Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dan informasi dosis terbaik dari pemberian berbagai kombinasi pupuk organik cair dengan NPK terhadap pertumbuhan padi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) 1 faktor dalam 3 kali pengulangan. Faktor perlakuan tersebut terdiri dari dua kombinasi jenis pupuk yaitu POC 50% (567ml/pot), 75% (850,5ml/pot), 100% (1134ml/pot), 125% (1417,5ml/pot), dan 150% (1700ml/pot) dengan NPK 25% (12,5gram/pot), 50% (25gram/pot), 75% (37,5gram/pot) dan 100% (50gram/pot). Parameter yang diukur yaitu jumlah anakan padi generatif, jumlah bulir padi per malai, bobot 1000 bulir, berat basah dan berat kering padi, serta tinggi tanaman padi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan ANAVA taraf 95% dan uji lanjut Duncan 5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendokumentasikan pengetahuan masyarakat Kampung Areng Desa Wangunsari Kecamatan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat Propinsi Jawa Barat mengenai jenis-jenis tumbuhan yang dimanfaatkan sebagai obat tradisional. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif bersifat deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi partisipatif dan wawancara semi struktur terhadap informan kunci. Penentuan informan dilakukan dengan teknik snowball sampling. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 63 spesies tumbuhan yang digunakan sebagai obat tradisional oleh masyarakat Kampung Areng. Tumbuhan-tumbuhan obat tersebut diperoleh masyarakat dari kebon tegal, kebon, dan pekarangan. Masyarakat mengolah tumbuhan obat dengan berbagai cara, di antaranya adalah dengan cara direbus, dicincau (diperas), dibuat ramuan, ditempel, dibalur, dan dimakan langsung.

Abstract

Sea grass is one component of biodiversity in marine waters composed of many species with various morphological characters. The aim of this study was to obtain the morphological data of seagrass species on the East and West Coasts in Nature Reserve of Pangandaran. The method used was survey method and line transect as far as 200 meters with random sampling technique. Measurements were made for each species of seagrass in the leaf length, leaf width, leaf thickness, stem length and rhizomes length and root length. The results showed that on the East Coast founded three species of seagrass were Cymodocea rotundata, Thalassia hemprichii and Halodule pinifolia, while on the West Coast founded one species of seagrass was Thalassia hemprichii. Cymodocea rotundata has characteristic rounded edges with slight curvature in the middle, Thalassia hemprichii has rounded, brown tip and a brown patterned rhizome, and Halodule pinifolia has side toothed leaf tip with part of the middle there are brown leaf veinsKey words: sea grass, morphology, Pangandaran Nature Reserve

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on investment interests among academicians. The study was conducted on all four aspects of financial literacy, namely general knowledge of personal finance, savings and loans, insurance, and investment partially and simultaneously on investment decisions from lecturers, employees, and students at the Indonesian International Finance and Business Academy in Bandung. The subjects in this study were lecturers, employees, and active students majoring in management and accounting at the Indonesian International Finance and Business Academy in Bandung with a total number of 240 questionnaire respondents. The results of the analysis show that financial literacy has a strong influence on investment interests for the academics of the Bandung International Finance and Business Academy.

Abstract

This paper aims to carry out performance measurement at PT. Pos Indonesia, which consists of measurements of financial and non-financial performance. The preparation of this paper uses the study method of various literature from various international article sources. Public sector organizations or institutions in implementing their financial and non-financial performance measurements use a variety of steps. Therefore, the managers of PT. Pos Indonesia must adjust the appropriate performance measurement system, such as what will be used by PT. Pos Indonesia, according to the conditions of each PT. Pos Indonesian.
