Abstract

The One Stop Integrated Licensing Investment Office (DPMPTSP) Dharmasraya is one of the agencies whose functions are to prepare investment plans, review the development of the investment climate, carry out investment promotions, and provide investment licensing services. This study wants to see how far the influence of employee competence, work environment and work motivation on employee performance. This study was conducted to determine and analyze what kind of influence is caused by the influence of employee competence, work environment and work motivation on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze "the influence of employee competence, work environment and work motivation on employee performance". This research uses quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires, the respondents who are used as samples are as many as 50 respondents. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the F test, it is found that employee competence (x1), work environment (x2) and employee motivation (x3) have a simultaneous significant effect on employee performance (y). value of 34.227 can be seen this test is carried out by comparing the F-count value with the F-table because the F-count value is greater than the F-table value (34.227 > 3.20). The F-count value is 34.227 with a significant level (0.000<0.005). so that jointly employee competence, work environment and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Then it can be obtained that H0 is rejected, H4 is accepted, it means that employee competence, work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The value of R square of employee performance (Y) is 0.691 or 69.1% while the value of Adjusted R Square (coefficient of determination) is 0.691 or 69.1% while the remaining 30.9% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to work motivation and simultaneous, partial work discipline on employee performance. The type of research in this study is associative with casual relationships, employing this research approach to quantitative methods. Research shows that motivation for performance is significant and that it selects a positive relationship toward an employee’s performance with t_(hitung )2,541 > t_tabel 2,064. Work discipline has a significant effect and has a direction of positive relationships to employee performance with F_(hitung )2,176 > F_(tabel )2,064. From a production of positive determinations mode by the motivation for work and the discipline of labor to the 2,10 while the remaining 4,58 are affected by other variables not studied in this study. So the discipline motivation and work diciplin have partially influence and simultaneously on the performance of employess, because the value t_(hitung >) t_(tabel )and the value F_(hitung )> F_(tabel )and has a direction of positive relationship. Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the effect of board diversity and intellectual capital on firm value with profitability as the case study intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling method on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020 period. The number of samples used as many as 33 companies. The method of analysis of this research is to use the method of path analysis and hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that partially the effect of board diversity and intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on profitability, board diversity and intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on firm value, while profitability has no significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 years. In direct and indirect influence it is stated that board diversity has a significant effect on firm value mediated by profitability as an intervening variable and intellectual capital has a significant effect on firm value mediated by profitability as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020 period

Abstract

Health Center Employees This study was conducted to find out what kind of impact is caused by the influence of Knowledge sharing and Standard Operating Procedures on Tasks on Employee Performance at the Koto Baru Public Health Center. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze as well as to determine the effect of Knowledge sharing and Standard Operating Procedures on the Performance of Employees at Koto Baru Health Center. The method of analysis in this study is a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 126 respondents and the samples in this study were 126 who were employees at the Koto Baru Public Health Center. The method in this study is non-probability sampling, and the research method is the census method. In addition, there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Standard Operating Procedures and Tasks on employee performance among employees at the Koto Baru Health Center. Based on the results of the F test, it was found that Knowledge Sharing (X1) and Standard Operating Procedures (X2) had a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y). The results of the R test show that the Adjust R Square is 0.707, this indicates that the contribution of the knowledge sharing variable and standard operating procedures on the task to employee performance is 0.707. which means that the influence of knowledge sharing variables and standard operating procedures on employee performance is 70.7% while 29.3%

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil objek pada Kantor BKAD Kecamatan Pelepat terletak di Jl. Pendidikan Dusun Dwi Karya Bakti ini merupakan organisasi yang bergerak dibidang simpan pinjam perempuan (SPP) berdiri pada tanggal 14 Desember 2007 pada saat PNPM PPK pase II yang ditetapkan pada saat musyawarah antar desa penetapan usulan yang dilakukan secara foting yang dihadiri oleh seluruh tim enam dari masing – masing desa. Maka rumusan mesalahnya adalah bagaimana pengaruh dari kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap etos kerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa seperti apa pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap etos kerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 53 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling dengan jenis sensus/ sampling total. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkanuji t dan uji f diperoleh hasil bahwa kepemimpinan (X1), motivasi (X2), dan lingkungan kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara persial dan simultan terhadap etos kerja (Y). Dari hasil uji t diperoleh thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dengan nilai kepemimpinan (5,596>2,00) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,000>0,05), thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dengan nilai motivasi (2,200>2,00) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,033>0,05), thitung lebih besar dari ttabel dengan niai lingkungan kerja (2,836>2,00) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,007>0,05). Dari hasil uji f diperoleh hasil bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dengan cara membandingkan nilai fhitungdengan ftabelkarena nilai fhitunglebih besar dari nilai ftabel (92,887>2,79). Nilai f92,887 dengan tingkat signifikan (0,000<0,005). Maka diperoleh Ho ditolak dan H4 diterima, yang berarti hal ini dilakukan secara bersama-sama antara kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap etos kerja. Nilai Adjust R square sebesar 0.841 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap etos kerja sebesar 0.841 yang artinya bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap etos kerja sebesar 84,1% sedangan 15,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Peran Pemerintah, Networking dan Inovasi Produk Terhadap Tingkat Penjualan (studi kasus UMKM Kripik Tempe Daerah Padang Bintungan, Blok D, Sitiung 1). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan prosedur penelitan seperti pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah pemilik usaha UMKM kripik tempe daerah padang Bintungan, Blok D Sitiung 1. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu wawancara dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel peran pemerintah, networking dan inovasi dapat pembantu memberikan pengaruh terhadap tingkat penjualan pada UMKM kripik tempe yang ada di daerah Padang Bintungan Blok D Sitiung 1. Berdasarkan observasi dan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan memberikan peningkatan yang baik dalam penjualan UMKM kripik tempe terutama kripik tempe matahari, kripik tempe mata najwa dan kripik tempe tiga bersaudara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh apa yang di timbulkan minat dan motivasi terhadap keputusan memilih Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Hukum Dan Ekonomi bisnis Universitas Dharmas Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalsis pengaruh minat dan motivasi terhadap keputusan memilih. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data mengunakan kuesioner dibantu dengan SPSS versi 20. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mengunakan metode sampling jenuh atau sensus. Dimana dalam ini jumlah popolasinya terbatas (tidak terlalu banyak) sehingga seluruh populasinya di jadikan sampel. Adapun populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Mahasiswa aktif Manajemen Universitas Dharmas Indonesia dengan jumlah 161 responden Teknik analisis data dengan Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas,Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda Uji T, Uji F dan Uji Determinasi (R2). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (uji t) terbukti minat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan memilih, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih serta secara simultan (uji f) bersama-sama minat dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih. Nilai Adjusted R2 nya 0,443 yang berarti semua variabel independen dapat mempengaruhi sebesar 44,3% terhadap variabel dependen. Sementara sisanya 55,7% dapat dipengaruhi faktor lainnya yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini.
