Abstract

This research aimed at measuring the level of competitive and comparatives advantages of small palm sugar industries in Purbosari village Seluma Regency. This research used secondary and primary data. Respondents in this research censused from 80 palm sugar producers. The data collected from respondents is data weekly traced five successive weeks. Analysis method used cost unit approach to measure advantages level as proposed by Coocburn and Siggel (1998). The research showed that the average of unit cost ratio competitive and comparative advantage small palm sugar industries in the purbosari village is less than 1, that is, 0.65 and 0.42. This indicates that palm sugar in purbosari village has high competitiveness degree. Meanwhile. its NPCO value 0.64 indicating there is no government protection on palm sugar output.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of financial performance and the factors that influence it in the bussines of fish drying   in Sumber Jaya Village, Kampung Melayu District, Bengkulu City as measured by the level of profit and R / C Ratio. Respondents in this study are 120 partisans working on   fish drying . Data analysis methods are  profit analysis, R / C Ratio, and Multiple Linear Regression in the form of Double-Log using Shazam tools. The results showed that the average profit in one  processing   is Rp 529,185, while the average R / C Ratio in one production process is 2, which showed that the bussines of fish drying   in Sumber Jaya Village is feasible . However, partially, the variables of age and business scale are significantly determine tothe profit rate of the bussines of dried fish processing, in addition, the only  business scale variables and entrepreneur characteristics are that partially significantly determine the level of efficiency of the bussines of dried fish processing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung Seberapa besar tingkat Markatable Surplus, mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dan berapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap Marketed Surplus. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Sungai Serut Kota Bengkulu dengan  metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan 106 responden. Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor  yang mempengaruhi marketed surplus  menggunakan persamaan linier berganda dengan metode kuadrat terkecil  (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persen surplus gabah yang dapat dipasarkan adalah  42,90 %. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi marketed surplus adalah total produksi dan status kepemilikan lahan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) to determine the factors that affect the production of blood cockles pond in Panipahan Village Rokan Hilir District Riau Province, 2) to analyse the level of allocative efficiency of using production factors in the blood cockles pond cultivation in Panipahan Village Rokan Hilir District  Riau Province, The samples of this research were 57 farmers of blood cockles pond taken based on the census. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, allocative efficiency analysis and cost analysis. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the production of blood clam ponds are the area of the pond and the seeds of blood clams. Allocatively, the use of production factors in the cultivation of blood clam ponds in Panipahan Village is not efficient.

Abstract

This aim of the study was 1) Analyze the profit received by corn farmers in Bengkulu Province, 2) Analyze the factors that affect the profits of corn farmers in Bengkulu Province. The method used in this study are descriptive method, analysis of farm costs and analysis of the profit function of Cobb-Douglass Unit Output Price (CD UOP), then using Shazam version 10 to see the factors that affect corn farming profits. In this study the determination of the sample using the census method. The results of this study indicate that the average profit of corn farmers in Bengkulu Province is Rp. 4.495.218,99/UT or Rp. 5.736.938,55/ha. Factors that have a real negative effect on corn farming profits in Bengkulu Province are the price of liquid pesticides (HPC) and men's labor wages (UTKP), while factors that have a negative and unreal effect are the price of phonska fertilizer (HP). While the factor that has a positive effect on the profit of corn farming in Bengkulu Province is land area (LL). Keywords: Corn farming, profit function, cobb douglass
