Abstract

ABSTRACT This study has three objectives, first explaining the condition of the application of material criminal law to Broadcasting Institution showing the violence in television impressions. Secondly to know the role and responsibility of Television Broadcasting Institution showing the impressions containing elements of Violence. The third explains the obstacles to the implementation of Law No. 32 of 2002 on broadcasting is still not effective in preventing the exposure of violent content on television.Furthermore, this research was conducted in Samarinda city of East Kalimantan, with research location at office, Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID), and by collecting data from various literatures and internet sites. The research used is interview, library research (library research). The results of the data analysis are presented descriptively, ie describe, describe, and explain the issues relevant to this research in clear and detailed.  Data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis, that is by analyzing secondary data obtained according to formulation of problem which have been determined. The results showed that television broadcasters and perpetrators in the display of impressions using elements of violence including irregularities to Law No. 32 of 2002 on Broadcasting, but in fact not applied. The obstacle faced is the first, Business Competition. Now the news on television more and more and growing so that the television stations are competing to present exclusive and exclusive news packaging for the public interest.  Television broadcasts are only concerned with the rating, regardless of the impact of broadcast aired for the wider community. Second, Press Freedom. Freedom of the press and freedom of expression are the "powerful stunts" that continue to be used in today's democratic era. There is nothing wrong with both, even we need to appreciate and fight for it. The problem is, we often forget that freedom must be interpreted as a whole. Moreover, freedom must also be implemented with full wisdom and responsibility. Without it, freedom will certainly be problematic and will certainly cause problems. Freedom with intact meaning assumes freedom with limits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengembangan Karier, Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Asahan.Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 0,629 + 0,287 X1 + 0,311 X2 + 0,237 X3 + e. Pengujian hipotesis secara serempak ( uji F ) diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel ( 22,178 > 2,89 ) dan sig ( 0,000 < 0,05 ). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan karier, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara serempak dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Asahan. Pada uji parsial ( uji t ) didapat nilai thitung variabel pengembangan karier yaitu 3,190, variabel motivasi kerja yaitu 3,484, variabel kepuasan kerja yaitu 2,853 dengan nilai ttabel sebesar 2,03 dan sig. t lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka menolak H0 dan menerima Ha. Koefisien determinasi ( Adjusted R Square ) sebesar 0,638 yang berarti 63,8% variasi variabel terikat ( kinerja ) mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel pengembangan karier, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja, sisanya sebesar 36,2% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research was to determine and prove the correlation between explosive power of the leg muscle and eye and foot coordination with the ability to accurately shoot football at the Rumbai Pratama SSB team. This type of research conducted in this research is to use a correlational research design. A sample of 22 people from the results of hypothesis research with saturated sampling techniques or sampling points. The results obtained did not correlate leg muscle strength with the accuracy of shooting in football matches in the Rumbai Pratama SSB Team, where the rcount (0.311) <of the rtable (0.433) at α = 0.05. But the pattern of the results of the second hypothesis there is a link between eye and foot coordination with the accuracy of shooting in football on the Rumbai Pratama SSB team, where the acquisition of rcount (0.862)> of the acquisition of rtable (0.433) at α = 0.05. In the third hypothesis there is a joint correlation between Leg Muscle Explosion Power and eye and foot coordination with the accuracy of shooting in football matches on the Rumbai Pratama SSB Team namely the acquisition of rhitung (0.865)> of the acquisition of rtable (0.433) on α = 0.05.Key Words: Explosive Power Of Leg Muscles, Eye And Foot Coordination, Shooting, Football

Abstract

Many factors are considered capable of determining the quality of lecturer performance in tertiary institutions. Therefore, this study will test whether there is an effect of organizational commitment and work climate on the performance of university lecturers in Asahan district. Data collection In this study, economics was used with a focus on education management to test the factors of improving the quality of education with the intervening variable of teacher performance at tertiary institutions in Asahan District. This research was conducted in Asahan District which of the 14 tertiary institutions, one of which is Asahan University. The population in this study are university lecturers. This study uses a non-probability sampling method. The sample criteria in this study were that there were 115 permanent lecturers in tertiary institutions in the Asahan Regency. The results of the study show that organizational commitment has an influence on the quality of lecturer performance. Because with an organization that has a commitment to advancing the university, lecturers will be encouraged to participate. Likewise with the work climate which also has a very large influence on lecturer performance. This is due to a positive work climate and high morale. Then the lecturers will also have the enthusiasm to improve the reputation of the campus. So it was concluded that organizational commitment greatly influences the performance of lecturers in Asahan district.

Abstract

Indonesia mengalami tekanan akibat bencana covid 19.Ancaman yang terjadi mengakibatkan terganggu aktivitas dari segala sektor pendidikan, sektor pendidikan diharuskan untuk melakukan daring . fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisa faktor ketimpangan pendidikan pada masa covid 19 dikota binjai dan solusi mengatasi ketimpangan tersebut. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif. metode pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. hasil ini penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya ketimpangan adalah: 1.kondisi wilayah kota Binjai yang terletak diperdesan. 2.tidak semua anak memiliki peralatan atau media untuk belajar daring.  Pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap sektor pendidikan di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Kota Binjai. Penutupan sekolah dan peralihan pembelajaran ke metode daring (online) memperburuk ketimpangan akses pendidikan, terutama di kalangan siswa dari keluarga dengan latar belakang ekonomi yang kurang mampu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis ketimpangan pendidikan yang terjadi selama pandemi COVID-19 di Kota Binjai, dengan fokus pada akses terhadap perangkat teknologi, koneksi internet, serta kualitas pembelajaran yang diterima oleh siswa. Dari temuan tersebut, solusi untuk mengatasi ketimpangan yaitu melakukan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak terutama pemerintah, sekolah, dan orang tua  untuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.
