Online gender-basis violence (KBGO) is violence through digital technology aimed at someone based on their gender or gender identity. This violence is not carried out physically, but through online harassment through social media which is used by manipulating information, including illegal content, and so on, one which aims to damage the reputation or credibility of the victim, which can cause psychological harm, social isolation, and economy harm. Meanwhile, the participants who will take part in this training activity are Generation Z, then the problem to be overcome is to provide a briefing to Generation Z regarding the misuse of social media use which can have an impact on their self-image and personal branding, therefore it is important to be given an understanding of digital content strategies, especially social media. In addition, it is hoped that by getting this activity they will raise awareness to protect their data so that they become agents of change to their peers. The method used in this Community Service (PkM) activity will be carried out into three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Furthermore, the activities that will be carried out are providing assistance and training to partners of the Bekasi City Children's Forum (FORAKSI).

Abstract

Hard skills-based roll payment training is training in skills to analyze, consider and calculate the factors that must be compensated for employees in their salaries. This training is aimed at medium-sized businesses in Jakarta. The training participants are specifically for medium-sized businesses because medium-sized businesses already have employees and their salaries are fixed. The training consists of 3 sessions, Session 1 is a presentation of material regarding the concept of calculating salaries with the factors that will be included in the salary. In the second session, all participants were given the opportunity to calculate employee salaries at their respective places of business. Furthermore, in the final session, participants were accompanied to calculate their employee payroll in the payroll web application. From the results of this activity, it is known that there are still many medium-sized businesses in Jakarta whose employee salary schemes are only based on the range of employee salaries in the market in general. After participating in this activity, participants will better understand the factors that need to be assessed to be compensated in their employee salary schemes. To develop the innovation of this activity, the payroll web apps prototype was renamed to schemagaji.com. This name change was carried out because the results of observations showed that the name was easier for potential users to remember (potential persona/user). Based on the results of this activity, it is recommended that training related to human resource management for medium-sized businesses be provided more frequently and developed with material at the next level. This is important to do, considering that the training most often provided to medium-sized businesses is material related to product promotion, production systems, digital marketing and business legalization.

Abstract

In the middle of the widespread use of social media by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for promoting their business, some assisted SMEs have yet to maximize the use of this medium fully. Among them are assisted SMEs under Baitul Maal Hidayatullah's (BMH) supervision. Recognizing this condition, Lecturers from the Communication and Management programs of Bakrie University, through the CSR Komunikasih program, initiated the PkM “Improving Assisted UMKM of Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Depok through Social Media Management Workshop”. This program aims to prepare assisted SMEs’ knowledge and skills to manage social media in developing brands. The program utilizes both online and offline workshops, as well as mentoring for assisted SMEs. It includes two online workshops, one offline workshop, and a month of post-workshop mentoring for SMEs. The event was attended by eight assisted SMEs of BMH, as well as six students under BMH’s supervision. The program results indicate that over 90% of participants gained an understanding of social media content production for branding and promoting their products. However, some challenges were identified, including limited time for assisted SMEs, technological gaps among assisted SMEs, and time and tool constraints for BMH-supervised students in creating content and following the supervisor's guidance.

The research method uses a mixed approach with qualitative and quantitative tests. The qualitative test uses the interview method to find out the description of the internal corporate communication formed by the company to millennial employees and its relation to the process of brand community activities involving millennial employees. A quantitative test is used to test the model between internal corporate communication and brand community. The dimensions of the internal corporate communication variable refer to brand message effectiveness, brand feedback, and communication channels, while the measurements of the brand community variable refer to the experience of information, socialization, human-machine interaction, and entertainment.
