Abstract

Forest areas that have the potential to be developed as production forests need to be protected because if they are not immediately protected by the government, there will be illegal logging, forest burning and other activities that will damage the forest itself. With the existence of a Production Forest Management Unit or abbreviated as KPHP, it is the government's effort to protect forests that have potential as production forests. However, in its management, it still has not maximized the existing potential so that it has not increased state revenue in the utilization of forest products so that a decision support system is needed to support or maximize government policies. In the decision support system for selecting the best village in the KPHP area, there are several criteria, namely the potential for NTFPs has a weight of 30%, the level of damage has a weight of 35%, forest farmer groups have a weight of 25% and environmental services have a weight of 10%. While the alternatives consist of Lampur with a weight of 0.59, Kerantai with a weight of 0.35, Cracks with a weight of 0.41, Tanjung Pura with a weight of 0.86 and Kemingking 0.66.

Abstract

Penilaian prestasi kerja sangat dibutuhkan karena bisa menjadi motivasi bagi para karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Penilaian kinerja semestinya dilakukan secara berkala baik itu perbulan, per 3 bulan, persemester atau pertahun. Standar yang digunakan untuk melakukan penilaian kinerja disesuaikan dengan peraturan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh masing-masing perusahaan. Kriteria yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penilaian kinerja pada ISB Atma Luhur yaitu pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian kepada masyarakat serta perilaku kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan gabungan metode SAW dan Borda. Pada metode SAW dilakukan pembobotan masing-masing kriteria, normalisasi dan mencari nilai preferensi masing-masing alternative. Sedangkan pada metode Borda dilakukan untuk menentukan peringkat masing-masing alternative. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu peringkat 1 yaitu A3 dengan bobot borda 1.5, peringkat 2 yaitu A2 dengan bobot borda 1.3, peringkat 3 yaitu A5 dengan bobot borda 1, peringkat 4 yaitu A4 dengan bobot borda 1 sedangkan peringkat 5 yaitu A1 dengan bobot borda 1.

Abstract

The verification system of tuition and thesis payment at ISB Atma Luhur which is running is felt to be less effective and efficient because students must come directly to campus with proof of payment during working hours to verify the payment. Also, there is the possibility of negligence by the finance department that only stamped the payment slip without doing a flag, consequently, related students were unable to carry out the selection of lecture groups and thesis supervisors when the schedule began. This caused them to not get the favorite lecture groups and thesis supervisors because the quota had run out. To overcome this problem, an information system for verification of tuition payment and web-based thesis verification will be developed with an adaptive layout design so that it can be accessed by laptop or smartphone users without reducing comfort during operation. The system development model and tool used in this research are the waterfall model and the Unified Modeling Language (UML), respectively. The developed system can be used by students to upload proof of payment and monitor the verification status of proof of payment that was previously uploaded. The system can also be used by the finance department to verify payments, as well as display and print payment verification reports. The developed system can be accessed anywhere and anytime so that the efficiency and effectiveness of the verification process are increased.

Abstract

Sekolah Pasar Modal (SPM) merupakan wadah dalam edukasi dan penerapan konsep pasar modal yang dilaksanakan dengan bekerjasama dengan pihak perguruan tinggi dan BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia). Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan anak-anak bangsa. Dengan adanya pendidikan bisa menambah wawasan dalam berpikir. Secara harfiah pendidikan merupakan proses pembelajaran pengetahuan keteram pilan dari satu generasi ke generasi berikutnya secara berkelanjutan. Salah satu kendala yang terjadi yaitu terhambatnya proses pendidikan seperti ada beberapa pelajar yang tidak dapat meneruskan pendidikan dikarenakan tidak tersedianya biaya, untuk itulah tersedianya beasiswa bagi pelajar yang kurang mampu yang diberikan oleh pemerintah, perusahaan maupun yayasan. Pemilihan siswa penerima beasiswa kurang mampu di SD Negeri 35 dilakukan agar siswa yang kurang mampu dapat melanjutkan pendidikan dengan bantuan biaya yang diberikan. Sistem penunjang keputusan merupakan sistem yang dilakukan untuk membantu pengambil keputusan dalam mengambil keputusan. Tujuan menggunakan SPK adalah agar pengolahan data kriteria bisa diolah secara komputer. Kriteria yang digunakan antara lain penghasilan orang tua, tanggungan orang tua, saudara kandung, status tempat tinggal. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang berguna untuk memberikan bobot pada masing-masing kriteria, setelah itu memberikan nilai pada masing-masing alternative per kriteria, dan matriks normalisasi dan langkah terakhir yaitu mencari bobot preferensi. Hasil pengolahan data terdapat alternative siswa 1 dengan bobot 0.7, siswa 2 dengan bobot 0.66, siswa 3 dengan bobot 0.54, siswa 4 dengan bobot 0.75, siswa 5 dengan bobot 0.61.

Abstract

Mamdani's fuzzy algorithm enables the use of fuzzy logic to overcome the uncertainties and ambiguities associated with inventory predictions. This study describes implementing the Mamdani fuzzy algorithm to predict web-based inventory. Fuzzy algorithms allow specific reasons to deal with the uncertainties and ambiguities associated with inventory predictions. We collect relevant inventory data, including input variables such as the number of items sold, customer demand, and other factors that affect inventory. We also use historical inventory data to create the Mamdani fuzzy model. We implement fuzzification by specifying a linguistic variable for each input variable and converting the numeric to a linguistic value using a predefined membership function, then build a  rule-based fuzzy Mamdani which includes a set of rules that relate language values as input variables with linguistic values of output variables., i.e., inventory prediction. After the inference process, we apply defuzzification using the Mamdani method to convert the linguistic values of the output variables into numeric values that can be used in practice. Through this implementation, we managed to integrate the power of Mamdani's fuzzy algorithm with web technology so that users can access the inventory prediction system online. This system can assist inventory managers in making better decisions in production planning, stock procurement, and delivery schedule. This system is expected to increase efficiency and optimize inventory availability in a rapidly changing business environment.

Abstract

The rapid adoption of mobile-based public services in Indonesia has driven increased utilization of the Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) application for population administration. As the user base expands, review data from the Google Play Store has grown substantially, reflecting varied user experiences encompassing service satisfaction, usability perceptions, and technical obstacles. Processing this volume of unstructured text manually is impractical, necessitating an automated computational approach to opinion mining. This study investigates opinion polarity in IKD user reviews through a lexicon-based labeling strategy and evaluates the classification capacity of Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Random Forest algorithms both prior to and following the application of Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE). A total of 4,896 reviews were gathered from Google Play Store, with 3,708 categorized as negative and 1,188 as positive sentiments. The pipeline encompassed text preprocessing, automatic lexicon-driven labeling, TF-IDF vectorization, an 80:20 train-test partition, and multi-metric model evaluation. Experimental findings confirm that SMOTE effectively addresses class imbalance by bolstering the representation of the minority class. Among all configurations tested, SVM combined with SMOTE yielded superior results, recording 98.98% accuracy, 98.29% precision, 97.46% recall, and 97.87% F1-score. These outcomes demonstrate that integrating lexicon-based annotation, TF-IDF feature weighting, and SMOTE resampling constitutes an effective pipeline for sentiment classification in digital government applications, offering a scalable mechanism for evidence-based public service quality evaluation.

Abstract

Many students undertaking work experience placements (PKL) face difficulties in compiling systematic reports and academic papers in accordance with academic standards. This community service activity aims to enhance the competence of PKL students at ISB Atma Luhur in compiling PKL reports and academic papers. The method was implemented in three stages: preparation, training delivery, and evaluation, involving 10 students from 3–5 November 2025. Data was collected through pre-tests, post-tests, observations, and assessment of the reports. The results showed an average score increase from 76.5 to 88.5, with all participants achieving a higher score and reaching the ‘competent’ category. It was concluded that the training effectively improved students’ scientific literacy and could serve as a model for strengthening writing competencies among PKL participants. ABSTRAKBanyak siswa Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) menghadapi kesulitan menyusun laporan dan karya ilmiah yang sistematis sesuai kaidah akademik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi siswa PKL di ISB Atma Luhur dalam menyusun laporan PKL dan karya tulis ilmiah. Metode dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi, melibatkan 10 siswa pada 03-05 November 2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test, post-test, observasi, dan penilaian produk laporan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 76,5 menjadi 88,5 dengan seluruh peserta mengalami kenaikan skor dan mencapai kategori kompeten. Disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan efektif meningkatkan literasi ilmiah siswa dan dapat menjadi model penguatan kompetensi menulis bagi peserta PKL.

Abstract

In today's era of digitalisation and the 4.0 industrial revolution, visually appealing promotional materials are essential for survival and growth. This community service activity aims to improve the visual promotion capabilities of MSMEs in Pangkalpinang City through the use of graphic design, as well as to equip participants with the skills needed in today's digital age. The programme was conducted over five days, involving 20 students and 7 SME partners from the culinary and handicraft sectors. The methodology combined design thinking and project-based learning approaches, starting from field observation, ideation, prototyping, to the submission of final designs. The outcomes of the activity include ready-to-use promotional materials such as banners, food menus, and supporting materials tailored to the identity and needs of each SME. This activity contributes to improving the competitiveness of MSMEs through visual differentiation and strengthening marketing literacy among MSMEs and participants.ABSTRAKPada era digitalisasi dan revolusi industri 4.0 sekarang ini, keberadaan materi promosi yang menarik secara visual menjadi kebutuhan primer untuk bertahan dan berkembang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas promosi visual UMKM di Kota Pangkalpinang melalui pemanfaatan desain grafis, serta memberi bekal kompetensi yang dibutuhkan peserta pada masa digitalisasi sekarang. Pelaksanaan dilakukan selama lima hari dengan melibatkan 20 mahasiswa dan 7 UMKM mitra sektor kuliner dan kerajinan. Metode yang digunakan menggabungkan pendekatan design thinking dan project-based learning, dimulai dari observasi lapangan, ideasi, prototipe, hingga penyerahan desain final. Hasil kegiatan berupa paket materi promosi siap pakai berupa banner, menu makanan, dan materi pendukung yang disesuaikan dengan identitas dan kebutuhan masing-masing UMKM. Kegiatan ini turut berkontribusi dalam peningkatan daya saing UMKM melalui diferensiasi visual serta penguatan literasi pemasaran baik kepada UMKM serta peserta.
