Abstract

AbstraskHipertensi merupakan penyakit the silent killer yang mengakibatkan 7.5 juta kematian diseluruh dunia. Di RSU UKI Jakarta ditemukan 1.066 pasien hipertensi. Penanganan hipertensi dapat dilakukan secara farmakologi dan non farmakologi. Pentalaksanaan non farmakologi dengan menggunakan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui upaya penurunan tekanan darah dengan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam pada pasien hipertensi. Jenis penelitian eksperimental desian One Group Pretest-Posttest. Pasien berjumlah 30 responden dipilih dengan random sampling di RSU UKI dan Puskesmas Kelurahan Cawang Jakarta Timur dari desember 2019- februari 2020. Hasil: adanya perbedaan tekanan darah sistolik dan sistolik sebelum dan sesudah intervensi teknik relaksasi  nafas dalam (p=0.000), ada hubungan usia terhadap tekanan darah diastolik (p=0.043) dan ada hubungan makanan berlemak tinggi terhadap tekanan darah diastolik (p=0.037). Kesimpulan: Teknik relaksasi nafas dalam dapat menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi selama empat hari dan direkomendasikan perawat mengajarkan tarik nafas dalam dan memotivasi pasien untuk latihan mandiri di rumah.Kata Kunci: Pasien hipertensi, teknik relaksasi Tarik nafas dalam, tekanan darah   AbstractHypertension is a silent killer disease that causes 7.5 million deaths worldwide. Non-pharmacological treatment using deep breathing relaxation techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine efforts to reduce blood pressure with deep breathing relaxation techniques in hypertensive patients. This type of experimental research is Desian One Group Pretest-Posttest. Patients totaling 30 respondents were selected by random sampling at the UKI General Hospital and the Cawang District Health Center in East Jakarta from December 2019-February 2020. Results: There was a difference in systolic and systolic blood pressure before and after the intervention of deep breathing relaxation techniques (p = 0.000), there was a relationship of age to diastolic blood pressure (p = 0.043) and there was a relationship between high fat food and diastolic blood pressure (p = 0.037). Conclusion: Deep breathing relaxation techniques can reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients for four days and it is recommended that nurses teach deep breathing and motivate patients to exercise independently at home.Keywords: Hypertension patients, relaxation techniques Inhale deeply, blood pressure

Abstract

Emergency handling of positive Covid-19 is important for the general public to know, this is because the number of deaths due to Covid-19 is very high. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge about Covid-19 positive emergencies. The number of participants involved as many as 120 participants. This community service activity begins with a pretest, material presentation, discussion and question and answer sessions using the Zoom meeting application, then ends with filling out a post test. Univariate and bivariate data were analyzed using paired t test. The results of this activity indicate that there is an increase in the average knowledge of respondents significantly pretest 72.06 and post test 85.09 with a significance of 0.00. This shows that the use of online methods can increase respondents' knowledge regarding the health education topics that have been given. The conclusion is that the implementation of health education using online methods can increase respondents' knowledge. It is hoped that the implementation of health education with this method can be carried out to provide information for the respondents involved.

Abstract

Blood group examination is a very important part of knowing the type of blood type as an identity. The purpose of carrying out community service is to find out the blood type of children and toddlers at the Panti Sosial Asuhan Anak dan Bangsa, Cipayung, Jakarta Timur. The number of children whose blood group examination was carried out was 89 children. The blood group examination process is divided into three sessions, the first session is for toddlers, followed by infants and the last examination is for school children. The blood group examination results varied with classifications A, B, AB and O, it was found that most of the children had blood type O as many as 33 children (37.1%). All children have positive rhesus (RH+) on blood group examination. In conclusion, the blood group examination carried out on children apart from providing the identity of the child in the orphanage is also a procedure or initial screening requirement to find out the child's blood type if something unexpected happens.
