Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi pada mesin pneumix catalyst injection adalah terhambatnya proses injeksi yang diakibatkan mesin yang tiba -tiba tidak dapat berfungsi dan harus dilakukan kalibrasi, setting sequence atau kegiatan perawatan untuk perbaikan maupun penggantian komponen mesin. Downtime mesin yang besar berdampak pada produktivitas kegiatan produksi dan jumlah serta kualitas produk. Untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas maka dilakukan analisis penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) menggunakan perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Langkah yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan pengukuran OEE serta mengetahui faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi dengan perhitungan six big losses. Selanjutnya mencari penyebab permasalahan dengan fishbone diagram dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas pada 2 mesin pneumix catalyst injection yaitu mesin A (15A107A) sebesar 52.98% dan mesin B (15A107B) sebesar 75.98%, ternyata masih dibawah standar JIPM yang menjadi acuan perusahaan yaitu sebesar 85%. Faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi rendahnya OEE adalah performance rate dengan faktor persentase six big losses pada breakdown lossuntuk mesin A sebesar 36.81% dan idling and minor stoppages losses untuk mesin B (15A107B) sebesar 63.55% dari seluruh time loss. Hal yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi dan mengantisipasi rendahnya nilai OEE pada mesin pneumix catalyst injection yaitu dengan diterapkannya autonomous maintenance pada operator produksi, melakukan training bagi teknisi maintenance, melakukan pengawasan terhadap operator tentang kebersihan tempat kerja serta melakukan sistem preventive maintenance pada komponen valve transport [RC2] sesuai waktu pemeliharaan optimum 44 hari untuk mesin A (15A107A) dan 37 hari untuk mesin B (15A107B).

Abstract

Restaurant business is one of the types of businesses that continues to grow in Indonesia. With the potential of this type of business, restaurants are competing to provide the best service for consumers. Waroeng Special Sambal is one of the restaurants that located in Yogyakarta. Waroeng SS has been serving consumers for years, nevertheless there are things that are felt not to meet with consumer expectations. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service in Waroeng SS restaurant, determine the priority of improvements, and determine the perceptions and expectations of consumers using the modified servqual method. The result of this study indicate that the tangible dimension for direct consumers has the lowest value and for consumers nearby, the dimensions that have the lowest performance is responsiveness. The attribute that has the lowest value is “the size of parking space” for direct consumers and “the parking space for vehicle onubstructive” for consumers nearby.

Abstract

Halal beauty products have now begun to attract the attention of the Muslim community in Indonesia, but it does not necessarily show that consumers of halal beauty products prioritize halal products, because there are other factors that can affect purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product quality, halal label, and product price on the purchase decision of halal beauty products, which then based on these results, an evaluation of the level of awareness and concern of female students for halal is carried out. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to students of University X. The respondents who filled out this research questionnaire were active students of University X who had bought halal beauty products of any brand. This research method is SEM-PLS analysis to predict the influence between independent variables on dependent variables, as well as descriptive analysis to determine the level of awareness and concern of female students for halal. The result of this study is that the three variables each have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the SEM-PLS pathway coefficient test, it is known that product quality has a greater influence than the halal factor (halal label) when female students decide to buy halal beauty products. Therefore, a further evaluation of the level of halal awareness and concern is carried out by conducting a descriptive analysis on each item of halal label indicators. Through this analysis, the results were obtained that 62.5% of the eight halal label indicator items were in the range of positive categories which showed that the level of halal awareness and concern of female students was high.

Abstract

Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit memiliki persediaan obat – obatan dengan berbagai jenis dan fungsinya. Mengingat banyaknya macam obat pada instalasi farmasi, maka perlu ditentukan prioritas obat yang akan dioptimalkan, salah satunya menggunakan metode ABC Indeks Kritis. Berkaitan dengan ketidakpastian pemakaian, perlu dilakukan pengendalian persediaan yang ditujukan untuk menjamin terpenuhinya kebutuhan obat untuk pasien dengan biaya persediaan yang minimal. Metode yang dapat digunakan pada kondisi ketidakpastian adalah metode Periodic Review System. Berdasarkan analisis ABC Indeks Kritis, dari 2039 jenis obat 76 jenis diantaranya termasuk kategori A atau Vital, dengan indeks kritis tertinggi adalah ATS 1500 Injeksi dan Fentanyl 0,05 Mg/Ml 2 Ml Injeksi. Kondisi optimal ATS 1500 Injeksi tercapai jika dilakukan pemesanan setiap 8 hari, dengan persediaan maksimum yang diharapkan = 12,69 ≈ 13 ampul, kebijakan ini akan menghasilkan servise level (η) =96,76%, sedangkan kondisi optimal Fentanyl 0,05 Mg/Ml 2 Ml Injeksi tercapai jika dilakukan pemesanan setiap 10 hari, dengan persediaan maksimum yang diharapkan = 24,37 ≈ 25 ampul, kebijakan ini akan menghasilkan servise level (η) = 89,96%

Abstract

The primary objective of conventional manufacturing cell formation typically uses grouping efficiency and efficacy measurement to reduce voids and exceptional parts. This objective frequently leads to extreme solutions, such as the persistently significant workload disparity among the manu­facturing cells. It will have a detrimental psychological impact on operators who work in each formed manufacturing cell. The complexity of the problem increases when there is a requirement to finish all parts before the midday break, at which point the formed manufacturing cells can proceed with the following production batch after the break. This research examines the formation of manufacturing cells using two widely recognized intelligent optimization techniques: genetic algorithm (G.A.) and particle swarm optimisation (PSO). The discussed manufacturing system has flexible machines, allowing each part to have multiple production routing options. The optimisation process involved addressing four simultaneous objectives: enhancing the efficiency and efficacy of the manufacturing cells, minimizing the deviation of manufacturing cells working time with the allocated working hours, which is prior to the midday break, and ensuring a balanced workload for the formed manufacturing cells. The optimisation results demonstrate that the G.A. outperforms the PSO method and is capable of providing manufacturing cell formation solutions with an efficiency level of 0.86, efficacy level as high as 0.64, achieving a minimum lateness of only 24 minutes from the completion target before midday break and a maximum difference in workload as low as 49 minutes.

Abstract

Excess inventory will lead to high inventory costs caused, among others, by damage and possible loss of stored goods embedded capital; on the other hand, a list is needed to ensure fulfillment of needs and reduce demand fluctuations and supply fluctuations to avoid loss of profit opportunities. This study aims to manage the uncertainty of usage and lead time in a wooden toy company, which can result in an excess or shortage of raw materials in the inventory system. It is necessary to control inventory to ensure optimal inventory; that is, needs can be met with minimal inventory costs and adequate service levels. The result, optimal condition is achieved if the company orders wood when the amount of inventory is (r) = 24,422 units with an order quantity of (Q) = 10,010 units each time you place an order, with a total inventory cost in 2023 of IDR 362,156,168, this policy will result in a service level (η) = 95.14%.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah pemetaan nilai risiko dan dan pengendalian bahaya dari aktivitas para pekerja terutama di area produksi  khusussnya pada Loading & Hauling untuk mesin Crusher Mining P.10 Limestone. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC). Adapun proses penelitian dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi potensi resiko dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis resiko dengan menghitung skornya. Penelitian diakhiri dengan menentukan rekomendasi pencegahan terjadinya resiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa bahaya (hazard) antara lain debu material, kebisingan, jalan licin, kelistrikan, dan kemiringan medan. Rekomendasi mengatasi masalh tersenut adalah dengan rekayasa teknik terhadap mesin, administrasi, dan penggunaan Alat Perlindungan Diri (APD)
