Abstract

Asam gelugur fruits of Garcinia often used to reduce body weight. Lengkuas and kencur are traditional herbal that potential for antiobesity because they could reduce the level of phospholipids, triglycerides, and cholesterol. The aim of the research was to evaluate the potencies of these herbal as antiobesity by measurement of their water and ethanol extracts capabilities as in vitro inhibitor of pancreatic lipase activity. The water and ethanol extracts of asam gelugur fruits contained saponins and alkaliods, respectively. The water extract of lengkuas rhizomes contained alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, and quinones, while the ethanol extract contained alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, and steroids. The water extract of kencur rhizomes contained saponins and quinones, while the ethanolextract contained alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, and quinones. The highest inhibitory effect of all extracts was obtained from the ethanol extract of asam gelugur fruits with value of 86.3% at 150 ppm. The highest inhibitory effect of lengkuas extracts was from the ethanol extract at 200 ppm (56.2%). The highestinhibitory effect of kencur was showed by the ethanol extract with the value 37.6% at 300 ppm. These values were higher than the inhibitory effect of the positive control (Xenical®) at 100 ppm (10.6%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pembiayaan Murabahah, Mudharabah dan Non Performing Financing (NPF) terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia tahun 2014-2017. Populasi yang digunakan seluruh Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia sebanyak 11 perbankan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan purposive sampling, sebanyak 8 perbankan sampel dipilih. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pembiayaan murabahah, mudharabah berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas sedangkan non performing financing (NPF) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas

Abstract

Masyarakat di dusun Kebonrejo 2 di desa Kebonrejo, Candimulyo, Magelang memiliki permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan hukum. Masalah-masalah hukum yang sering timbul diantaranya adalah perselisihan batas tanah, perkawinan belum cukup umur (anak), perkawinan yang dilakukan tidak dicatatkan di kantor yang berwenang, dan persoalan perkawinan lainnya, perselisihan pembagian waris, serta kenakalan remaja yang kadang menyebabkan timbulnya sengketa diantara warga. Permasalahan tersebut dikarenakan oleh adanya kesadaran hukum yang rendah, selain itu masyarakat juga belum mengetahui tata cara menyelesaikan masalah-masalah hukum. Jika terjadi kasus atau sengketa cenderung menyelesaikannya dengan paksaan melalui pengadilan, karena belum mampu menyelesaikan sendiri secara damai. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pendampingan kepada Karang Taruna Pandawa melalui Program Masyarakat Terpadu (PPMT) dengan kegiatan sosialisasi hukum perkawinan, hukum pertanahan, hukum waris, hukum pidana pada umumnya, dan hukum penyelesaian sengketa di pengadilan maupun di luar pengadilan, serta pemberian pelatihan mediasi. Kegiatan pendampingan yang dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan ini menghasilkan capaian 1) sebanyak 10 (sepuluh) orang pemuda karang taruna mampu memahami beberapa hukum materiil dan hukum formil, dan 2) ke 10 orang pemuda karang taruna “Jaga Warga” yang didampingi berkomitmen membantu masyarakatnya dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah hukum yang dihadapi, dan apabila terjadi sengketa dapat mengupayakan penyelesaian melalui mediasi. Diharapkan kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran hukum, sehingga terwujudnya ketertiban masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the achievement sports development system at KONI Kendal Regency using the 9 pillars of SPLISS Model 2.0. This research used mixed methods. The research sample consisted of 40 athletes, 8 coaches and 10 administrators, consisting of sports administrators, government and non-government sports institutions. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation methods. The research results show that from all 9 pillars quantitatively the athlete's score is 65.2% in the quite good category, the coach's score is 68.8% in the quite good category. The conclusions of this research are: 1) Involvement with the private sector, sponsors and the general public provides additional funding support; 2) policy synergy that is not yet aligned; 3) Lack of an effective system in identifying potential athlete talent; 5) The need for increased athlete and post-career support for athletes; 6) There is not yet optimal support for training facilities that support the training of high performance athletes; 7) Competition networks that do not support athlete sustainability. The researchers' suggestions are: 1) There is a need to understand policy strategies in sports funding; 2) There is a need to align sports structures and sports policies; 3) Needs strengthening in aspects of foundation and participation in the development and scouting of athlete talent; 4) Need support and guarantees for sports players; 5) Standardization of sports facilities based on sports science; 6) It is necessary to facilitate certified trainer human resources, and strengthen policies for organizing sustainable competitions;
