This study aims to analyze the effect of library service quality on students’ intention to visit the library at the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Universitas Islam Indragiri, and to identify other factors influencing their intention. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of 411 active students from the 2022–2024 cohorts, while 204 respondents were selected using the Yamane formula through random sampling. Data were collected through observation, Likert-scale questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, simple linear regression, the t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The findings showed that library service quality was categorized as very good, with a score of 89.16%, while students’ library visit intention was also categorized as very good, reaching 91.83%. Hypothesis testing indicated that library service quality had a positive and significant effect on students’ library visit intention, with a regression coefficient of 0.857, a t-value of 39.412 > 1.972, and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The R² value of 0.885 indicated that service quality explained 88.5% of the variance in students’ visit intention, while the remaining 11.5% was influenced by other factors, particularly the desire to expand knowledge and the need for academic information references.
