Abstract

Masyarakat yang tinggal di kawasan rawan bencana (KRB) gunung berapi memiliki risiko besar terdampak apabila terjadi erupsi. Dampak Kesehatan terutama dari mulai terjadinya sesak nafas akibat debu vulkanik, cedera fisik dan psikologis, luka bakar, trauma inhalasi sampai terjadinya kegawatdaruratan sehingga dapat mengakibatkan korban jiwa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor kesiapsiagaan masyarakat terutama bidang Kesehatan dalam menghadapi dampak erupsi gunung api. Deskrisi korelasional, dengan jumlah sampel 219 responden warga dusun Srunen Galagahharjo Cangkringan Sleman Yogyakarta dengan tehnik purposive sampling, data diambil dengan membagikan quisioner dengan sarana google form. Analisis kesiapsiagaan umum dan bidang Kesehatan terhadap dampak erupsi gunung api dengan analisis sperman. Tingkat kesiapsiagaan secara umum warga Dusun Srunen (KRB III) kategori baik (43%), cukup (51,6%), kurang 4,6%, tingkat kesiapsiagaan kesehatan kategori baik(23,3%), cukup(70,3%), kurang (6,4%), terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai p value = 0,04, dengan nilai r=0,288,antara pelatihan dengan tingkat kesiapsiagaan warga. Tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam bidang kesehatan terhadap dampak erupsi gunung api dalam kategori cukup dan terdapat hubungan antara pelatihan bagi warga dengan tingkat kesiapasigaan masyarakat. Perlunya upaya untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan warga terutama dibidang Kesehatan dengan terus secara kontinyu diadakan pelatihan-pelatihan terkait mitigasi kesiapsiagaan untuk mencegah risiko dari dampak erupsi gunung api.

Abstract

The issue addressed in this study is the absence of a comprehensively structured business model and the stagnation in business growth due to suboptimal development strategies. The objective of this research is to identify the currently implemented business model and to design an innovative and adaptive future business model that responds to market changes. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and literature review. The collected data were analyzed by identifying the nine elements of the Business Model Canvas (BMC), evaluated through SWOT analysis to understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and further analyzed using the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) framework to design a development strategy based on value innovation. The research findings indicate that PT. Sahibuna Sabila Salam needs to strengthen several elements such as customer segmentation, value proposition, distribution channels, and customer relationships. Through the designed Future BMC, the company is directed to create new value, enhance digital services, and reach untapped markets. The conclusion of this study is that the application of BMC, combined with SWOT and BOS, provides a more effective strategic direction for business development. The implication of this research encourages the company to immediately implement the newly designed business model in order to enhance competitiveness and ensure sustainability in the umrah travel industry.

Abstract

Public communication in efforts to prevent drug abuse faces increasingly complex challenges in the digital era, particularly in reaching young people who are strongly influenced by social media and the dynamics of their social environment. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies implemented by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Surakarta City in carrying out the Drug Abuse Prevention, Eradication, and Illicit Trafficking Program (P4GN) oriented toward the younger generation. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews with public relations staff of BNN Surakarta City, as well as a review of program documents and communication materials. The data were analyzed using content analysis and validated through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that BNN’s communication strategies include audience segmentation based on age and educational level, the utilization of digital media such as Instagram and TikTok, and collaboration with local public figures, micro-influencers, and youth communities. Peer-based and participatory communication approaches are considered more effective than one-way, purely informative communication patterns. Nevertheless, limitations in human resources and budget, along with the rapid flow of digital information, remain the main challenges in program implementation. This study emphasizes the importance of persuasive, adaptive, and contextual communication strategies to enhance the effectiveness of P4GN campaigns among the younger generation.
