Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan pemahaman konsep yang tidak diajarkan dan diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan video based laboratory . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen bentuk Quasi Eksperimen yang memiliki kelompok kontrol  tetapi tidak dapat berfungsi sepenuhnya untuk mengontrol variabel-variabel luar yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah “Nonequivalen (Pretest-Posttest) Control Group Desain”.Populasi peneliti adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 19 Bulukumba kabupaten Bulukumba. Sampel peneliti yaitu kelas VIII.A sebagai kelas kontrol  dan kelas VIII.B sebagai kelas eksperimen. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes pemahaman konsep yang berupa Pretes dan Posttes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menunjukan pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning sebagai model belajar berada pada kategori tinggi, dengan presentase 80% Sedangkan untuk kelas kontrol menggunakan model pembelajaran konfensional berada pada kategori sedang, dengan presentase 60%. Kedua dari hasil analisis uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t diperoleh nilai thit = 13,97 dan nilai ttab= 2,02 dengan dk 52. Dimana nilai thit > ttab sehingga H-0 ditolak, H1 diterima,  dengan demikian terdapat peningkatan pemahaman konsep fisika peserta didik yang diajar melalui model Problem Based Learning berbantuan Video Based Laboratory.

Abstract

The study aims at describing the composition of the cognitive system within the national exams of high school physics questions in 2019. The theoretical framework applied in analysing the exam refers to Taxonomy of Introductory Physics Problem (TIPP). Then, this study applies a quantitative descriptive design by conducting document analysis towards the aforementioned exam, which consists of 40 item questions. Interestingly, the findings indicate that the analysed questions have be designed based on the TIPP principles, referring to the categories of remembering, understanding, analysing, and utilising knowledge with 3, 2, 15, and 20 questions respectively. It indicates that the questions for each category are not evenly distributed as the categories of remembering and understanding have lower number questions compared to others. Such evidence could truly become essential insights for the national exam question development team to consider the portion comparison of the question items for the four categories within TIPP.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model of the make a match type on the students' motivation to learn physics. The research design used was the matching only post-test control group design. The population of this study were all students of class X MIPA SMA Negeri 6 Wajo, totaling 117 people. A sample of 42 people was obtained by using a two-step matching sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the students' motivation to learn physics who are taught using the make a match type of cooperative learning model is categorized as high; 2) the motivation to learn physics of students who are taught using conventional learning models is categorized as high; 3) There is no difference in the motivation to learn physics between students who are taught with the make a match type of cooperative learning model and the conventional learning model. However, both learning models are able to have a good impact on students' motivation to learn physics, as seen in the category of learning motivation that students have at a high level.

Abstract

This research is a Mixed Methods research with a concurrent triangulation research design, The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the picture of the arrangement of school laboratory governance after the application of student laboratory work (AKLAM) of the Physics Education study program UIN Alauddin Makassar in the Takalar and Bulukumba areas ”; 2) To find out the description of the use of school laboratories after the application of student laboratory work (AKLAM) of the Physics Education study program UIN Alauddin Makassar in the Takalar and Bulukumba areas"; 3) To find out what contributions have been obtained by the school after the implementation of the Student Laboratory Work Application (AKLAM) of the physics education study program of UIN Alauddin Makassar in the Takalar and Bulukumba areas". Thefocus of this research is one Madrasah Aliyah and one junior high school usingquestionnaires in the form of checklist sheets and interview sheets, the results of the analysis obtained are: 1) for post-AKLAM governance there are two schools that are still sufficient in accordance with school laboratory standards and there is one school that is no longer in accordance with school laboratory standards; 2) for utilization post-AKLAM laboratory, namely the use of the laboratory as a practicum place is still maintained; 3) for the contribution obtained by each post-AKLAM school is very positive
