Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang diselenggarakan oleh Komunitas Gubuak Kopi di kota Solok melalui program Daur Subur. Program Daur Subur merupakan sebuah ruang kolaborasi inklusif anak muda di kota Solok, yang diselenggarakan atas upaya melestarikan kebudayaan daerah dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dan internet. Melalui program Daur Subur, Komunitas Gubuak Kopi mengajak anak muda untuk melestarikan kebudayaan daerah melalui media digital yang sangat dekat dan mudah diakses oleh generasi muda masa kini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana proses pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pelestarian kebudayaan melalui program Daur Subur tersebut berlangsung. Secara umum, terdapat tiga aspek proses dalam penyelenggaraan sebuah program, yaitu (1) aspek perencanaan program, (2) aspek pelaksanaan program, dan (3) aspek evaluasi program. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi 45 orang peserta program Daur Subur secara keseluruhan, dimana 30 orang peserta program Daur Subur ditarik sebagai sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket yang disebarkan kepada seluruh sampel penelitian, sedangkan untuk analisis data digunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan aspek-aspek dalam penyelenggaraan program pemberdayaan masyarakat, secara keseluruhan proses penyelenggaraan program Daur Subur sangat baik. Kesimpulan tersebut dapat dilihat dari banyaknya peserta program yang memilih alternatif jawaban “sangat baik” pada setiap pertanyaan yang peneliti ajukan terkait aspek-aspek proses penyelenggaraan program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Diharapkan Komunitas Gubuak Kopi dapat meningkatkan dan mengembangkan program Daur Subur untuk cakupan serta dampak yang lebih luas.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the learning outcomes of students in English Language training at Kampung Inggris Sungkai City of Padang. This is evidenced by the interest and participation of students in following the learning process, significant improvement in students abilities, the existence of quality resources and achievments, a high level of student success in participating in this training. Researchers suspect the cause of good learning outcomes from students because of the learning strategies implemented in English Language training in Kampung Inggris Sungkai City of Padang. The purpose of this research is to look at learning methods, learning media, learning resources, dan learning techniques on English Language training ini Kampung Inggris Sungkai City of Padang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. Population in this study were students in English Language training in Kampung Inggris Sungkai City of Padang, amounting to 20 people . The sampling technique used is Saturated Sample. Samples were taken as much as 100% of the population because the population less than 30 people. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Questionnaire in the form of a list of questions. Data analysis techniques use the percentage formula. The results showed that the learning strategy in English Language training in Kampung Inggris Sungkai City of Padang are (a) learning strategies on aspect of learning method is very good (b) learning strategies on aspect of learning media is very good. (c) learning strategies on aspect learning resource is very good. (d) learning strategies on aspect learning technique is very good. It is evidenced by the percentage of student answers which reached 83, 90%. Based on the results of this study it is recommended that the institute continue to maintain the learning strategies applied to English Language training in Kampung Inggris Sungkai City of Padang.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high learning outcomes of learning citizens in learning IPS Package C program at PKBM Farilla Ilmi Tabing Padang City. This is suspected because the Tutor uses a good learning strategy in learning activities. This study aims to illustrate: (1) the learning strategy used by the tutor from the aspect of the learning method, (2) the learning strategy used by the tutor from the aspect of instructional media, (3) the learning strategy used by the tutor from the aspect of the learning approach, (4) the learning strategy the Tutor uses from aspects and learning resources. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were residents learning Package C Program 2018/2019 at Farilla Ilmi PKBM totaling 48 people. The sampling technique uses the stratified sampling method. Samples were taken as many as 33 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire.While the data collection tool is a questionnaire.Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The results showed that (1) learning strategies on the learning method aspects were categorized very well, (2) learning strategies on the learning media aspects were categorized very well, (3) learning strategies on the learning approach aspects were categorized very well, (4) learning strategies on aspects learning resources are categorized as good.
