Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyimpangan dalam penggunaan credit card itu dapat dibedakan berdasarkan perilakunya, yaitu : Penyimpangan yang dilakukan oleh card holder; Penyimpangan yang dilakukan oleh merchant. Upaya bank untuk mengatasi berbagai macam penyimpangan baik yang dilakukan oleh card holder maupun merchant, antara lain adalah : Untuk mengatasi penggunaan credit card yang melampaui credit limit yang dilakukan dengan transaksi di bawah floor limit, maka Issuer (bank) untuk pertama kalinya akan memberikan peringatan kepada card holder agar tidak menggunakan credit card yang melampaui credit limit, meskipun card holder mempunyai dana yang cukup. Apabila pelanggaran atas credit limit tersebut tetap dilakukan meskipun peringatan telah diberikan sebanyak tiga kali, maka issuer (bank) dapat membatalkan kartu tersebut dan memasukkannya ke dalam daftar hitam dan card holder berkewajiban melunasi segala kewajibannya yang belum lunas; Untuk mengatasi seringnya card holder terlambat dalam membayar tagihan rekeningnya, Issuer (bank) akan memberikan peringatan kepada card holder.dengan memberikan denda atas keterlambatan membayar rekening; Upaya atau langkah yang ditempuh bank untuk menanggulangi tindakan merchant melakukan pemberian harga yang lebih tinggi pada card holder adalah : Bank untuk pertama kalinya akan memberikan peringatan kepada merchant agar tidak melakukan perbuatan yang melanggar tersebut. Apabila perbuatan pemecahan transaksi masih tetap dilakukan oleh merchant, maka issuer (bank) selanjutnya akan memberikan sanksi. Upaya terakhir yang dilakukan oleh issuer (bank) adalah pembatalan/pemutusan perjanjian; Upaya atau langkah yang ditempuh bank untuk menanggulangi tindakan merchant melakukan penggandaan sales draft atau transaksi fiktif adalah : Bank akan memberikan peringatan kepada merchant dan disertai dengan pemberian sanksi yaitu akan menolak pembayaran transaksi fiktif jika tagihan transaksi fiktif tersebut belum dibayar oleh issuer. Jika tagihan transaksi fiktif tersebut sudah terlanjur dilunasi oleh issuer dan masuk dalam rekening tagihan card holder yang nama dan nomor credit cardnya digunakan dalam transaksi fiktif tersebut, maka issuer (bank) akan memotong/menagih kembali tagihan yang telah dilunasi oleh issuer. Apabila penggandaan faktur atau transaksi fiktif dilakukan berkali-kali, maka akan dilakukan pemutusan perjanjian secara sepihak oleh issuer (bank). Selain cara pertama, issuer (bank) dapat mengajukan gugatan ke Pengadilan Negeri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation variables (X1) and competence (X2) on employee performance (Y) simultaneously and partially in the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Paser Regency Regional Secretariat. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The population in this study were all employees in the Public Relations and Protocol Section at the Paser Regency Regional Secretariat. The sample of this study was 32 people. Simultaneous testing shows that there is at least one independent variable (X), which affects the dependent variable. Furthermore, partial testing is carried out, which shows the effect of motivation (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) of 5.440. While the competency variable (X2) does not affect employee performance (Y). The adjusted R square is 0.472; which means that the variation of motivation (X1) and competence (X2) can explain the performance (Y) of 47.2% while the rest is explained by other unknown factors of 52.8%. Based on the results of the analysis, motivation (X1) is a very dominant variable affecting the performance of employees in the Public Relations and Protocol Section at the Paser Regency Regional Secretariat. This causes competence not to have a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: motivation, competency and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of monitoring variables (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on employee productivity (Y) at the Planning Department of PT Kideco Jaya Agung, Batu Sopang District. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis that is processed with the help of SPSS. From the calculation results, the regression equation Y = 1.049 + 0.531X1 + 0.283X2 is obtained. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.906. This shows that there is a solid relationship between supervisory variables (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee productivity (Y), while the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.810. This shows that the supervisory variable (X1) and the work discipline variable (X2) have an effect of 81% on employee productivity (Y). In contrast, the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables not yet included in this study. From the results of the calculated F value of 82.156 > F table at 5% significance level with degrees of freedom (DB) = nk-1, that is 39-2-1 = 36, amounting to 3.26. This means that there is a joint effect between supervision (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee productivity (Y). Furthermore, the t-test results showed that the supervision variable (X1) had a dominant effect on employee productivity (Y), obtained tcount> t-table (6.644> 2.028) and seen in the Coefficient Table that the supervision variable (X1) was 6.644 greater than the value of work discipline ( X2) of 2,585 (6,644> 2,585).Keywords: Employee Productivity, Supervision, Work Discipline

Abstract

Kaur Regency has a very good opportunity to boost regional competitiveness both at the regional and national levels, especially for a number of goods that have competitiveness in the tourism industry. The purpose of this research is to learn more about the training offered by the Office of Tourism and Creative Economy to tourism industry players in Laguna Beach. A descriptive approach is used in this qualitative research. Using observation, documentation, and interviews as data collection methods. To obtain sufficient data, information is collected from various sources. This information is then examined qualitatively and explained using words and phrases. The data analysis method used is data reduction, data visualization, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that the training-based empowerment plan for Laguna Beach tourism business actors has been going quite well. This can be seen from the fact that business actors are given the necessary skills to manage beach tourism properly and effectively.

Abstract

The study uses a quantitative data analysis approach used with SPSS. The sample in the study was 36 people. The purpose of this study is 1). To analyze the influence of motivation consisting of physiologic needs, security needs, social needs, reward needs, and self-actualization needs have simultaneous and partial influences on Employee Performance 2). To analyze the motivation variables studied, which are between physiologic needs, security needs, social needs, reward needs, and the dominant self-actualization needs for Employee Performance. The results showed that: 1). Simultaneously and partially a strong relationship between motivational variables consisting of physiologic needs, security needs, social needs, reward needs, and self-actualization needs with the performance of Civil Servants in the Archivist Office and Paser District Library. 2). Partial test results showed that social needs exerted a dominant influence, evidenced by a calculated value of 2,414 greater than other variables.
