learning achievement. (2) The influence of students' learning interest on mathematics learning achievement. (3) The influence of discipline on mathematics achievement. The method used is a survey method. The total population in this study consists of 600 students, and the sample taken for this research is 10% of the population, which is 60 students. The results of hypothesis testing indicate: (1) There is a significant combined influence of learning interest and discipline on mathematics learning achievement. This is evidenced by the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F value of 27.097. (2) There is a significant influence of learning interest on mathematics achievement. This is evidenced by the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t value of 5.544. (3) There is a significant influence of discipline on mathematics learning achievement. This is evidenced by the significance value of 0.035 < 0.05 and a t value of 2.155. This research is valuable for enhancing the quality of teaching and the mathematics learning achievement of students in a Private Vocational School in Central Jakarta.

Abstract

Self-efficacy of students in understanding educational statistics material is the main focus of this analysis. Through the Finding Facts stage, the complexity of the material, lack of support from lecturers, and ineffective curriculum/methods of teaching are identified as key factors influencing the low self-efficacy of students. The Finding Acceptance stage confirms a high acceptance of these findings as issues needing to be addressed. The implications of this analysis emphasize the need for holistic action to enhance student self-efficacy, through simplifying materials, increasing lecturer support, and revolutionizing curriculum and teaching methods. Thus, the article proposes concrete steps to create a supportive and empowering learning environment for students facing challenges in learning educational statistics.

Abstract

School management plays a crucial role in improving the quality of learning in the digital era. The use of digital technology enables schools to enhance operational efficiency and improve the quality of the learning process. In this context, the implementation of information technology in academic management, digital-based curriculum management, and strengthening transformational leadership are key elements to support this transformation. Additionally, continuous training and technology-based supervision for teachers are essential to enhance teaching competencies and quality. Therefore, schools need to adopt innovative management strategies based on technology to meet the demands of education that continue to evolve in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengthening of knowledge management to enhance teacher engagement toward the organization at MTs Darussa’adah Pandeglang. Knowledge management is regarded as a crucial strategy for developing a sustainable learning culture within Islamic schools. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review and field observation. The findings reveal that the key dimensions of knowledge management—creation, storage, sharing, and application of knowledge—significantly contribute to improving teachers’ involvement in organizational activities and instructional innovation. Moreover, leadership support and collaboration among teachers within professional learning communities strengthen motivation and a sense of belonging to the institution. The study recommends implementing a digital collaboration platform to facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a learning organization culture in the madrasa context.

Abstract

Anemia during pregnancy is a condition in which pregnant women experience iron deficiency in the blood. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of administering iron tablets and a combination of iron tablets and date palm juice on increasing Hb levels in anemic pregnant women at Sobang and Picung Health Centers in 2025. Quantitative research method, quasi-experimental research design with control group design. Simple random sampling technique. The population was pregnant women, a sample of 30 people, 15 people as the control group (group 1) who were only given iron and 15 people as the intervention group (group 2) were given treatment by consuming iron and date palm juice every day for 7 days. The results of the univariate study showed that the educational characteristics of pregnant women were mostly low education (60%) and high education (40%). The results of the bivariate study obtained an average Hb level before being given iron tablets of 10.2267 and an average Hb level after being given iron tablets of 10.9333 and an average Hb level before being given a combination of iron tablets and date palm juice of 10.360 and an average Hb level after being given a combination of iron tablets and date palm juice of 11.253. Both groups of research results showed an increase in Hb levels but there was a comparison of the increase in Hb levels, so that giving a combination of iron tablets and date palm juice was more effective in increasing hemoglobin levels compared to those only given iron tablets. This may occur because there are differences in characteristics of pregnant women in Education. It is hoped that it can be used as a source of information for pregnant women to increase their insight and knowledge about anemia and anemia prevention in their pregnancy.
