Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, everyone can easily create and share information without ascertaining whether the information is valid or invalid. In Sidoarjo District, Government agencies that play a role in preventing the spread of false information continue to occur in the public is a role that should be carried out by the communications and information service. The writing of this study aims to find out and analyze how the role played by the Communication and Information service of Sidoarjo District in preventing the spread of false information to the public in Sidoarjo District based on the focus of this research, namely the duties and functions of the Sidoajo District Communication and Information Service, especially in the Information and Communication Public Management Sector. The data are presented through direct observation and interviews qualitatively analyzed.  This study concludes that until now there is no policy or Standart Operating Procedure (SOP) that regulates the prevention of the spread of false information to the people of Sidoarjo, the action taken In handling cases of false information is only to clarify based on reports received from the people of Sidoarjo District.

Abstract

Kutang beach tourism object is a type of ecotourism that offers beautiful beach tourism and is equipped with various interesting photo spots which are managed and developed directly by BUMDesa Barokah Makmur, Labuhan Village, Brondong District, Lamongan Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how the development of the Kutang beach tourism object carried out by BUMDesa Barokah Makmur. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The focus of this study is to use 4 (four) indicators of tourism destination development by Sedarmayanti. (2018), namely: Tourist attraction, attractions, facilities, and accessibility. Sources of data used are informants and documents related to research. Sampling in this study is using the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the development carried out by BUMDesa Barokah Makmur as a driving force of the Kutang beach tourism object has been carried out well. However, there are several obstacles in the process of developing Kutang beach tourism objects which are still lacking, including the absence of several tourist facilities or public facilities such as prayer rooms or places of worship, electric sockets in the gazebo, and a map of the location. of Kutang beach attractions.

Abstract

Kebutuhan masing-masing bayi dan balita pun berbeda, ada yang membutuhkan karbohidrat lebih, buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran yang seimbang, protein yang cukup, lemak yang sesuai dengan porsinya, juga susu pertumbuhan yang baik. Makanan Pendamping Air Susu Ibu (MP-ASI) adalah makanan atau minuman yang mengandung zat gizi yang diberikan kepada bayi atau anak yang berusia lebih dari 6 bulan guna memenuhi kebutuhan zat gizi selain dari ASI. Tujuan utama pemberian MP-ASI adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi dan zat gizi pada bayi. Perkembangan otak, penambahan berat ataupun tinggi badan, serta daya tahan tubuh harus diperoleh dalam jumlah yang cukup dari makanan pendamping. Kami melakukan survey sekaligus sosialiasi dalam bentuk wawancara perseorangan dan dilaksanakan pada Selasa, 25 Oktober 2022 pukul 08.00-09.30 WIB di Rumah Kepala Desa Pohsangit Tengah dan bertepatan dengan agenda desa yaitu Posyandu Dusun Kelompang. Hasil dari wawancara yang dilakukan adalah bahwa terdapat 5 aspek, yaitu: pengalaman, pengetahuan, sosial budaya, petugas kesehatan, dan informasi. Wawancara membuktikan bahwa aspek sosial budaya merupakan aspek yang paling berpengaruh dalam pemberian MP-ASI bayi dan balita berusia 6 bulan keatas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of good corporate governance in optimizing service governance in the perum damri branch of the City of Surabaya. This research method uses a descriptive type of qualitative research with data collection techniques carried out through observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and previous research. The results showed that the Perum damri Branch of Surabaya City has not fully applied the principles of good corporate governance as a whole from the 5 principles of achieving goals, there is still 1 principle that is well implemented, namely the principle of independency. Transparency has not been carried out due to the absence of operational information services, accountability has not been fully implemented, there is still no guarantee of employee competence and the company governance system has not run optimally, responsibility has not been fully relaxed due to the absence of social impact programs for the community in the company environment, fairness has not been fully implemented because the community complaint box facility is still not available and there are still many fleets for rejuvenation and fleets are carried out for people with disabilities.

Abstract

Kebutuhan negara Indonesia mengenai percepatan pembangunan yang terpadu, terarah, dan berkelanjutan menjadi fokus utama dalam pemerintahan. Hal ini karena suksesnya pembangunana merupakan kriteria dalam kesuksesan suatu negara. Jalan merupakan salah satu obyek mengenai percepatan pembangunan infrastruktur yang menjadi fokus utama dalam pemerintahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar adanya isu atau fenomena meningkatnya jalan rusak  yang terdapat di Kabupaten Lamongan. Maka dari itu pemerintah Kabupaten Lamongan mengeluarkan program baru yaitu Jalan Mantap dan Alus Lamongan (Jamula). Program prioritas muncul sebagai upaya penanganan perbaikan jalan, khususnya di Kabupaten Lamongan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Jalan Mantap Dan Alus Lamongan (Jamula) Pada Dinas PU Bina Marga Kabupaten Lamongan dengan model analisis Implementasi kebijakan oleh David C Korten berdasarakan tiga indikaator fokus penelitian yaitu program, organisasi pelaksana, dan kelompok sasaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dana dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan implementasi Program Jalan Mantap dan Alus Lamongan sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat Kabupaten Lamongan.

Abstract

There are always physical and psychological repercussions of violence towards children. A child's identity might be harmed if numerous child victims in the Sidoarjo Regency do not receive particular aid and therapy. In an effort to protect child victims of violence, organizations such as the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPTD PPA) have been formed. This research aims to explain how the Sidoarjo Regency Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPTD PPA) helps children who are disadvantaged. In addition, this research aims to describe the difficulties faced by UPTD PPA when providing assistance to children in Sidoarjo Regency who are victims of violence. In this research, qualitative descriptive methodology was used. Researchers collect data, observations, interviews and documentation to obtain comprehensive and detailed information. The Director of UPTD PPA, legal advisors, psychiatric counselors, people who have used UPTD PPA services, and clients all participated in this research. (1) The responsibility of the UPTD PPA in handling victims of violence against children is based on six responsibilities, including: a) processing public complaints; b) victim outreach; c) case management; d) provide temporary housing; e) mediation; and f) provide support to victims. (2) The absence of human resources in the UPTD PPA Sidoarjo Regency, namely drivers for pick-up and drop-off services as well as in the role and function of community complaint services and outreach to victims, which are still subpar, is a challenge for the UPTD PPA.

Abstract

KALIMASADA atau singkatan dari Kawasan Lingkungan Masyarakat Sadar Administrasi Kependudukan merupakan inovasi dari Pemerintah Kota Surabaya yang bertujuan memudahkan masyarakat dalam pengurusan dokumen administrasi kependudukan, dengan melibatkan ketua RT sebagai RT rintisan KALIMASADA dan kader surabaya hebat (KSH) dengan jangkauan yang paling dekat dengan warga. Program KALIMASADA dikelurahan petemon dinilai sudah terimplementasi dengan baik akan tetapi ada beberapa elemen yang masih kurang maksimal seperti kurangnya informasi dan sosialisasi membuat warga jadi ragu untuk mencoba hal baru. Selain itu, jumlah tenaga kerja kependudukan tidak sebanding dengan jumlah warga membuat program KALIMASADA menjadi terhambat. Padahal, inovasi ini dapat membantu warga dalam mempermudah pengurusan dokumen kependudukan Metodologi yang akan digunakan oleh penulis berupa kualitatif, yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung di lapangan, wawancara narasumber dan pihak terkait, serta studi dokumen sebagai pelengkap data yang diperlukan. Pertama, penulis akan turun ke lapangan untuk melihat progres berjalannya program KALIMASADA di Kelurahan Petemon tempat penulis ditugaskan. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu implementasi optimalisasi program KALIMASADA guna menunjang masyarakat tertib adminduk khususnya pada Kelurahan Petemon. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat berupa sosialisasi dan komunikasi serta tertibnya masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dokumen kependudukan yang dilakukan akan mampu mengoptimalisasi program KALIMASADA sehingga kegiatan program KALIMASADA akan menjadikan Kelurahan Petemon dan Kota Surabaya dapat menjadi contoh dan menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya

Abstract

The Sidoarjo Regency Government presents innovative public service products based on electronic technology in the form of applications, namely the Sidoarjo People's Service System (SIPRAJA). This research aims to measure the effectiveness of SIPRAJA as a public service in Gempolsari Village, Sidoarjo Regency. The quantitative research method used is one variable in a descriptive approach based on the theory of innovation characteristics according to Rogers which requires a sample of 100 respondents. This research has the results that the indicators of relative superiority, compatibility, complexity, testability and observability are very effective. So, the overall conclusion is that the effectiveness of SIPRAJA in Gempolsari Village, Sidoarjo Regency with a final result of a percentage value of 69% is included in the very effective category.
