Palm print authentications have become extensive research in recent years. Some research discussing palm print authentication emphasize on matching of two feature vectors of it. Problem faced by the research in this field is the sampling process. Different position of hand geometry results in different palm print image cause palm print to be unauthenticated. This research proposes an approach to solve the problem by first making image dimension using Multi-scale Wavelet Pyramid (MWP) to produce features represent palm print image. The next stage is feature matching by using Hamming Distance Similarity. Testing in several levels combination show that integration of level 1 and level 2 yields optimum feature. The evaluation result produce that MWP has faster and better performance accuracy up to 77.93% with threshold 4700.

This paper discusses mobile applications developed as communication and consultation mediums between doctors and patients. E-Consul has several features including a patient registration feature with a time limit to consult a physician, meaning that there is an expiry date on the account being used. For patients, they do not need to see a doctor in practice, but directly consulted bias when want to discuss related treatments. Determination of the academic calendar is a very important process in an educational institution. Because with the academic calendar and schedule of activities will be organized and on time and on target. Academic calendar can also be used as a plan for future educational activities. On the Tools COBIT 4.1 or Control objectives for Information and related Technology there are several domains related to support the creation of Business Goal (BG) improving the efficiency of the academic activities of the students are PO8 and PO10. In this study conducted a measurement or measure the maturity of a prose IT support business processes for alignment between BG Process Efficiency and IT Activity Goal Submission of draft and Quality Standards and expense budget. After the measurement of maturity (Maturity) before and after the SPO added IT to support business processes and are also into the two domains COBIT as guidelines. The results of the comparison measure for domain PO8 maturity and PO10 significant increase of maturity is up 1 level so that the use of IT to support SOP Business Process indeed very important role.

Product quality must remain good to consumers and expand market segmentation to increase income and improve farmers' welfare, post-harvest handling needs to be done. One of the post-harvest handlings of fresh oyster mushroom products is grading. The grading process is carried out based on the quality of the oyster mushroom harvest which is classified into three, namely Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C. Computer technology with digital image processing segmentation and image classification using canny edge detection can be the first step in the process of grading fresh oyster mushrooms. so that the image can be processed for canny detection, it is necessary to do image segmentation. From the results of thresholding on the oyster mushroom image, the threshold value of T is obtained, namely with T1 below 50 and T2 above 150. The T threshold value is a classification for the canny detection process. Of the six oyster mushroom datasets, five datasets of oyster mushrooms were obtained accurately, while one mushroom had broken lines and noise.

Pemakaian sepeda motor di Indonesia sebagai mode transportasi pribadi menjadi kebutuhan pokok, kecenderungan pemakaian sepeda motor secara terus menerus terkadang melupakan performa mesin, yang membutuhkan servis ringan (tune up) secara periodik, ini menjadi sangat penting ketika melihat perfoma mesin menurun dan beberapa sparepart atau oli mesin juga terdapat masa pakai, oleh karenanya pentingnya ada sebuah alat untuk mengingatkan pengendara sepeda motor untuk servis secara berkala. Untuk itu pembuatan simulasi alat notifikasi servis ringan sepeda motor otomatis ini bertujuan untuk membuat alat notifikasi servis ringan berupa notifikasi mengganti oli dengan jarak waktu pemakaian (bulan) dan jarak tempuh kendaraan, yang terkoneksi dengan smartphone pengguna (pengendara), penelitian ini menghasilkan alat hitung digital (speedometer android) yang membaca data dari arduino nano sebagai mikrokontroler dan terhubung secara wireless dengan Bluetooth, alat ini diuji dengan 2 sepeda motor yang berbeda tipe jarak pembacaan jarum pada speedometernya, percobaan pertama menggunakan sepeda motor mio sporty yang mendapatkan hasil notifikasi muncul pada saat mencapai batas kilometer tercapai tetapi terdapat perbedaan hasil perhitungan jarak antara speedometer dan speedometer android, percobaan kedua menggunakan sepeda motor mio jet fi yang mendapatkan hasil notifikasi muncul pada saat batas kilometer telah tercapai dan hasil cukup akurat. Dan percobaan dengan jarak bulan waktu servis yang mendapatkan hasil akurat.

Teaching Factory (TeFa) New Resto Kemuning Politeknik Negeri Jember (Polije) yang bertempat di desa Kemuning Lor, berada pada arah menuju destinasi wisata Rembangan. Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan diperoleh informasi bahwa kondisi TeFa New Resto Kemuningmasih belum terlihat optimal dalam hal kinerja tata kelola keuangan, sehingga kurang optimalnya pelayanan kepada konsumen, serta sebagai daya tarik tersendiri bagi TeFa New Resto Kemuningdalam hal penerapan modernisasi teknologi dan perkembangan jaman digitalisasi. Hal tersebut dikarenakan dari kurangnya kemampuan sumber dayanya dalam hal pengadaan dan penguasaan sistem informasi di TeFa New Resto Kemuningitu sendiri. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan di TeFa New Resto Kemuningadalah: kurang optimalnya kinerja tata kelola keuangan; sistem pemesanan (reservasi dan menu) serta pembayaran yang masih manual. Solusi permasalahan dan uraian singkat yang dilakukan dan ditawarkan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pembuatan sistem informasi keuangan berbasis website, guna dapat menampilkan reservasi, daftar menu, serta proses pembayarannya. Untuk jadwal pemesanan yang tersedia dapat dipilih dengan memasukkan alamat dan selanjutnya melakukan pembayaran secara online. Kondisi inilah yang membuat tim pengabdian bermaksud melakukan kegiatan pengabdian dengan tujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan kinerja TeFa New Resto Kemuning dalam hal penguatan sistem informasi sebagai inovasi pendukung kinerja bisnis dan daya tarik pengunjung yang sekaligus sebagai pengembangan unit bisnis.
