Abstract

One of the problems experienced by a person when sick is anxiety, especially if the person has to undergo medical action, namely surgery and acts as a patient. Various bad abilities can occur which will be dangerous for the patient. So it is not surprising that patients and their families often show a somewhat exaggerated attitude with the anxiety they experience. Anxiety is an alerting signal to take action to overcome the threat. Sectio caesarea action with various complications causes anxiety. Excessive anxiety can result in delays in planning the delivery process by cesarean section. The existence of professional and quality hospital services is important to ensure the delivery operation process runs smoothly so as to reduce anxiety (Pawate, 2013). Sectio caesarea in deliveries carried out at Sembiring Delitua General Hospital from year to year is quite high. The socialization of the Pre Sectio Caesarea Counseling Room for Midwives and Nurses was carried out at the Sembiring General Hospital with an implementation time of 2 months with 4 meetings. Every meeting of the midwife and nurse who is a counselor will be given materials related to good counseling techniques. Participants will be given a book on counseling materials. In practice, the provision of material will be provided by competent resource persons in the field of Counseling.

Vitamin A supplementation is a National Program to prevent vitamin A deficiency among Indonesian children. This program provides free vitamin A capsules to every baby and toddler who visits the Posyandu and Puskesmas. Infants aged 6-11 months are given once in February or August blue vitamin A capsules with a dose of 100,000 SI, while toddlers aged 12-59 months are given twice a year red capsules with a dose of 200,000. Among those suffering from corneal damage 60% died within one year, while among those who lived 25% 3 million. It is estimated that at any one time as many as 3 million children were blind due to vitamin A deficiency and as many as 20-40 million suffered from a milder degree of vitamin A deficiency. The difference in mortality between children who are deficient and not deficient in vitamin A is approximately 30%. Vitamin A deficiency is estimated to affect millions of children worldwide. Approximately 250,000-500,000 children in developing countries become blind every year due to vitamin A deficiency, with the highest prevalence in Southeast Asia and Africa. Abstract

Infection, irritation and allergies are diseases that are prone to occur in infants due to the relatively thin layer of the baby's skin. diaper dermatitis/diaper rash is one of the most common skin problems in infants and children. Diaper rash occurs due to moisture in the baby caused by diapers that are too full of feces and urine. Virgin Coconut Oil is pure coconut oil that is processed without using high temperatures and the addition of chemicals. VCO contains saturated fatty acids and natural moisturizers contained in VCO absorb the inner layers of the skin and can help maintain skin flexibility and elasticity. The content of Lauric acid and capric acid in virgin coconut oil can kill viruses. This counseling activity aims to provide knowledge to mothers about virgin coconut oil which can be used for their baby's diaper rash. This community service is an educational process through counseling and training for mothers, especially teaching mothers how to make virgin coconut oil and informing them of the benefits contained in virgin coconut oil, as well as mothers knowing how to deal with diaper rash in non-pharmacological babies, namely by giving pure coconut oil (VCO).

Abstract

Pregnancy is a condition that occurs naturally in obtaining offspring, which physiologically occurs in the mother's womb. The pregnancy process will definitely have a big impact on the pregnant woman's body. The hematological system is one of these changes. The impact of these changes often results in anemia during pregnancy. In developing countries, around 30% of the population experiences anemia. Apart from medicines that can prevent anemia, consuming boiled eggs is also an effort to reduce the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. This is because the ingredients contained in purebred chicken eggs include various vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A, riboflavin, folic acid, vitamins B6, B12, choline, iron, calcium and phosphorus. This outreach activity was carried out with the aim of providing information about the benefits of purebred chicken eggs in terms of increasing hemoglobin in pregnant women.
