Abstract

Masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu guru di SD Muhammadiyah Alam Surya Mentari (Jajar, Kecamatan Laweyan, Kota Surakarta) , SD Alfirdaus (Surakarta), dan SD Lazuardi Kamila (Banjarsari, Surakarta) yang mengajar di sekolah inklusi setiap hari mengajar siswa anak berkebutuhan khusus yang berbeda-beda mengalami kendala ketika beradaptasi dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus sehingga guru harus harus memiliki efisikasi diri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan urgensi pendidikan inklusif dalam membangun efikasi diri guru. Metode yang dipakai yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif menggunakan desain fenomenologi melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan focus group discussion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan sistem penyelenggaraan Pendidikan inklusif dapat mendorong para guru termasuk kelas untuk memiliki efikasi diri yang baik dalam dan mendidik membimbing anak berkebutuhan khusus. Efikasi diri yang baik akan turut mempengaruhi hasil yang baik pula.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 4 aspek yang dapat mendorong efikasi diri guru pada penyelenggaraan Pendidikan inklusif, diantaranya adalah: 1) Budaya sekolah, 2) Perilaku/sikap guru, 3) Kompetensi guru, 4) Partisipasi dan kolaborasi. Kerjasama antara guru dengan seluruh stakeholder termasuk masyarakat secara berkesinambungan dapat membangun efikasi diri guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity are (1) Providing knowledge to participants regarding the creation of teaching materials using learning media based on information technology and the internet. (2) Provide skills in making learning videos based on information technology and the internet through the Zoom Meeting application. The method used in this training is a combination of lectures, questions and answers, discussions, and hands-on practice. Given the pandemic period, the implementation is carried out according to health protocols so that participants maintain distance. The training material is divided into two, namely how to make interesting learning materials and how to record video learning materials through Zoom Meetings. Thisservice activity can support the learning process, it can also increase the credibility of the school. The implementation of the training was highly appreciated by the school. They hope to be able to practice what has been obtained in this training and still want to be given assistance

Abstract

The Sekolah Penggerak program is designed to enhance educational outcomes through structured support for principals, school supervisors, and teachers. This study aims to delineate the role of elementary school principals in fostering independent learning via enhanced learning processes within the Sekolah Penggerak framework. This qualitative study employed a phenomenological design to explore the perspectives of various stakeholders. Participants included school principals, eight teachers, two supervisors, and ten students. Data were collected through Focus Group Discussions (FGD), interviews, observations, and document analysis. The credibility of the data was ensured through dual triangulation methods: source and method triangulation. Data analysis followed a three-step inductive process: data reduction, data display, and verification, concluding with the synthesis of findings. Findings highlight two principal aspects of the Sekolah Penggerak program: (1) the pivotal role of the principal in enhancing the school ecosystem and (2) the principal’s leadership in activating school human resources as learning leaders. The study emphasizes the importance of In-House Training (IHT) activities, which are pivotal in increasing teacher capacity and include differentiation learning, mapping of children’s learning needs, reflective practices, and follow-up actions based on reflective outcomes. The results underscore the effectiveness of principal-led initiatives in supporting flexible and targeted learning enhancements. Through the strategic use of IHT, principals play a crucial role in both improving teaching practices and ensuring the active involvement of the entire learning community in achieving comprehensive educational goals. The Sekolah Penggerak program significantly contributes to the professional development of educators and the operational optimization of schools, affirming the crucial role of leadership in achieving educational excellence.
