Abstract

The aim: to evaluate users of the DGS application ) using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method at Kasihan II Community Health Center. Methods: This is a qualitative descriptive study, with research subjects 11 users of the DGS application (1 doctor, 3 midwives, 1 nurse, 2 medical recorders, 2 laboratory assistants, 1 pharmacist and 1 cashier). Results: The results of the evaluation of users of the DGS Health application with the 5 TAM criteria showed that: 1). Perceived usefulness/benefits (Perceived Usefulness) a). beneficial for community health centers b). 9 respondents felt they could improveofficer performance. 2). Perceived Ease of Use: All respondents felt the DGS application was easy to use. 3). Attitude Toward Using (Attitude Toward Using) a). 9 respondents had a positive attitude when using the DGS Health application because the application made work easier. b). 7 respondents had a positive attitude when the application experienced problems/errors. 4). Desire to Use (Behavioral Intention To Use) 8 respondents are interested in continuing to use the DGS Health application because the application is useful for services and easy to use. 5). Real Conditions of System/Application Usage (Actual System Usage) a). 9 respondents stated that the DGS Health application could support services b). All respondents stated that the time to use the DGS Health application was used according to the user's needs. Abstract

Background: The P-Care Vaccination application is an application used to make it easier for officers to verify vaccination participant data and to assist the government in monitoring vaccination implementation in real time and obtaining valid vaccination data. The P-Care Vaccination application has several features including the vaccination target feature, vaccination entry and vaccination monitoring which often experience problems in its use. The problems that often arise are usually P-care cannot find NIK data on the Care Protect and Dukcapil applications and the same ticket number has been used by another NIK (double ticket case) in the vaccination entry feature and problems with the application users themselves. Objective: To evaluate user experience in using the P-Care Vaccination application at the Sewon II Community Health Center. Method: The research used was qualitative descriptive. Results: Based on the results of user evaluation of the P-Care Vaccination application using five evaluation criteria in the TAM method, the results obtained were: 1) Perceived usefulness of 10 users who felt the application was useful. 2) Perception of ease of use (acceptance of IT) 8 officers felt the application was easy to use, 2 officers felt the application was difficult to use. 3) Desire to use (attitude toward) 10 officers considered the features and menus easy to understand. 4) Attitudes towards use (behavioral intention of use) of 10 officers felt that the application often experienced errors and loading. 5) Actual system use: 10 officers said they actually used the system. Conclusion: Based on the evaluation results of 5 aspects, the lowest aspect occurs in the aspect of ease of use of the application. Keywords: Evaluation, Application, P-care Vaccination, TAM.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to thoroughly examine and summarize the findings of various studies on how to develop inquiry-based Student Worksheets (LKPD). In addition, this study also aims to determine the effectiveness of LKPD in improving learning outcomes and shaping students' scientific attitudes. The studies analyzed include several types of research approaches, namely Research and Development (R&D) focusing on product validity and feasibility, Classroom Action Research (CAR), and Quasi-Experiments. All of these studies share a common focus, namely applying a guided inquiry model or LKPD, in which students are guided to discover concepts on their own. The subjects reviewed were students from elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP), to senior high school (SMA) in science subjects. The findings from this review show that guided inquiry worksheets are consistently declared feasible and practical for use, according to reports from R&D studies. Empirically, the application of LKPD or guided inquiry models has been proven to have a significant and positive impact on students' academic scores and scientific attitude development at various levels. The average increase in learning outcomes, as measured by N-gain scores, is generally in the moderate to high category. Significant improvements are also seen in other abilities, such as scientific process skills and scientific attitudes.
