Abstract

Drug management is an important aspect that include of planning, procurement, acceptance, storage, distribution, to the destruction of drugs. Drug management is a very important thing that needs to be considered, considering that with management that is not in accordance with the proper procedures, overlapping problems will occur. The Pharmacy Installation of the Soppeng District Health Office has carried out drug management but there are still a number of problems namely inadequate human resources, and inadequate facilities. This study aims to determine how the management of drugs in the Department of Health and Community Health Center Soppeng Ganra. This research is a descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach using observational methods. Data collection was carried out using the interview method through questionnaires. The results showed that the management of drugs in the Department of Health and Puskesmas Ganra, Soppeng Regency was not optimal because there were still many shortcomings such as controlling safety stock that had not used good calculations. The results of data percentage based on two different methods obtained 3.48% based on the proposed planning in 2018 and 96.51% using the planning method based on the calculation of safety stock.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang Uji Efek Imunomodulator Ekstrak Daun Kemangi (Ocimum Basilicum. L) dengan Parameter Aktivitas dan Kapasitas Fagositosis Sel Makrofag Pada Mencit (mus musculus) Jantan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek imunomodulator dari ekstrak daun kemangi (Ocimum basilicum. L) yang berdasarkan pada aktivitas dan kapasitas fagositosis sel makrofag dari mencit jantan dengan pemberian variasi dosis. Pada Kelompok I diberi control positif Imboost force® 0,795 mg/kg BB mencit dan kelompok II diberi Na CMC 1 %, Kelompok III, IV dan V masing-masing diberi perlakuan dengan memberikan dosis acuan ekstrak yang berbeda sebanyak 200 mg/kg BB, 400 mg/kg BB, dan 800 mg/kg BB. Proses perlakuan di berikan selama 7 hari dan pada hari ke-8 mencit di induksi bakteri Stapylococcus aureus secara Intraperitoneal, lalu dibedah dan diambil cairan peritoneumnya. Selanjutnya diamati di bawah mikroskop dengan bantuan alat hemositometer. Berdasarkan analisis statistik aktivitas fagositosis sel makrofag, pada dosis 400 mg/kg BB dan 800 mg/kg BB tidak beda nyata atau dikatakan memiliki efek yang sama dengan kontrol positif Imboost Force. Sedangkan pada analisis statistik kapasitas fagositosis sel makrofag tidak berbeda nyata antara 3 variasi dosis dengan kontrol positif Imboost force.
