Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to idendify the factors affecting consumers’ purchase decision making at Angkringan  in Balikpapan. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 177Balikpapan consumes who were actively buying  food of angkringan. The data were analyzed using  the partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) and multi group analysis (MGA) in SMARTPLS software.. The results show that the product and location have an impact on purchasing decisions. This study illustrates that the determination of product and location are important factors that need to be considered to increase sales due to increased purchasing decisions by consumers. The purchase decision considers the convenience and location that is suitable for buyers to come to the place of business, ease of access and becomes a determinant for buyers and influences buyers' decisions. Suggestions from this study that paying attention to location and product quality will increase purchases.

Abstract

Program pelatihan pemasaran produk usaha ibu-ibu PKK RT. 28 pada kelurahan damai bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu-ibu PKK RT 28 sehingga produk usaha ibu-ibu PKK memiliki nilai yang tinggi di mata konsumen. PKK RT 28 beranggota ibu-ibu yang mayoritas memiliki usaha sampingan seperti warung dan usaha online sehingga pelatihan ini sangat sesuai dilakukan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dileucine dengan penyampaian dan pemaparan poin-poin penting dan dengan materi yang diupayakan sesederhana mungkin sehingga mudah dipahami. Kesimpulan hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa antusiasme ibu-ibu sangat tinggi karena jumlah yang hadir sebanyak 50 orang lebih dan peserta menyimak dan aktif menyampaikan pertanyaan sehingga kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sukses dijalankan.

Abstract

Industri perawatan pribadi dan kosmetik di Indonesia mengalami persaingan yang sangat kompetitif. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya sejumlah produk perawatan pribadi dan kosmetik yang beredar di pasar berasal dari banyak produsen. Teknologi dan saluran distribusi yang memudahkan produk sampai ke tangan konsumen juga turut mendukung persaingan dalam industri ini. Sehingga sangatlah mungkin produk yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan akan kesehatan tubuh dan wajah konsumen serta memberikan hasil yang memuaskan, menjadi unggul di pasar industri tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan dan secara parsial variabel produk, harga, tempat dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian masker organik Albamask di Store Warzuqnishop Balikpapan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif ekspanatori. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 172 orang konsumen Store Warzuqnishop Balikpapan. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk, harga, tempat dan promosi yang ada di perusahaan sudah baik sehingga keputusan pembelian meningkat. Hasil analisis linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan secara parsial produk, harga, tempat dan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, price and location on the purchasing decision of Mr. Dedi's diloss marine fish (Pasar Baru Balikpapan). The data used is a collection of techniques based on interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is an instrument test using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and using partial test (t). The results of the analysis of the Product Quality variable, Price variable and Location variable have a significant influence on the purchasing decision variables in the purchase of Mr. Dedi's diloss marine fish (Pasar Baru Balikpapan). Abstract

Awareness of the importance of cleanliness and health must be instilled from an early age. We can start getting used to living a clean and healthy life from small things such as getting used to washing hands before doing activities, especially before eating, brushing teeth after eating, and getting used to always maintaining cleanliness in the home and school environment such as throwing trash in its place. From these small things we can start to create a clean and healthy environment, and a good level of health to avoid various diseases. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge and awareness of the importance of a clean and healthy lifestyle for elementary school students at SDN Negeri 003 Teritip. The methods used in this activity are counseling and interactive actions involving students. The results of this work program activity increase students' understanding of living a clean and healthy life through the role of parents and teachers who guide them at home and at school. Students can also develop this clean and healthy lifestyle in various situations and wherever they are which will later have a major impact on the environment around us.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of simultaneously and partially the variables of Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Person/Actor, Process and Physical Evidence on Purchase Decisions at KNPI Youth Angkringan Balikpapan. The type of research used is expanatory quantitative research. The number of samples in this study was 177 consumers of the Balikpapan KNPI Youth Angkringan. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling and simple random sampling method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The test tools used are instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the products, prices, places, promotions, people/actors, processes and physical evidence in the company are good so that purchasing decisions increase. The results of multiple linear analysis show that simultaneously and partially these variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence simultaneously affect the purchasing decisions of consumers of Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan. And to find out whether the product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence partially affect the purchasing decisions of consumers of Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan. The number of samples in this study was 268 Consumers of Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan. The sampling technique used in this study is Non Probability Sampling and the sample method used is Accidental Sampling. The data analysis model used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The test equipment used is Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Testing. The results show that the hypothesis proposed in this study can be accepted as true, namely, it is suspected that the product, price, location, and promotion partially affect the purchasing decisions of consumers at Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan, as evidenced by the t-count value is greater than the t-table value. And product, price, location, and promotion simultaneously affect the purchasing decisions of consumers of Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan, it is proven because the calculated F value is greater than the F table value.
