Several theories about the development strategy formulated by the most conventional neo-classical economists much criticized. Fahim Khan including contemporary Islamic economic thinkers who criticize conventional economic development strategy with alternative bids from the Islamic economics perspective. Their thinking is exciting to examined substance and its correlation with the economic development of contemporary Islamic discourse that dominated the development of financial institutions/syariah banking. The creation of entrepreneurial opportunities made Fahim Khan as a keyword in the concept of criticizing conventional strategy and supporting the Islamic economic development strategy. Strategy opened and graced this productive creative independent businesses are deemed appropriate and supported by the Islamic economic system based on profit and loss sharing partnership (profit-loss sharing). The idea is to promote excellence banking system of sharing based on the conventional interest-based banking system in spurring economic development suplus to enliven the entrepreneurial workforce.

Sejauh mana sistem operasional perbankan syari’ah dapat merepresentasikan pengamalan ajaran Islam di bidang ekonomi dapat diperjelas dengan mencermati corak pemikiran hukum Islam yang mendasarinya. Konsepsi perbankan syari’ah merupakan produk ijtihad yang dibangun di atas prinsip pelarangan riba secara mutlak dengan memandang bahwa bunga bank termasuk riba. Konsepsi perbankan syari’ah, tidak secara murni memakai salah satu tipologi pemikiran hukum Islam. Kadang memakai kerangka pendekatan substansialis namun juga tidak terlepas dari pendekatan tekstualis. Ide dasar perbankan syari’ah yang berangkat dari prinsip pengharaman riba dan pemakaian prinsip bagi hasil, meskipun termasuk kategori pemikiran substansialis karena mengacu pada substansi ajaran Islam tentang prinsip keadilan dan prinsip tolong menolong, namun cenderung mendekati cenderung tekstualis karena interpretasi riba dilakukan dalam bentuk qiyas yang sangat ketat. Demikian juga dalam mengadopsi aqad-aqad yang ada dalam khazanah fiqh mu’amalah dengan mengedepankan aspek formalitasnya tampak lebih kental dengan nuansa corak pemikiran tekstualisnya. Dalam proses panjang menuju tata perekonomian yang benar-benar Islami, diperlukan kajian intensif berkesinambungan untuk merevisi kelemahan- kelemahan konsepsional maupun operasional perbankan Syari’ah.

The purpose of this study is (1) To analyze the effectiveness of SFBC group counseling with an exception technique in increasing self control of students who fight in the SMK National Cirebon. (2) To analyze the effectiveness of SFBC group counseling with miracle question techniques in improving self control of students who fight in the SMK National Cirebon. The research method uses true experimental method with pretest-post control group design. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics, and inferential statistics with the average difference test.The results of the study concluded that (1) There is effectiveness of SFBC group counseling with exception techniques to improve self-control in group A on the results of hypothesis testing with paired sample test analysis, meaning that SFBC group counseling with exception techniques succeeded in increasing self-control in students fighting at the Cirebon National Vocational School. (2) There is effectiveness of SFBC group counseling with miracle question technique on increasing self-control in group B, on the results of hypothesis testing with Wilcoxon test analysis, meaning that SFBC group counseling with miracle question technique has succeeded in increasing self-control in students fighting in SMK National Cirebon

The psychiatric conditions of patients being treated in hospitals vary so that physical, psychological, medical and spiritual services are needed for all patients. This shows the importance of holistic treatment including medical and non-medical actions which enable them to get motivation, entertainment, support, suggestions, empathy and various matters relating to the psychological aspects. This study is intended to reveal the importance and implementation of Islamic counselling at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital Semarang. As a qualitative field research, data were collected through free interviews, participant observation, and documentation. All data were analyzed by the phenomenological approach and descriptive analysis using the logic of induction, deduction, and reflection. The findings suggested that Islamic counseling is needed for inpatients because everyone always has four dimensions: biological or physical, psychological, social, and spiritual. These four dimensions are one unit that is interrelated to determine the quality of one’s health. The existing Islamic guidance and counseling has not yet implemented a system of professional counseling services. The form of all services provided to patients is almost just guidance service model such as giving prayer, motivation, worship, and advices so that there has not been implemented counseling services. Moreover, many Islamic counseling service officers at Roemani hospital in Muhammadiyah Semarang have not fully understood the stages that must be performed by a counselor in providing counseling services.

Unemployment has a lot of impact on economic, social, political and cultural life. Unemployment also curbs national development and the level of social welfare. Central Java as a province with the third largest population in Indonesia, with more than half of its population being the workforce, is also struggling to get rid of unemployment. The large population makes unemployment a separate problem in Central Java. This study aims to determine the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Inflation, and Human Development Index (HDI) on the unemployment rate in Central Java in 2010-2019. The data used is a time series, obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS). While the technical analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that GRDP has no significant effect on the unemployment rate in Central Java in 2010-2019, inflation has no significant effect on the unemployment rate in Central Java in 2010-2019, and HDI has a negative and significant effect on unemployment rate in Central Java in 2010-2019. Then simultaneously GRDP, inflation, and HDI have significant effect on the unemployment rate in Central Java in 2010-2019.
